Ive gone to this chilis before and it has always been good but this time our service was exceptional. I belive our waiters name was steve, my girlfriend and I had a great time and will be back asap! read more

I have ordered the "TO GO" service many times from this location and it was spot on and really good. I am bias because I live for this kind of bad food at times, bad as in greasy spoon good, You know, cheese fries, wings , beer ;) Good location :) read more

Second Valentine's Day I took my 4 year old daughter here for a father daughter Valentine's Day date. Horrible service BOTH times. No attention from dopey waiters....screw up orders several times In one sitting....ask for things and don't receive (ex. Extra napkins.....received DIrty silverware both times....was told soon arrival they did not have straw (which ultimately led to my daughter spilling her milk)....asked for napkins to clean up milk and never received. It's my local chili's and I love the menu-ed items from Chili's....just unfortunately have to travel outside my hometown area....that is, if I ever decide to give Chili's another chance overall after HORRIBLE experiences. :-( read more

The food is pretty good. The service is hit or miss. There are a few servers that are excellent and make your dining experience go very smooth. There are also a few that are also not very good and you will be waiting a long time. Today was very good service. Their new $5.00 Margarita was very good. read more

Chili's - Bars Near Me - Bay Shore, New York

just ordered lunch and was told that we would get it in 15-20 mins. Unfortunately, it took 45 mins and it was because the soup didn't thaw (WHO KNEW it would take that long to thaw soup). Worst part about it? They showed no remorse with an empty restaurant (wonder why it's empty, hmmm). Took so long that the food that been waiting for the soup to get hot got cold when I got around to eating it. Considering not going back to this location because read more

Food arrived liulewarm. It's sits way to long in the back under the warmers. Waitress was not very attentive and smurkedwhen we were paying in the machine. read more

Waited 5+ min to be sat and when the hostess was walking over she was texting and stopped to finish her message before seating people. I was sat in the bar area booth. The bartender looked at me a bunch of times but didn't come over for another 5 min. She was not busy at all. There where 2 couples at the bar finishing their lunch, she stood there behind the bar just looking around. You would think they would realize people are on their lunch breaks and have a little more sense of urgency. read more

The restaurant was filthy, bathrooms disgusting, our waiter was not friendly. Very disappointing

Usually my go to spot when I want to go eat but this time around the service was terrible it took almost an hour to get our food. The burgers came out medium rare when I wanted it well done as well as coming out cold. Waiter was excellent just ended being the kitchen fault but at least the place was clean despite it being busy. This Chili's location needs to motivate their employees to work harder and be more interested in their job. read more

I've gone to this location a few times. Long story short, it's terrible. The chicken in my tacos was unevenly MICROWAVED and when I asked for a new order I was told, "it's still going to be the same". Drinks aren't that great. Never again. I've officially crossed Chili's off my list. read more

Been to this Chili's several times and the food and drinks were great. The nachos with chicken is always a favorite.

Right around the corner from my house, it's an inexpensive chain with chain quality food. We return again and again for the awesome host at the front who always makes the kids feel special, the friendly waitstaff, and the 2fer wine and beer specials :-) read more

This place is horrible and I mean horrible, Managers are awful, to their employees and to the customers. The food is disgusting, I ordered the fajitas and they tasted like vomit. The only good thing was the server. Would never go back. read more

Food was very good. Service was excellent. Our waitress, Taylor, was very pleasant, courteous and professional. Came back several times to check on us. Very attentive. read more

Just flat out disgusting. Took the wife and kids there recently just because I figured we lived close and never stopped by. What a mistake. The strawberry lemonade tasted like pink water stuff to start. I figured the juice canister needed to be changed. Comes back and it's still nasty. I ordered a steak and loaded mashed potatoes and the wife had a shrimp combo. All of it looked like a combination of burned garbage that fell on the floor. None of it was edible. What a mistake that thankfully we will never make again. I understand chillis is a franchise but these owners should be ashamed of themselves. This location is bad. Turrrible as Charles Barkley likes to say. read more

The food here is absolutely delish, it's not prices and the workers are great! sometimes you have to wait for a seat but it's worth it!

Great place.. Went there for the $10.00 lunch special... As always wasn't disappointed the food was great and the portions were of a good size. We will continue to visit various Chilis locations as they have not disappointed us thus far. A great spot with great food at reasonable prices... read more

Went there for dinner w/my boyfriend. It was the first time I had gone to this location. It was the first time I had been to Chili's in a long time. Their menu was quite different than the last time I've been to Chili's I found the menu to be quite extensive with a lot more choices and found it very hard to pick something that was so many yummy choices. We went about a little over an hour before closing so they had maybe half the restaurant Side open in the bar we had a phenomenal waiter he was right on top of everything constantly coming to the table. I had this delicious watermelon drink that had chunks of fresh watermelon in it. We ordered an appetizer where you pick 3 items... we got boneless wings which were good we get the sauce on the side these cheese something or other which were good and then we got these original chicken some things they were a big receipt. I got the chicken fajitas which were delicious and actually had leftovers to take home there was just so much chicken. My boyfriend had steak dinner. Will definitely be going back. read more

