Never got my margarita. Had to ask another server for a water. Someone else brought my meal out so I haven't seen the original server since initially ordering my meal. Was unable to get with server to receive necessary essentials for me to actually enjoy my meal as a DINE IN order, so now I'm having to box it up and take it home to reheat. 1st time dining here and it will be my last. After asking for help from management, my server avoided my table at all cost and walked up and stood in-front of me as I'm writing this review. read more

Chili's - Never got my margarita and was unable to locate server to ask for sauces/extras in order to actually eat my entree while dining - American Near Me - Augusta, Georgia

This place is unreal!! They never have any wait staff! Manager is not much better ! asked to sit at a table she showed one with the booth am part table ask her for a different one was told no and what reason did I have that I could not sit there she also suggested a high top my husband had surgery and could not sit there. Manager came out and I spoke to him and he shrugged his shoulders so we left!! we came to the one in Evans which is a lot better and the people are a whole lot friendlier !!!!! read more

TT the best server in the building !! she was so sweet . honestly she deserves to be promoted to manager , she was such a joy to be around

mozzy sticks are soooooooo DELICIOUS. I went on Valentines day and even on a day like that the service was so nice and fast.

Last time I was at chills I saw a literal roach on the table, the food is trash and the host had such an attitude about doing her job.

OMG! You guys have got to get you some Chili's...I mean my word. I just ate the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas and you betcha I gobbled that right down I was about to pop. I WILL be making a reappearance every Tuesday at the local Chili's. Another thing it is SUPER DUPER clean. I mean you could eat off the floor. 10/10 definitely recommend! read more

Had the 2 item meal deal with a beer included. Unfortunately although our server was attentive and nice she rang it up wrongly as though she was unaware of the deal with a beer. I had the burger with fries and the fries tasted like they had been cooked the day before. Other than that pretty average experience. Will we go back - probably. read more

Great menu options and the service was great! We sat at the bar it was nice peaceful and very enjoyable and the staff was nice and friendly!

This was a waste of all of my $30.51. I eat at Chili's every time we m in Greenville SC and they've never disappoint me, i Order (first time) in Augusta-Nothing is good in my Smokehouse Combo, it's gotta go in the trash! The meat, chicken Tenders and Ribs are an abnormal cut, which explains why they're soooooooo dry. The broccoli is salty enough to give me, who doesn't have high blood pressure, but those 5 Broccoli florets will give me HBP if I ate them. The Mac and cheese is just that, not good enough to eat. I am pissed, I knew I should not have ordered, but I was trying not to "judge the book by its cover". $30 gone, want get that $30 back...SmH read more

went in to get some food and I sit down at the wait area with a couple other customer. after 20 mins of them chatting and ignoring me and another customer they grab a group and bring them back when they had only waited 5 mins after entering. when I asked the server up there they said my wait had increased by another 25 mins. read more

Please read. The manager is a CREEP. I watched him put his hand and arm around a young server MULTIPLE TIMES around her lower waist. I asked her if she was okay with it and was comfortable and she wasn't fully comfortable with it. She told me that she has worked with him for a long time and "that is just what he does." When my girlfriend went to tell him it was inappropriate he put his arm around her her too and she had to check him. I will not be back and I hope that someone corrects his disgusting behavior because it ruined the entire experience I had for the evening. read more

The last time I dined in at Chili's was a decade ago. Recently my Mr got some giftcards from his parents for his birthday and decided to use it while we are here in town. My mother, Mr and I dined in on a late lunch. We waited a couple of minutes until someone came up to seated us. Our server was very kind and patient. They took our drink order (which we all got waters and I ordered a Robert Mondavi Merlot). My Mr asked about different local craft beers on tap and was disappointed that the server didn't know. So he stuck with water. We finally ordered our lunch. I got the salmon with broccoli sub Mexican rice for loaded mashed potatoes, my Mr got the chicken and shrimp fajitas. My mom got the shrimp tacos with beans and rice. We ordered a New York strip with mashed potatoes and broccoli and added half order of shrimp for 3.99 to go for my dad. We got our meals and I really enjoyed it. Everything was great, except when we got our to go order for my dad, they forgot the shrimp. No big deal. But it was a good thing I doubled checked my order. Overall it was a good experience except for the two small details. The food was good and my mom mentioned she would come back again. read more

0 Stars. Maybe, I'm used to the Chili's in Evans (which is the best Chili's establishment I've ever been in), but this one reminds me of the late O'Charleys in Augusta. I placed a take out order for a 2 bowls of soup, and 2 house salads. We received 4 cups (2 of which were half filled with watery soup, and 2 that were considered salads). I will not be paying this establishment ever again, and I will tell my clients to never attend the Chili's on 273 Robert C Daniel Jr. Pkwy. Do better, have better management for your staff, or shutdown like O'Charleys. Or you could ask the Chilis in Evans for pointers. read more

