This place had really awesome, helpful, friendly staff willing to help and answer questions. They even helped with toppings just with "this is my favorite." I loved that! Great staff! We opted for dine in at this location on a Saturday afternoon. There was not much people so we were able to quickly get into the order line. Chose the fries bowl (my absolute go-to here). They are only serving in the to-go boxes even if you dine in. My rating for the food went down because the portion went down - serving stingy plus only serving in tiny togo boxes. Their dine-in bowls are 1.5x - not a big deal but if you charge the same for both options then needs to serve the same. The way they pack their to-go boxes is also needs improvement - all the sauce sticks up to the box on the cover which makes it difficult to scoop it. Location was clean and staff was good. Probably not returning to Chilantro until they are done with their to-go boxes only policy for dine in. read more

I ordered the Spicy Pork Classic Kimchi Fries.I added a fried egg, pickled cucumbers/veggies. My husband ordered the same thing but with spicy pork. They both were good, I got good customer service and my order was on time. I love Kimchi, allllll varieties, the only minus I have to say is the actual Kimchi. We popped in here for lunch between jobs and I am glad we did. Great place for lunch! Definitely a win! Loved it. Its setup is similar to a Chipotle where you get to build your own bowl. But entirely different options. I'm not a huge fan of kimchi but my husband got it on his bowl and I tried it (of course) and it is a winner as far as kimchi goes, nice and garlicky. This place was bustling at lunch time and I can see why! We got bowls with the sweet potato base, but they also offer rice, brown rice or you can choose a salad or wrap. Great place. Friendly atmosphere, but keep in mind they have only a little space for dine in. We will definitely return! read more

My son and husband loved the wings more than they thought they would... like fighting over the last wings. I was super hesitant but they insisted anyway. I later figured out my card situation and came back to pay my meal, which I was happily to do so. The bad: I got the "side rice" meaning it was all the over cooked rice that was crunchy and stuck together. Pros: still a good bowl and I highly recommend their tofu and carrot ginger sauce. First time trying them and the food was pretty tasty - I think. Its really hard to get the complete experience when eating cold beef and pork. We actually arrived ten minutes before order was supposed to be ready so not sure what the issue but cold tacos were not exciting. I appreciate the curbside service and staff on phone and bringing food to car were great. Honestly this seems to be an issue with a lot of companies doing curbside - I want to support local eateries but cold and lukewarm food is a huge pet peeve. Spent about 20 minutes watching them pick up the half made bowl I was supposed to be picking up for delivery. There are no noodles. They won't just double up on rice. They just put the bowl back down and start in the next order. Nobody starts noodles which don't take long to make. Then the next dude picks up the bowl. We have ordered from there food truck before and had excellent food so we decided to check out there store location and it didn't really disappointed. It was a small place, with lots of lovely people. The only things that kinda ruined it for me was that the music was too load and I was wearing my mask which makes it harder to understand what the person taking my order was saying and therefore getting my order wrong, but the food was fine it just was really spicy ( because they thought I said I wanted spicy sauce on it ).