Food was good. Service was horrible! Literally didn't get no forks, no napkins, no refills. Had to get up to get napkins and straws myself (literally). Will not come back here. Was missing food. Staff was out of it . read more

Horrible experience. Worst Chili's ever!!! First of all, the seating host couldn't be bothered and gave us attittude because we wanted a table and not a bar seat. Then once we are seated took forever for the waitress to come for our drink order and even longer for her to come with our drinks. Once she took our order it took even LONGER to get the appetizer!!! the place was more than half empty but she and the other waiters seemed they were rushing but getting nothing done nor our orders correct. Food was sent back more than once to get right. plus we didnt even have place settings, had to ask for that!!!!! Waited forever to get the side of sour cream I asked for when i put my order in. Not to mention, the food tasted stale and AWFULLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!! MY GOODNESS!!!!!!! When we would call her she would come and would not even let us finish asking for what we needed, she would be rushing off!!!!!...TO WHERE WE DO NOT KNOW!!!!!! there were only four tables at this point in the whole place!!!! THEN as if it could get any worse, the staff started cleaning up,(sweeping and mopping) to close the place. THIS SHOULD BE DONE ONCE THE PLACE CLOSES!!!!!!!!!!!! Not while people are still eating. THEN one thing our waitress was prompt with was giving us the bill and taking it!!!!! NO TIP!!!!! I WOULD ACTUALLY GIVE THIS PLACE IF I COULD LESS THAN NO STARS IF IT WERE AN OPTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

The worst experience ever. Not even worth the one star. Service was horrible. After waiting 40 minutes for food. I asked to speak with a manager who never came. Will never never go there again read more

The Chicken Tortilla soup is good but the to-go bowl is much too small for the price.

First time there....went for Happy Hour with a bunch of friends. Probably didn't matter where we had drinks or age because I was meeting up with old friends butv in actuality it did ! Food was good . I guess because I love Tex Mex?! Will have to figure that out still. Friendly staff can make up for inexperienced staff. Go there and try the tacos! read more

Awful service! I have been a customer here for over ten years. The waitress had a bad attitude, not friendly at all. Dirty dishes, food quality is bad. This restaurant is going down hill fast. I will never eat here again! read more

Food was horrible. I haven't been to Chilis in many years and the company is falling apart. Food is nothing like it used to be, staff was horrible. Drinks were terrible. I could of made all this at home and have it taste better. Not coming back read more

Horrible! I'm currently at this restaurant waiting for a table, and what's remarkable is that I can count five empty tables in the area I am standing. Poorly managed and soon to be doomed! Not worth it! read more

Chili's attempt to go high tech makes them low touch. Very few servers make it difficult to have a casual relaxing meal, wondering where your server is. Very disappointing. read more

I was not happy with Chilis. I usually go maybe once or twice a year. This is pretty much fast food. I ordered a salad that was suppose to have juicy steak, fresh greens and avocados. Well when I got the salad it was missing the avocado and the steak was well done diced meat. I told the waiter that the picture on the menu has avocado but my salad did not have it. He just looked at me and walked away and brought me back some avocado. I'm done with Chilis. read more

Went there tonight for a family birthday. They told us there would be a 15-minute wait. We only had to wait about 5 minutes, which was great. We ordered two burgers, chicken fingers and quesadillas. After 40 minutes, our server said that the kitchen was "slammed" and that our food would be coming soon (no apology). She told us that the manager was coming to talk to us. We waited another 15 or so minutes and noticed that people that were seated after us were getting their food. We started to walk out and our waitress asked us "you're leaving?" With that the manager came over and offered her apology. She said that she thinks that the waitress never keyed in our order (she didn't know). I told her that the waitress should've and could've been honest with us and we would've understood. When my wife asked why the manager took so long to come and talk to us, she didn't know what we were talking about. Evidently the waitress never told her manager what was happening. We've been going there for years and have never been treated so poorly. We left at 7:40 and went to Oconee Diner. We were served at 7:57. Never going back to Chili's. read more

I never go on yelp unless it's really bad... when my boyfriend and I got to chilis, there weren't any customers waiting so we assumed to be seated quickly. But we weren't acknowledged for 5minutes. Then 2 different waiters told us to wait a minute so waited another 5 minutes alone. When they were ready for us, a waitress just pointed at the table so we sat down with no menus. Then she brought us menus and said the waiter would be right there. He didn't come for about 10 minutes. Julio was mumbling a lot and speaking too quietly to understand some of the time. Also there bathroom had toilet paper everywhere. Only good part of the experience was that the food came out quickly and it was hot and pretty good. read more

I went here last night with a group of Co-workers. The service was poor at best. The food was as good as appetizers could be. At the end of our stay it took 20 minutes just to get the check. I made the stupid mistake of adding an order to go. I waited roughly 40 minutes before my waitress even passed me let alone noticed me I stopped her and asked where my food was she said oh were backed up it should only be a few more minutes. Few more minutes came and went so I left without ever seeing my waitress again and without my to go bag. read more

We just left there after waiting for a seat and no one was there to seat us. A waitress saw us there waiting and didn't even bother to tell that someone would be with us in a moment. It wasn't busy AT ALL. There was absolutely no excuse for the horrible service. read more
