Lots of open tables. Waiting for over 1/2 hr and counting. Asked staff they said kitchen backed up but yet most seated have their food. Staff said manager would get angry if they sat people.

Chilis good chill at bar drink some drinks watch some sports place. Food is what you'd expect for bar grill type of atmosphere, nice after you've walked the mall did little shopping. Service is little slower. Most business are under staffed or have staffing issues so I'm a little more understanding in this area currently. As long as the staff they have is friendly & doing their best. Which they are & have been on each of my visits.

Been here twice in the last month with family. Food was surprisingly good, but kinda slow to arrive, even though it wasn't super busy. Servers were attentive and checked at the appropriate intervals. The layout of the restaurant is odd since it's in the mall, which is a compromise for convenience.

I know I know 5 stars for a Chili's chain restaurant seems wild but trust me when I tell you the kitchen and staff were ON POINT!! My goodness the food was so good and fresh, made just right! Presentation and everything as you can see by the pics. Ambiance was lovely and the place was neat and clean. I'm pleasantly surprised. Keep up the good work y'all!!!

First off all, shout out to our waitress Lacy. We came in an hour before closing and she had no problem serving us. Super awesome lady. I got the Cajun pasta, and it was not too bad. Food was fast and nice, comfortable environment.

Date night appetizers, drinks and after Star Wars The Rise of Skywalker in the mall! Thats what's so convienent about Chili's it's an anchor restaurant very convenient after shopping or before you go out to a movie night. We got 3 apps: White Queso with Spinach and Chips! There's sometjing about these nacho chips so thin, light and tasty! Love them. Most nacho's in town are thick and retain oil not these! The Southwestern Eggrolls always a favorite with their midwestern dipping sauce! A classic staple of ours. Then for protien, the Honey Chipotle wings, sticky sweet with heat, never enough in my opinion thank goodness for the wet wipes after!

Now, my first culinary experience with this restaurant was a good one, their cheese burger with honey and whipped Brie?!?!?!?!?! Is a masterpiece disguised as a cheese burger the tater tots on the side? Meh! Nothing to see there. The most mind-binding, disrespectful thing I came across at this establishment is them calling a glorified Little Caesar's quality cheese bread with a side of dipping sauce a "Pizza" if it wasn't enough that this cheese bread was marketed as a "Pizza" which it is not but to call it a Detroit style Deep dish? Unforgivable! I wanted to love this pizza so badly but I cannot allow anyone else to spend $28.00 on a dried out, over cooked order of cheese bread. The service was good until I was given Diet Coke instead of Coke Zero. I swear service recovery is such a lost art. C-

There were plenty of toppings to make each taco a good size. There was a nice little bite to the salsa. The tacos were each on a single corn tortilla. I wasn't prepared for the ordering process. It was kind of a mess. Let me explain: I walked in and the first table full of people was REALLY close to the door. Threw me off. I worked my way around them. Then I walked past the kitchen/cooking area toward the thing that made the most sense. The bar area. There was a register, a counter, and a person...looking at me. But no. He told me to order at the other counter. So I walked over and grabbed the paper menu lying on the counter. But it wasn't a menu, it was their produce order from Charlie's produce. So I stood there awkwardly until someone asked to take my order and I asked for the menu, which was above me on a tv screen. And that's the last bad thing. Now I'll know. (And so do you) Amazing food. Cold beer. You'll love it.

Unfortunately, they do not offer beer flights, so Colby created his own half-glass sampler, which did the trick. The brewery itself was pretty neat, with large beer barrels incorporated into the décor, including one that guests can actually sit in. Their beer selection was on the smaller side, but we felt the prices were fair. I ordered the Blind Berry Cider, which had a pleasantly tart flavor, though it leaned toward the extra sour side. We thought this spot was great for Instagram photos and a worthwhile stop if you have some extra time while you're in town. Overall, it was okay. I do wish we had known about the outdoor seating options beforehand, as we found the indoor seating area to be somewhat limited. The glassware was pretty cool as well, with several different sizes available. The bathrooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We would definitely return if we find ourselves back in town again.
