It seems Chili's is now fully staffed! ;) My family and I finally got to experience them in person as opposed to, DoorDash only. The hostess was welcoming and efficient. She sat us at a long booth/table. We had plenty of room and we were comfy. Chili's interior is bright, modern, and clean. Our server was also our bartender :) Her multitasking skills were top tier. She had a full bar but never neglected to check on us and keep our drinks flowing. Love that for us! Her Bloody Mary was definitely from scratch. Don't ask how I know, just trust ya girl! I'm not much of a chain visitor anymore, but we had a gift card. In our opinion Chilis and similar restaurants that used to be great are no longer. The service was great and efficient. We had the triple dipper which was hot and delicious. It was our Sante Fe Chicken Salads that left us disappointed. We asked for grilled chicken and while it kind of looked like chicken, it was a weird texture. We were wondering if it was the lab created or impossible chicken. Not a grill mark to be seen. It actually seemed more boiled and a few seasonings added after. Such an off and odd meal for us... I also noticed a child sucking ketchup directly out of the bottle. Chilis good chill at bar drink some drinks watch some sports place. Food is what you'd expect for bar grill type of atmosphere, nice after you've walked the mall did little shopping. Service is little slower. Most business are under staffed or have staffing issues so I'm a little more understanding in this area currently. December 4th 2025 we tried to go here to watch Thursday night football and have dinner. The game was in zero televisions when we came in, which on already made zero sense. I waitress asked her manager to change the station and he had the childish unprofessional response of " your guess is a good as mine". After the waitress gave my partner the remote to try and change it himself we were told " the manager isn't going to make the tv a priority, he says he has a list of things to do". We went for the hot buffalo mozzarella sticks and they were delicious! My friend got a combination meal with ribs and a quesadilla. I ordered a burger. The portions are large and the food is good. We didn't have to wait for a table and the ambience was good for conversation. I think this is Alaskan specific, but the prices seem high for what you get. While the portions were large, the combo meal was $30 and the burger was $20. I think you can get nicer meals at a local place for the prices at this chain. I kept it at 5 stars though, because we got exactly what we wanted and were satisfied with our meal! I'll probably come back again. It's a good place to go with a group of friends. read more

Been here twice in the last month with family. Food was surprisingly good, but kinda slow to arrive, even though it wasn't super busy. Servers were attentive and checked at the appropriate intervals. There's sometjing about these nacho chips so thin, light and tasty! Love them. Most nacho's in town are thick and retain oil not these! The Southwestern Eggrolls always a favorite with their midwestern dipping sauce! A classic staple of ours. They made us and other people wait for a table for 15-20 mins but had multiple tables available to sit people down. The service was ass and when they finally sat us down, of all seats that were available they sat us next to the door where people were picking up food. People kept going in & out leaving us cold and the wind kept hitting us. We had to wait for over 30 minutes just for our food to come. I came down here with my mother for Sunday lunch. This Chili's is located at the west end of the Dimond Center Mall right next to the Olive Garden. The restaurant was moderately busy and we only waited a minute to be seated at a booth. Flat-screen TVs adorned every wall around the dining area and the bar. I asked if they had the NFL Sunday Ticket for football season and they said they only show games that air locally on the network channels. That's a bummer since they had more than enough screens to air every game played on Sunday. After being seated, we were greeted by Eduardo, our server. We ordered drinks and said we needed more time to decide before ordering food. By the time we were ready, I decided to go with the Ribeye Steak with Steamed Broccoli and a side salad while my mother opted for the Shrimp Caesar Salad. This is where our experience went downhill. The food wasn't the issue but rather the service we received. It took a while to get refills on our drinks. We spent a considerable amount of time waiting for our order, about 25-30 minutes. There were customers after us who had a shorter wait for their food. It also seemed like Eduardo was purposely avoiding our table and directed more attention to the people seated next to us. My mother picked up on this and was noticeably hurt and disappointed. I was not happy seeing this. I kept looking at him every time he went by our table. After what seemed like a long wait our food finally arrived. Interestingly enough, it was served by the manager rather than Eduardo. The Ribeye Steak was delicious and my mother enjoyed her Shrimp Caesar Salad. However, the experience was marred by the service we received. Fortunately, they had the payment card kiosks on the tables to make credit card payments without having to deal directly with the server. I was very reluctant to leave a tip but my mother enjoyed her food and left in a good mood. A bright spot in this was that Yelp gave us a $5 discount for our dine-in order after checking in. I called to reserve a week in advance and I spoke to the manager twice about my reservation because I had to change the time and the amount of people coming. The first time I called I he told me he got it down on his calendar then I call two days later to let him know that instead of 8 people we'll be having 9 and switched the time from 6pm to 7pm the he says that he forgot to write it down on his calendar the first time and that I called him at a good time that day because he is in his office where his calendar was. On the day of me and my sisters reservation we showed up 15 minutes early the employees were confused ! Kept saying saying that the manager didn't say anything to them about my reservation and that the manager always does these kinds of things. It was me and my sisters first time ever at a Chili's Restaurant and to be honest it was very disappointing. But the only one thing we appreciated was that the waitress that sat us down was very nice and her customer service was on point. read more

She didn't notice I never got my sandwich and was letting us know whenever we wanted the check we could pay and I asked if I could get my food first? I got a salad sandwich combo. This is a great place for some food and beer. But the hostess seemed like she was lost and confused. I guess I'm just so used to talking to people at the bar or the bartender, it was very quiet. Gave them another try after avoiding chili's for a year or so. Friendly host, manager came and chatted with us (usually the manager only comes when something is wrong so this was nice) and the server was very helpful. We ordered chicken bacon ranch quesadillas, buttery noodles and cheese for my 1 year old and my husband ordered crispy chicken tenders and shared chips and salsa. They had a deal for $28 (appetizer to share and two entrees) which was perfect. While waiting for our food we saw the manger helping bussing tables which again I have never seen before. What a change, the food was great, the meal deal was great, all of the staff were great. We had enough food to bring home for an entire extra entree and sides for my son. We will be back. read more
