    K'Pop Chicken Bowl

I love this place! Great customer service, everyone is so friendly and helpful. They have a Curated By Rice Bowl Experts menu. I love it! Makes it easier for me instead of trying to figure out what to choose. I got the KPOP Chicken Bowl and it hits the spot every time,, consists jasmine rice, carrot, Monterey jack cheese, cilantro, green leaf lettuce and cabbage mix, pickled veggies, onion, red cabbage, sesame seeds, and spicy ranch. The portions are just right for the price. Sorry I didn't get a pic of the bowl to share. I devoured it, I guess I'll need to come back again. Ladies if your dinning in they have purse hooks under all the tables . Next time I will take pics I promise! Came back and I have pics this time!

been in austin for 2 years and have always wanted to check out this place but just never got around to it. Came here 30 minutes before they closed and the staff was incredibly welcoming and was patient with me. I got a salad bowl with carnitas and it was a big bowl! They gave me so much meat i was stuffed. Angel even brought over chips and salsa because be heard it was my first time there! I WILL be back!! Great location, amazing staff, good food! Zero complaints!

I honestly love this place. It's model after fast casual restaurants but it has a Korean twist (obviously). Their selection is always fresh, reasonably priced, flavorful, and portions are massive. I highly recommend this place for a no frills weeknight spot

My buddy Mike & I came here earlier this Saturday afternoon around 1pm to grab a to go lunch after walking the lake. There was no line when we walked inside, and the inside of the restaurant was both clean and very well kept. As for the food, it was solid. Definitely recommend their soy glazed chicken (although they have other protein options as well), and they have several other add ins to choose from as well such as eggs, corn, black beans, kimchi, chilantro, shredded carrots, etc. If you haven't been to chilantro, this spot is definitely worth trying!

Chi'Lantro use to be a food truck. You can tell it lost some of that creative energy & charm since moving into an established brick and mortar. Not bad if you are looking for a quick bite (taste more of a chain than an authentic food experience) . The portions are generous and the service was excellent. Definitely better than Chipotle.

Friendly, fast service, delicious food and clean environment! Thank you!! :) Will definitely be coming back!

Came in on a Sunday afternoon with no problem finding street parking. Greeted by friendly staff, clean causal ambience and healthier menu option. We created 2 make your own style bowls. Can't go wrong with half noodles and half salad. All the meats were flavorful. Went with the steak and tofu. I would recommend getting sauce on the side. The food is good, I would come back but more importantly the staff and service was top notch! Kudos to the Sunday crew!

Love this spot. Had yummy kimchi fries. I had a coupon, but they skipped applying it and refunded me and redid the order. More training needed, only one of the reps knew how to process the refund. The restaurant is really loud as well. Hopefully next time no issues applying my coupon. Everyone was new once, so not too bothered.

I can't say this was a favorite for me. I wanted to try the Asia Qdoba which apparently Chi lantro has similarities to the Qdoba! I really should have gotten educated on the Asia flavors because I made a rice bowl and I can't say I was really pleased with my selections I just threw things together. I tried to ask questions but they had customers waiting so I proceeded. I bought 4 rice bowls and paid about $50! It was too much in my opinion. I don't think I'll return.

Chilantro in Austin seamlessly merges Korean and Mexican cuisines, delivering mouthwatering dishes like their famous Kimchi Fries and Korean BBQ rice bowls. The atmosphere is vibrant, service top-notch, and options abound for vegetarians and vegans. Should definitely try if you are in Austin.

The food is always super fresh and delicious! The restaurant is super clean and the atmosphere is wonderful. The service is always top notch and all of the workers are very friendly. Angel goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service.

Really cool concept, love the customizability of this place! I got the build your own salad, to be honest would not recommend - it's the same price to get noodles or rice and that's much more filling. I got the tofu option which was delicious! Sweet but not overwhelming. The kimchi was also very tasty! Also would recommend the magic sauce! Overall, kind of pricey but I do want to come again to try the kimchi fries.

When a server finally came over, she walked us to a table, slammed the menus down, and walked off. Rude for no reason. Food was just as disappointing. The rangoons were good. My husband wanted orange chicken but it wasn't on their brunch menu, they were kind enough to still make it, which we appreciated. It was good, but everything else? No. The "mala fried chicken" was basically chicken nuggets with steamed rice, the menu said it had chili oil, I expected it to be drizzled over the chicken but instead was sitting at the bottom of the bowl. I didn't notice it till the end and since I thought they had forgotten it, I asked for some and got just the oil. Idk if that's the way they do it, but usually when I ask for chili oil I receive the chili flakes with the oil. Anyways, it was mid. But the brisket fried rice..... now, that had zero flavor. We barely touched it, left the whole thing behind. Between the attitude and the food, it's a no for us. Wouldn't come back.

Please note that Sa-Tén is in an industrial-style complex and can be easily missed. The anchor point is a large green Canopy sign. After having coffee at Stargazer, we decided to grab breakfast "to-go" at Sa-Tén as my Art contest start time was nearing. It is literally diagonally across the street from Stargazer. Sa-Tén means "coffee lounge" or "café" in Japanese. It traditionally refers to a relaxed neighborhood coffee shop...a place meant to be a welcoming community space. The coffee shop is small with wraparound glass windows emitting an abundance of light. Sa-Tén's interior is unassuming...really non-distinct. My friend ordered the last salmon toast, however, since she had previously tried it, she allowed me to have the last one. Such a thoughtful and kind friend...she ordered the bacon, egg and cheese toast instead. Let me just say this salmon toast was the bomb diggity. Our server described this breakfast item as salmon on white toast...what a major understatement! Our toast was even larger than Texas toast with a brioche taste and perfectly toasted. Quite honestly, I could have just eaten the toast all by itself. The salmon and cheese enhanced the taste. What a spectacular discovery! My friend was pleased with her selection as well. The Chicken Kara-age was not as crispy as I would like it. Also got royal milk tea, which was lightly sweetened. This place does get packed, so if you like to try this place, avoid the right before noon crowd or go early morning or later in the afternoon. The restaurant itself is small, but they do have some outdoor tables as well. The hard part about sitting outside is if you order drinks, I don't know if you can hear your name being yelled out while you are outside, so I would suggest having someone inside to grab your drink if you order any or check inside after a while to see if your drinks are ready.
