Went here last Sunday and it was quite good. Good enough to go back today. The difference in food quality was absolutely astounding. Everything was over salted to the point of being inedible when we got it home. The parang curry might have well of been a salt lick In water. One taste and spit it out. Throwing it all away and going somewhere else tonight. We will never go back. Bummer to spend $60+ to throw it away. read more

The food here is consistently good. Not great but always good which can be hard to come by. I usually end up getting one of the daily specials which consist of soup, 2(yes 2) entrees and your choice of rice as well as an eggroll. And did I mention dessert? No? Have been patron for years, but food quality has diminished. Arrived at 2:30 pm. Was served room temperature fried rice, room temperature egg roll and Rangoon. When I called this to the attention of waiter, she brought out replacement egg rolls and rangoons that were fresh and hot. Unfortunately, , the same rice was brought out, but microwave warmed up. Rice is very dangerous to consume after having been left at room temperature. On a previous visit, the dished I ordered included raw peanuts. Not at all tasty nor safe to eat. I've heard great things about this place. My favorite Chinese is in Fort Collins but I hate the drive so I figured I'd try Chili Thai. I got shrimp with vegetables and it didn't disappoint. There were a ton of shrimp (did not skimp on the shrimp lol) which was a nice surprise. So many places give you 3 or 4 shrimp and load it with veggies but that isnt the case here. I'd classify this as human style; not super greasy, definitely not cheap tasting. The wonton soup had good flavor but a pretty salty aftertaste so I wasn't able to finish it. They were pretty good the first time I visited 4 years ago but have progressively gotten pretty bad since. We done trying this place.

I personally love the service, food and the staff that works at Chili Thai. Every single time I come in I never feel rushed and I always get to finish my food in my 1 hour lunch break. The best part is that it's always steaming hot and never luke warm. My go to is the sesame chicken and sweet and sour chicken with extra sweet and sour sauce. I consider Chili Thai to be the best Chinese restaurant so far in Colorado. :) read more

I walked into the restaraunt and sat at the bar. I ordered a drink which took longer than normal to serve. The place wasn't busy at all as confessed by one of the wait staff and no one else was sitting at the bar. The dining room was nearly empty. It was 8pm - one hour before closing on a Tuesday. I ordered 4 dishes. Thai Chicken, Kung Pao Beef, Chicken Lo-Mein with Dumplings and my favorite -Hot and Sour Soup. When I ordered my food, I started by saying that my order was to-go. The service person looked shocked and angry! "To-go!" She said. And stood their looking at me incredulously. I couldn't imagine why that would be a problem. So I replied calmly, "Yes, to-go. Is that ok?" She continued staring me down making me very uncomfortable. Then she finally broke away saying "Ok, ok.... what do you want!". I never figured out why ordering food to-go made her so upset. The service after that was fairly quick and courteous though I never saw my angry waitress again. When I got home to enjoy my dinner I found the food to be extremely tasteless. The Thai Chicken was the best out of the four but nothing to go back for. The Kung Pao Beef lacked taste and spice. There were whole chilis in it. I put one in my mouth and chewed it -no heat at alll. The Chicken Lo-Mein with Dumplings was so tasteless I wondered how they made it so. Do they boil the flavor out of everything? My favorite Hot and Sour Soup was neither hot nor sour but tasted like Campbell's Beef Broth. I poured it down the sink. My order was $50. I left a generous to-go order tip. All said the whole meal including service was easily worth less than $15. I was very disappointed and won't be back. read more

The only reason im giving them 4 out of 5 stars is because I was over charged for my food but didn't realize it till i was half way home (i live in Denver) so I was not going to drive back for $10-$15 I just hope they pay attention next time. read more

The vegetable spring rolls were mostly rice noodles, and there was a hair in the box... Probably won't order from here again. This place has become the best Chinese food in Windsor. I have been trying to go through their menu and try everything I think I'd like and it's all amazing. I think the Veggie Spring roll from here is boring/sad, lettuce and noodle only, no carrots or cucumber inside a little disappointed, just won't be purchasing that again. Visited from Dallas with friends. We decided to try this place to avoid the graduation crowds in Fort Collins. The service was quick and friendly. The place was clean and the amount of food for the price of the Family Dinner was awesome. Had the Sriracha Beef and it was definitely more Chinese than Thai. It was also saltier than I have in Dallas usually but pretty typical for American Chinese food. The fried egg rolls, fried wontons, and deep fried shrimp and soups were on point. They offer brown as well as white and fried rice which is a great thing. We took food home and will gladly come again. read more

The waitress was very rude when I had asked a simple question. The food is very bland, and poor quality. The egg drop soup doesn't taste like egg drop soup, but rather cream corn. The won ton soup just tastes like carrot and cucumber water. The sweet and sour chicken is terrible. I would not recommend coming here, I'm very disappointed with this experience. read more

Well, the food is quite good. Unfortunately the take out policy of "no soup for you" runs against every customer service best practice I can think of. I walked in and ordered a dinner to go only to be told that to-go orders don't include soup. And this is the first time I have ever done that. I have always eaten in the restaurant. Any way, I asked why and was told, "because that's how we do it." I asked them to show me on the menu where it stated the soup policy and lo and behold, it was no where to be seen. I then asked them to take the price of soup off my tab; otherwise I am paying the same as an "eat in" customer while receiving less food. No can do on that either. Long story short, I like the food but I am very disappointed in the policy AND their complete lack of concern. So, as I always do....I will punish with my wallet. All for some soup that cost them pennies. read more
