    Al pastor chilequiles

This is my 4th time eating here, and first time I strayed from the chilequiles. Today was my sons 12th grade graduation!!! We've been wanting to bring him here. This restaurant is ran so perfectly. Everyone is on top of their jobs and make it all look so easy. Friendly. The food is amazing. So today my daughter tryed the Mimosa flight, and I the passion fruit mimosa single. So good but I liked the lavender lemon best. I tryed the B.E.S.T Breakfast sandwich with potatoes. Bacon.Eggs.Spinach.Tomatoes The sandwich is really tasty and probably really the best breakfast sandwich ive had. My fiance had the chicken basil bowl, very good! The chicken was very flavorful. He really liked it. My son had al pastor Chilequiles, he loved it. My daughter had the Juevos rancheros, it had the wrong eggs, she wanted scrambled. Since they remembered that she cant eat avacado she was satisfied, and enjoyed her breakfast. She said it was very good. We all shared the Tres Leche pancakes. Omg! Heaven. This restaurant is one of our favorite go tos. If you dont try it, your missing out! Go there. Lol.

This is my second time coming here, we're not from around the area but it is so delicious that whenever we are, we stop for breakfast! It is generally full but the wait is worth it, the staff is so friendly and the service is always quick, the place itself is big too so they are able to accommodate large groups. 10/10! ‍

It's really the killer!!! Their Chilaquiles and biscuit gravy were delish!! Beware of the red salsa though, it was sooo spicy‍ don't you worry, you can choose other kinds of salsa. I also ordered Cafe Olla and it was amazing. Our waitress was super nice.

We had the Chilaquiles and Angus Burger on Brioche Bun and both were extraordinary! They were cooked to perfection, very fresh, and had wonderful flavor! Our server, Gil was so warm, kind, efficient, and personable! He went the extra mile to take pictures of us! We truly appreciated him.

This place is pretty good. A hidden gem if you will. The yelp reviews speak for themselves. I've been here 3 times before. I've gotten the chillakiles, churro French toast and the breakfast salad. The menu and drinks are great everything looks amazing. Went again today and got the chilakiles. They were good but I will warn the chips get soggy. And the egg on mine today was not cooked at all , the white part was still slimy . The chicken wasn't as good as before when I got it the last time. The previous times I've been here I've been super happy. Today not as much but it was still good and I'll still give them a try another time. Maybe it was an off day. Also the server came by nonstop until we got our food. Then we never saw him again and had to wait forever to get a check. I'm also a bit bummed because the breakfast salad I got last time was one of the best things I've ever eaten. So so good and unique And they took it off the menu For some reason. It's always insanely full and busy in there so be prepared to wait if you go! Also they ask you only stay for 90mins, no longer cause they need the tables. The prices are definitely high but it's good food and the portions are huge. I'd definitely come back To try more off the menu. The lunch looks great as well.

Food is amazing, I have visited this place on multiple occasions and have been delighted every time. The chilaquiles are a must "green salsa" those are my favorite For coffee you should try the Cafe de hoya... their other coffees are also really good but the Cafe de Hoya is another world. Service is excellent and I love that they always are so cheerful Ambiance is casual but dressy I give this place a 5 star rating on all counts.

Second time was a charm! Got the chilaquiles with verde, and it was scrumptious! My mate got fish tacos and was blown away! Mexican hot chocolate was heavenly! We watched as the kind hostess placed a lady, her blind companion and his seeing eye dog in a perfect spot so all three were comfortable. The staff makes this place the best!

SEP2025 Cute spot. I was surprised as we hadn't ventured here yet though we're always in this area. We decided to stop in for brunch. Service checked in frequently and refilled water also. They answered any questions we had. It was also quite busy so it was nice how much they stopped by. My partner ordered the fish sandwich, and I got a latte and the chilaquiles with chicken added. Everything was cooked really well. Partner liked how fresh the fish tasted and the light crunch. The chilaquiles was simple and rich. The chicken flavorful and not dry in the least. The red sauce really pulled everything together. The tortilla underneath soaked up a lot and made for a great medium. I think the only thing I'd want is a bit more crunch somewhere. We'll definitely have to stop by again. This was a nice discovery for the brunch scene in the area.

