We started coming here a few months ago when my folks told me about the 3-for-me meals. In a market of rising restaurant prices and shrinking meal portions, this deal is a godsend. A refilled drink, a plate of nachos with salsa, a quarter pound burger and fries is $10.99. Some local joints would charge close to $30 for that! We've been here over a half dozen times now and will keep coming for this deal. And, the service here is terrific. Do yourself a favor and stop in. Cheers! read more

Just catching up on reviews (sigh...). Went to Chili's for a weekday family birthday lunch a month ago. Had a good time! The ambiance was cheerful. the staff was friendly, helpful, attentive, and patient. Everyone enjoyed their food. Speaking for myself, I liked my chipotle fresh Mex bowl; it was tasty, fresh, and perky. Others liked their cocktails, and I liked the compact wine selection, with available nine-ounce pours - a plus. This was a perfect venue for people of varied ages with varied tastes. read more

Unfortunately the managing partner Alanna made our meal one for the books where we won't be back... Our server great.. we over looked the missed opportunities to fill our drinks but she was pleasant enough it over looked that. However a medium rare steak came out very well. Steak, shrimp, potatoes, and mushrooms came out so cold. Our runner brought out of food. I cut into it before she had walked away and I had apologized and told her unfortunately I will have to send it back. The manager comes out and before apologizing and or offering to help rectify the situation she proceeded to tell me "you upset the runner." The manager has attitude while she speaks along with an eye rolling issue. I asked for corporates number since she is the manager of the store. I did try to speak to her about how coming out and ridiculing the customer when respectfully I didn't do anything wrong. Almost 35 dollars for my plate I do unfortunately I think I should be able to have it warm and correct, especially returning it in a respectful manner. She proceeded to maintain an argumentative attitude with eye rolls and blatant disrespect to the customer... sad experience.. we had to ask a few times for refills. And for the wrong refills. food is small sizes me and my 12 year old went there and they did not even ask if we wanted an kids menu they just gave it to my 12 year old even though they did not ask the wait time was very long about 30 minutes and not an single word that said ¨sorry for the wait time¨. the food was decent but our server was not very welcoming . the food price was very expensive for the bad quality of the food. read more

Typical Chili's. We went on Tuesday night (kids eat free). They sat us in the bar with two kids, which seemed a little strange, but Okay. The service was on the slow side, but not too bad. Our server was friendly. I had the Margarita chicken from the guiltless menu (640 calories). I highly doubt it was only 640 calories, but it was tasty. My daughter had the Quesadilla Explosion Salad. She's had it before and loves it. She was a little underwhelmed this time because the lettuce was not super fresh. The kids had chicken fingers and, honestly, those were the best meal. I hadn't been to a Chili's in years but got a gift card for Christmas so decided to order for curbside pick up. The 3 for $10 special is an insanely good deal so we got two. One was chicken crispers, corn, fries, chips & salsa and drink. Everything was very good, fresh, and hot. Second 3 for $10 was shrimp Alfredo pasta, salad, and drink. Pasta was a large portion and salad had fresh lettuce. All the portions were very impressive. The staff was friendly and the way they packaged the to go order was great. When dining rooms open we will definitely be visiting and will continue to order curbside until then. PS. If you decide to order entrees for more $$$ then are upset that you could have gotten the 3 for $10, it is your fault, not Chili's. read more

They are getting one star because my husband said he liked his meal (.5 star) which was ribs/brisket bbq type meal and our server was friendly and attentive (.5 star). As for the rest, meh and double meh. I had the 6 oz sirloin. It came with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. The steak and potatoes came out first. She said they were still cooking the broccoli and brought that out 5 minutes later. The broccoli should've cooked a few minutes longer. I am a potato lover. I will sometimes decide what I am eating based on the potato side that comes with the meal. Loaded mashed potatoes sounded good to me. They had a very strange taste to them. I couldn't put my finger on it. My son tasted them before I said anything. He made a face and asked, "What are those supposed to be?" Nasty. My son order a turkey club sandwich. It had a very odd pesto avocado thing on it. He also said it smelled rotten. I smelled it. It was the nastiest of red onion smells. The turkey was like cheap deli turkey. My husband told the waitress and she said, "No problem. I'll get you something else." My son then ordered some burger sliders with cheese and bacon. Bacon makes everything good, right? Nope. This had what looked like fatty bacon bits from a jar. He scraped them off and ate the sliders. We also ordered a take out pasta special for my daughter. So, someone tell me why they do this. If you order just the pasta, it is $12.49. If you order the pasta, chips/salsa, and a drink, it is $10. Makes absolutely no sense. Anyway, our bill was over $70. Yes, they charged us for their rotten, smelly club sandwich too. So, for a bbq meal, steak/gross mashed potato meal, smelly turkey club sandwich, sliders, pasta, and one $5 special Sam Adams. In all honesty, I would've eaten some meat glue Arby's roast beef or a Big Mac over this and that is saying a lot. read more

