Milagros Skillet

Here is my most up-to-date review. While we have been here many times for lunch and dinner, we finally were able to try breakfast! We ordered the Meat Lovers which includes two eggs, choice of meat, choice of hash browns or country potatoes, and choice of pancakes or toast. We ordered eggs over medium, ham, country potatoes, and pancakes. Everything was tasty and splendid! The ham was very flavorful and two nice size pieces. The pancakes were fluffy and delicious. They were just the right size. We also ordered the Milagros Skillet which I highly recommend! It came out on a sizzling cast iron skillet. The ribeye was tender and full of flavor served on country potatoes and grilled peppers and onions with a side of gravy full of grilled peppers and onions, and tortillas. Oh and two eggs any style. Way more food than I could eat. So yay to leftovers for tomorrow. I can't stress enough how friendly and accommodating the staff are here. The restaurant and restrooms are always clean. The coffee and large glasses of iced tea hit the spot. They offer dessert which I will break down and order soon. Chiles y Milagros should definitely be on your list of places to eat whether you are driving through Bridgeport, visiting Bridgeport, or lucky enough to live here.

Vegetarian omelette with beans and hash browns it came with either pancakes or toast.

We often drive between Tahoe and LA - THIS was truly the best place we have dined ever on this route including Bishop, Mammoth, and especially Lee Vining . Inviting friendly service fluffy pancakes, you can build your own breakfast - vegetarian or meaty. Unbelievable food with warm accommodating service Clean bathrooms and jaw dropping mouth watering food. A true step above any breakfast anywhere. We are looking forward to stopping for lunch/dinner on our return. You MUST stop here whatever time of day. It's a winner!

AlPastor torta, torta de carne asada, chile, relleno, carne, ensu jugo con frijoles were the best. chicken waffle sandwich

Amazing food in the middle of nowhere, authentic flavors made with quality ingredients. We got there 20 minutes before closing we wanted to go orders, so they would not be rushing us, like some other places or be like the kitchen is closed and we don't have that no more but they have everything in the menu available. The owner said if you guys want to eat here go ahead no rush take your time so we all order there. He was really attentive. We would definitely be going by here this summer again. Places is nice and cozy.

Authentic Mexican flavors, fresh and delicious food, and a great vibe. The people who work here are so nice and polite makes the whole experience even better!

Pork Adobado

Visited just after memorial day. Had the chicken mole and the pork adobado. The mole was nive, very 'floral' and complex. Had me guessing what they use. The pork was sort of like rendered strips of pork belly, cooked with a press probably. Yummy! Chips and salsa were fresh, warm and good! An excellent choice for a meal in Bridgeport!

Chile Rellano, rice and beans. Very tasty!!

First time in Mammoth California and we were looking for something to eat for dinner since the ski…read moreresort doesn't have too many options. The drive down wasn't bad took about 15mins. We had a couple of options to pick from but thought to try this place. So glad we did. It felt very homey and the vibes were so nice. We ordered the Juanita's salad, duck quesadilla, and a lobster burrito with Spanish rice and refried beans. I also got a virgin peach margarita and my fiancé got XX beer. The staff was very friendly and attentive as well. I don't know what some of the reviews are saying. The food we got were so delicious. The lobster burrito and the duck quesadilla were so flavorful. Ive never had one like this before. I honestly think the food Mexican food here is way better than whatever we have in Hawaii. It was very chill and the server would check in on us and made sure we were good. If you're in this area, I would definitely recommend you to come try their duck and lobster items. Also the portion is very shareable so keep that in mind! I would definitely eat here again if we come back to Mammoth!

The vegetarian fajita burrito is delicious when made vegan (hold the cheese & sour cream). Don't forget to ask for jalapeños! See photo for the yummy insides of that fajita burrito!! They are huge. I took the 2nd 1/2 of that burrito with me for day two on the mountain. The cantina is upstairs and it's generally hopping in the late afternoon for aprés. It has a nice wooden ceiling & floor plus a palm tree decor that makes the ambiance cozy