Don't bother coming here. I'll go to McDonalds before I come back. The service is pitiful. I was ignored until I asked for service. The food came out cold and honestly not what I expect from Chili's. I complete waste of my night. read more

This Chili's restaurant offers the standard Chili's menu for both food and drinks. My wife and I decided to eat here one night and had a pleasant experience minus the service. The short answer is to expect delays with your service. It took longer the usual for our server to bring us drinks and food while the restaurant was only operating at half capacity. We ordered a cheese dip and chips which turned out very bland. However, once we were served our regular meals, the cuisine was mainly edible. read more

I didn't give a five star due to service and prices. The food was prepared well very good and tasty, but 8 chicken wings $15.00 no celery, carrots or side.About $2.00 a joint on a wing. The sauce was watered down, the average family cannot afford to eat out these days.If you can offer a side with a burger why can't you offer a side with 4 wings you cut into eight pieces. The server wasn't very good, it was like catch me when you can,but you are expected to tip them least 20%of your bill cost.I repeat again a average family cannot afford to eat out.Even if you place a to go order you are expected to tip.If there are several restaurants in a row and you chose there restaurant over the others that should be enough, not having to tip because you hand me the bag.As my grandmother would said, you nickle and dime a person to death. Her meaning of that do you not do things without looking to be paid all the time. You are lucky people are eating out to secure you a job. Owners ,management should look at their menu. The restaurant was very clean ambiance good.Yes I will be back with another food choice you have a very good selection. I have never got a bad meal,I will be back. read more

Last minute, four of us decided to take advantage of their Veteran's Day FREE meal offer. We arrived, checked-in and were immediately told that the wait time would be between 35 and 45 minutes. We were pleasantly surprised (as we were quite hungry) when we were called and informed that our table was ready after only about 38 minutes. The Hostess was hurried but pleasant. We were seated and our Server Fran was warm and cordial with a sense of humor. For appetizers we ordered the Southwestern Egg Rolls and Chili con Queso. Both were delicious but being as EVERYTHING tastes better with cheese, the Chili con Queso was the crowd favorite, by a mile. I ordered the Old Timer burger with fries. Sadly, Fran didn't ask how I would like my burger cooked, perhaps because I was ordering off the Veteran's Day FREE menu there wasn't an option for the temperature. Or perhaps because of the backlog in seating, it was a detail that Fran missed; perhaps we'll never know. The burger was delicious (for a well cooked burger) with just the perfect amount of mustard. All-in-all, we enjoyed our FREE Veteran's Day meal and were not disappointed in our very last minute dinner decision. read more

The food was GREAT! Service, GREAT!! We ALWAYS order to go orders, but decided to eat in. Seem like the practice of COVID was in place when they first sat us down. LOVING IT! Then.... COVID policies went STRAIGHT out the window! Every one they placed around us was in direct contact with us! NO SKIPPING TABLES AT ALL! I couldn't see if they had shields in place, I would've be okay with it. But to act like COVID is not an issue still is down right wrong! And there was PLENTY of empty tables they could have accommodate following the covid procedures... NOT GOING HERE TO DINE IN TILL COVID IS OVER! read more

I honestly haven't been to a Chili's in over a decade, but thanks to a couple birthday gift cards I got recently, I had about $50 worth of reasons to go. My lady, her mom, and I ventured here for a good lunch. What we got was... Well, just okay. We were seated pretty quickly and given menus. Immediately, I was thinking maybe they have a few Georgia beers to offer. They menu didn't show any, but said to ask the server for local options. At first, I asked our server about local draft selections, to which she replied, "Bud Light, Miller Lite, Blue Moon..." A little confused, I asked about local bottles or cans, to which she replied, "Heineken, Corona, Mich Ultra..." So I gave up and said I'll stick with water. After a bit longer, we decided on our lunch options. My lady went with the Ancho Salmon with broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes. Her mom got the shrimp tacos with beans and rice. I had the chicken and shrimp combo fajitas with beans and rice. All-in-all, it was pretty good, though honestly, nothing I'd revisit. If it wasn't for my gifts cards, we very likely would not have gone at all. read more

We moved from Illinois and this is the worst chilis experience. We all did the 3 for me and the soups came out in the same bowl as the salsa which is obviously much smaller than the normal soup bowls. It had been a few years since we went to a Chili's and unfortunately had a bad experience, but we gave it another try while traveling. The food was subpar. I ordered a burger, medium and it was over cooked. Everything we ordered was overcooked, greasy and very disappointing. Service was good and the ambiance is what you would expect. Loved to go to Chili's years ago, but they have digressed to the point where it's no longer worth going there again. read more

why do you give me the option online to take off a topping if you're just going to put it on there anyways????? I ordered the ancho salmon WITHOUT the ancho sauce or toppings bc they took the regular plain salmon off the menu... I pickup my order & ask for gravy for my mashed potatoes since that's not an option online, he says "it'll be in the bag", & I pay my $20, grab my food and drive home.