It's a hit or miss with the pick up option. I'm a regular here and some times the food comes really hot and tasty, Good amount of fries...Other times it's come raw, Just a few pieces of fries. Honestly your best bet is to fill up the receipt in case of a complaint they some times send you a gift card on the mail. read more

I have gone to this Chilli's for years. Never had a complaint. The last few times I've gone it has been a little worse each time. Yesterday we went for a late lunch and it was horrible. All the food looked and tasted days old. The plate was too hot to touch but the food was barely warm. So they had microwaved the food. The fries were cold and old. The bacon was raw. The soup was watered down with few potatoes. The chicken was only seasoned with black pepper. The salsa was old with no flavor. I could go on and on. Not one food item on our plates were fresh or tasteful. I spoke to the manager and she did comp the bill. To her credit. Sadly I will not be returning to one of my favorite restaurants. If you like warm,old,reheated food then this is the place for you. read more

Very cold inside, bring a jacket. Blowers for cold air going directly above tables, makes for eating miserable. The potato soup has so much cheese in it, that you need a knife to eat the soup. If you do not use the knife, the string of cheese of each bite will get on your clothing. Go for any soup but Potato unless you really like messy cheesy soup. read more

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. The service is horrible from being seated to the server. The server was not attentive at all. I ordered the margarita chex mex bowl and my husband ordered the original chicken crispers. I asked for no beans.....I got beans. The food tasted horrible, it was very greasy. Not even ten minutes after I left I was so sick to my stomach. Prior to this experience I have not patronized a Chilis for months because I feel like the food choices are poor. Another steakhouse chain. This location isn't any different than any other Chili's I've been to. They've changed their menu a lot recently and they have these new receivers on every table that allow you to pay your bill and order on them. However, they never work and somehow these electronic waiters just don't do it for me. The one thing I can say about this Chili's is that the staff is attentive. I've had service at other locations where I've had to wait a lot longer for service. Another note: If you're going to order a drink, be sure to have two forms of ID. Apparently this is a new law in Batavia because kids were stealing their relatives' ID's and using them to buy drinks. I've only been double-carded here, though. Bring a college ID or something I guess. read more

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this Chili's. Which is weird because... well, it's Chili's. We're not huge fans of nationwide restaurant chains but my husband got a gift card to here and we were hungry. The food was good! It didn't taste microwaved or overly salty. Husband got the smokehouse burger, which was delicious (he let me have JUST ONE bite). I opted for the unlimited soup and salad. The salad was not just iceberg, which made me very happy. They got that ranch dressing on fleek. The chili was good (needed lots of hot sauce) and the chicken enchilada soup was about as good as the worst thing you could get at Taco Bell. I couldn't finish it. We probably won't go again for a while, if ever, just because... well, it's Chili's. read more

I have been a fan of the Chilis franchise for a long time. My two sons both served as wait staff when they were younger. Today was a huge disappointment. My "iced tea" had no ice. I asked for sweetener and had to wait for it to arrive. I ordered the enchilada soup and it wasn't even warm when it arrived. When I pointed that out to our waiter, he made no effort to correct it or replace it. Instead he offered me chips. I wanted hot soup. My food was over salted and not good. We were done eating and sat and sat waiting for our waiter to return and ask for the check. He never returned. I finally ran down the manager in the kitchen and he gave us our check. Total experience was a disappointment. Chilis is a good chain. Today was a very bad day for them. read more

Geri and I stopped by for lunch before going to the movies across the street. We sat at the bar and received really bad service. I ordered the "Endless Soup & Salad" which really means one salad and unless you stop the bartender you get nothing else. I paid the bill and the attempted to speak with the manager on duty and I could see where the attitude came from. She said she was sorry and suggested that I keep coming back. We went here on a Sunday morning and God forbid you ask her any questions.. We sat in the bar and there were no other tables so it's not like she was so busy and had no time. I went here with my family and ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich with fries. The sandwich I had to return as it was like eating a rubber chicken. It was very fatty full of gristle. I ordered the Mango-Chile Chicken and I was magical for me. Well prepared and tasty and delicious. The ambiance was nice also.

So I understand everything going on right now effecting business, but when I walk in and get told it's a 10 minute wait and it ends up being 45 minutes when I'm the only one in line and three parties left in the middle of us waiting. Just ordered here for pick up and usually it's fine but today's service was extremely poor. We ordered steaks medium well, they came medium rare. Had to throw them back on stove top just to get it right. Our salad container was half empty. It's a waste for me to even call to drive 15 min back then 15 min home for cold steaks again. If we dined in we would have sent the steaks back, just not a good experience. read more
