I wasn't paying attention cause I was trying to look up the receipt from the app. Then he told me everything was done and the refunds will show up in my app later, maybe 2-3 days. So I left, but the next day I received an email and showing refund for only 2 items! He missed scanning one of my item! I tried to contact the corporate but they said they didn't receive it. I told them to check the security camera footage, they will definitely see what I returned. But they don't want to do so and keep telling me it wasn't received. So here I want to leave a bad review on this store because the staff who took my returns didn't do his job properly. I'm also mad at the corporate because they don't do any further investigation to help the customer. I seriously don't think I will ever go back and shop Zara anymore! Go H&M or Uniqlo. My niece was running out of time finding a prom dress. We went to a couple of stores in Harwin…read morearea. Couldn't find anything only bridal dresses. A store owner told us about this place that was not too far. I think we first went into the wrong place there a two stores that have doors right next to each other. The first place, the girl helping wouldn't leave our side but not in a helpful way. The place was to cramped and not enough room to move around. We saw a dress we liked and she gave us a huge discount but the price was still high. The shop girl first said we could order it but then came back and said it was sold out. We also weren't allowed to take pictures. I don't know why, we had seen so many dresses it gets confusing with slit, no slit, backless, halter, short and long dresses. We felt rushed and didn't see a lot of variety of prom dresses. FN Formals We decided to pass and my nieces size was sold out. We literally went next door and the first thing we noticed is all the dresses they have hanging on the wall with a number. You see a dress you like, get the number, locate on the numbered racks and find your size. It's all self serve. If you don't find your size they will help you find it. We were allowed to try on as many as we wanted. The girls working there were so helpful and not pushy. We didn't feel rushed and were allowed to take pictures. We actually had fun seeing everyone come out in their dresses. It was a good experience. They have two mirrors in the fitting room and in front of store. My niece found what she was looking for and the price was perfect $130. I don't remember what the other dresses were going for we tried on. We went during the week on Monday and it wasn't that busy. I'm sure it gets crazy on the weekends. I think they close at 6:30pm but call to confirm but we got there around 4 or 4:30. They had wedding dresses there too that are beautiful. For a young bride on a budget. Some tips. Bring a pair of heels to get an idea of what the dress will look with heels. If you plan on wearing certain under garments or stockings bring or come with it on. Some of the dresses have lots of sequins and can snag and get caught on things. Also some dresses have spaghetti straps, halter or strapless. You want to have the right bra on to see how it will look with the dress. All sales are final. Try to go during the week if you can to be in and out of the fitting room. I think they have 6 or 8 fitting rooms but with so many dresses to try on I can see how you could have to wait for a fitting room. During the weekend they could do things differently to try on dresses and get ppl in and out of the fitting room. Again I was there on a Monday around 4pm. My niece is 18 and this dress is for her high school prom. If you don't see the dresses on the wall with a number to locate yourself on the racks, you are at the wrong store.

recently had a disappointing experience returning an online purchase at Janie and Jack…read more I bought four items for my grandson. One jacket was too big when I tried it on him, so I removed the tag but kept it with me, along with the receipt. Since these are winter clothes and the size was clearly too large, I wouldn't be able to use them anytime soon. When I went to return the items, the sales associate, Shaneen, told me the jacket could not be returned because the tag had been removed, even though I had the tag and the receipt with me. The interaction felt rude and unhelpful. She eventually said she would process the return "this time," as if she were doing me a favor, and even mentioned that I could speak to her manager, Kristen. She also did not review my receipt and refunded me based on the current sale price instead of the price I originally paid, which meant I received less money back. , I've been a longtime customer and have purchased many items from Janie and Jack. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing. Since they moved the location and Go Global took over the brand, the level of customer service seems to have declined significantly.