Delicious food and prompt, friendly service. The place is packed for breakfast/brunch and they hustle! Our party of 4 arrived at 10am on a Sunday and joined the waiting list. They have a great website that keeps you posted on wait times. Accurate w 30 min estimate. Upon our being seated, our server showed up within a few minutes and took our drink and food orders. Drinks showed up within minutes and food in another 10-15 min. We ordered: chilaquiles w smoked pork chop, chorizon con papas, churro French toast w eggs and bacon, and avocado and bacon benny. Food arrived hot with generous portions. Eggs ordered over easy were still gooey. All were happy and digging in. House unsweetened mango ice tea and mocha w Ghiradelli chocolate were standouts. They even gave us more coffee and iced tea to go. We'll be back for more breakfast as well as trying their lunch. Yay for small businesses that continue to deliver and in a prompt, friendly atmosphere!

I'll start with all the positives of my experience with Chila killer: Pros: Great service and really friendly and attentive. Busy but moves fast. Food portions are hearty and tasty. Coffee is strong but really tasty! An extra pro for the cute lil bolillos. Con: The prices are crazzzzyy in my opinion. They nickel and dimed for everything. Steak on your chilaquiles extra $7. I asked for asada and was expecting the actual flat steak not this but it's fine. Almond milk, another charge. Flavoring for coffee, another charge. I literally looked at the receipt and was like geeez I'm surprised they didn't charge me for the water. In summary, is chila killer worth it? I'd say sure if I'm in the area and want Mexican food but come prepared to pay a pretty penny. I get inflation is crazy but I still think prices were insane for no reason.

Met one of my sisters here for brunch, hadn't seen her in a while. I believe it was both of our first time there. I was conflicted on what to drink because they had so many amazing drinks both non-alcoholic and alcoholic. Our waitress was awesome! She was like a whole vibe, very on top of it, very friendly, very funny. I should've got her name for this review. You know when you're out having a girls brunch and your waitresses is awesome too it just makes the whole event perfect . The food was delicious the drinks were fabulous! Nothing fancy about the restaurant very basic but has big nice widows and I love to people watch! I definitely will be back here.

    Chilaquiles Morita
    Belen A.

[Español al final] The food was delicious. We ordered the Chilaquiles with Morita sauce and the breakfast burger. The portion sizes were solid. The burger was totally worth it and had a lot of bacon which we liked. The chilaquiles were accompanied with a lot of toppings which made the dish not only look aesthetic but also be very filling. Service kindly switched out our water with cucumber with just plain water when I asked. Very good and fast service (we came on a Friday at around 10:30am). The ambiance was nice as well. A lot of seating, good music, and clean spaces.

My wife and I love Chila-Killer Cafe. The service is always friendly and fast even when busy. The ambience is warm and clean with lots of plants around the restaurant. It has a rustic feel with its decor. The food here is very special. I don't know of any other place where you can choose from so many options for your chilaquiles. Typically, it's just red or green salsa, but here they have four options with different levels of heat. I've tried them all, but my personal favorite is the Borracha which has roasted tomato, jalapeño and beer! It's so delicious with a little heat but not much. There are so many flavors on the plate, plus I highly recommend getting the smoked pork chop. My wife had the breakfast enchiladas, which came with a beautiful salad. The sauce in the enchiladas was smoky, a little sweet and spicy. Finally, we shared the Killer Waffle, which has lots going on. I recommend asking for some whipped cream with it!

The overall effect was like eating a piece of cake that had fallen in a puddle of milk - with dried leaves in the icing. The cream was good however and not too sweet like your typical American dessert. I think if they could some how use a different type of bun that isn't as dry, this would be amazing. 2. Caprese Sandwich (wrap): This was incredible. I really liked this sandwich. It was so flavorful and the balance of the pesto and chicken was amazing. Highly recommend. Very large and filling too. 3. Mushroom focaccia: Loved this! Focaccia was fluffy and a very generous amount of mushrooms on top. 4. Passion Fruit pasty: I LOVED this! It reminds me of being in hawaii again and reminded me of the malasalas there however in a pastry dough form. 5. Chocolate pistachio croissant: High quality pasty very fluffy and light with huge amount of chocolate. Overall, I felt like the savory items were incredible and overshadowed the sweet items. The sweet were still good though. Everything was high quality and fairly priced. Only item that I wouldn't get again is the Maritozzi.

We happened to be driving by on the way to the Skunk Train and stopped by for lunch. There is a variety of sandwiches you can eat on site as well as a grab and go from their refrigerated section. I had my eye on the Lemon Ricotta Hotcake topped with ice cream, yes, ice cream. Instead of butter, you get to enjoy it with ice cream slowly melting over your hotcake, making each bite heavenly. I did move the scoop to the side so it wouldn't melt as fast and I can taste the velvety ice cream on its own. Since it was the holidays, I could not resist getting a caramel apple cider which was warming without being overly sweet.
