So we came out here for the picture along the back wall of the building but we also, wanted to potentially support the business. When you come inside, it's a very cute resale shop for young children and maternity. The items were very cute but the prices were a bit high in my opinion for resell. So come on by if you're looking for some deals on baby/maternity, but also enjoy the art on their wall.

I asked if she had any girl's shorts like tumbling shorts. In a very rude way and as if to say she did not want us in her store, she replied "We don't sell ""those"" kinds of things. As soon as she said that we walked to the door to leave. There appeared to be a bunch of shorts on a shelf on our way out. I felt like the owner or salesperson (with actions as those, I would say owner) did not like the looks of us, wanted us out of her store. I have never had anyone treat us, a family, in such a rude, unprofessional way. We were happy to go spend $50 on underwear and $25 for a cute plush toy at The Beaufort Bonnet Co. just down the street. A larger, commercial chain store. They were ever so pleasant and happy to sell us underwear for our daughter. Sad that a small business owner would treat customers that come into her store this way. It was her loss and we will not be going back to her store but to this other store where they treat their customers well.

I found this to be very interesting since reviews claim otherwise. I though both ladies were exceptionally friendly. I originally went in to look for a 'Scout' brand bag. They have a huge selection of bags and even discounted ones - 40% off! I have recently become obsessed with their items and hoped to find a local store that carries a good selection - indeed, I did! Aside from my initial reason for choosing this shop, I was delighted to find other treasures. Astros items, fun sparkly slip-on shoes, 'El Arroyo' (Austin, TX restaurant - see photo) brand items, trinkets, wall plaques, serving platters, greeting cards and more.
