Panang Curry
Joriene M.

Panang Curry ($16.95) - I was blown away by how flavorful this curry was! It was the perfect blend of sweet, savory, spicy, and (surprisingly) fragrant. Highly, highly recommend and looking forward to trying more of their specialties!

Best Thai food I've had in along time. I ordered the spring rolls & Pad Se Ew. It was made quick and was hot and delicious. I ordered it medium spicy, and it wasn't spicy at all so I will definitely order it spicier next time! The restaurant is small, cute and clean. You can dine in or out. I will def order from here again!!

Grilled Pork Neck + Sticky Rice

Everything we ate was so yummy. We got the pad Thai with shrimp, the house fried rice with chicken, the grilled pork neck with sticky rice and papaya salad. I was nervous about spice levels, so we did get mild everything and it was mild. They do give you chili and condiments on the side to add if you want extra spice. The space is small and doesn't seat too many people. We came on a Saturday for lunch and it wasn't too busy. The food came out really quickly. We would definitely come back again.

We had seen this place driving by several times and never stopped until recently. We usually frequent Ocean Thai but wanted to give this place a try. We were pleasantly surprised. Service wasn't great when we walked in, one cashier and server and the restaurant seemed very busy with pick up orders. There weren't many people dining in and we waited a while for drinks and even a chance to order. After ordering though, our food took about average time to arrive. Our plates came out before our kids dish and we would have liked the reverse to have happened. Their lychee lemonade was fantastic! We tried the Thai tea with oat milk and it was good but nothing special. The drunken noodle was good but what we loved was the holy basil with tofu. I really liked the crunch and flavoring of the green beans. Our girls shared the house fried rice w/out egg to be vegan with extra tofu. We also asked for extra white rice. Our girls were happy with their food. Oh, and we also ordered the veggie crispy rolls and they were good. I liked how their vegan was marked with what could be made vegan so it eliminated having to ask. The mango sticky rice was the only thing we had to ask about as far as if it was vegan or not. Service was friendly although initially slow. Limited indoor and outdoor seating but seems very popular for takeout. We will definitely return; however, may opt for takeout next time!

Drunken Noodle with tofu add veggies

Drunken noodles with tofu + veggies seriously i'm so picky about my thai food and this place might be the best drunken noodles ive ever had. I'm so happy I found this place highly recommend

Well, I had to come back two more times! I couldn't bear the thought that I was missing out on trying their other dishes. Please check out my previous review. This place is SERIOUSLY a must try. It's like taking a trip to the land of smiles without any airfare to Thailand. Be prepared to be patient as you have a small place, small staff, and LOTS of demand. This place is HOT! So so good. Everything that I have tasted did not disappoint. Serious eats here. The chicken satay melts in your mouth. The minced chicken dish is Bomb. Can't go wrong here...

Read reviews, thank you fellow yelpers! So we decided to give this place a try. It was small but we weren't dining in so no problem. Workers were nice. We preordered, first call I was on hold a long time, over 5 mins but I could hear he was working with a customer then possibly forgot. Two babies were crying in the background so I imagine he was distracted. No worries we called back and they took our order. Was super simple. And he was so nice to remind me to remind him of spice on the side once I arrive. I did. Hubby and I watched the sunset from our car as a mini date. Food wasnt messy, perfect for a little date at the beach! Hubby ate pad Thai and was better than other Thai in Oceanside. Much better. But that's not my repeat. My repeat will be the fried rice, that fried rice was absolutely delicious!!!!! Seriously! So good! We both loved it. Perfect amount of everything. They didn't skimp on anything. Tail on shrimp was fresh and delicious. This will be our go to fried rice place. Worth the drive out of the way. Y'all gotta try it! Seriously. I didn't need to add any spice. Flavor was so perfect I didn't wanna change a thing. Obviously others got the memo because they were slammed. Customer after customer.

Such a cute place for Thai food! I wanted to go here specifically bc they use Chinese brocolli in their pad see ew noodle dish as other places in the area tend to use American brocolli! This is how I personally determine how authentic a Thai place is but thats just me lol. The ladies were really nice even though we came in pretty close to closing time. We also ordered papaya salad and a curry and everything was really tasty. I appreciated the fresh and clean condiments on the table, and thought the fresh flowers were a great touch.

Wonderful! We were in Vista and did a search for thai food nearby, and Chiim Thai in Oceanside showed up. Glad we decided to go for it, because it was a delicious experience. We were seated immediately, and ordered the Lychee Lemonade, Crispy Rolls, Pad Thai with Chicken, and Drunken Noodle with Shrimp. Their spice levels are "mild, medium, spicy" instead of the number system other Thai restaurants use. We went with "medium" and it had a really good kick. We were sweating by the end of our meal, but it was the good (flavorful) kind of heat. The drinks and food were beautifully presented. If you like lychee, do not skip the lemonade. Worth it. Everything was fresh and delicious. Most of the menu items had options to be made vegetarian, too. It's a small little restaurant, super cozy, great date spot. They have a few small tables set up outside, too. We'll definitely be making the trek from Escondido to Oceanside for this restaurant in the future.

My brother recommended having lunch here. It is a small restaurant and luckily we didn't have to wait for a party of five for lunch on Saturday. We ordered: Thai papaya salad Lao papaya salad Isaan style pork sausage Larb chicken Pad see ew chicken Pad thai chicken x2 Crab fried rice Sticky rice Thai iced tea Personally I love stronger and bolder flavor. I thought food was on the mild side in terms of flavor. Not completely bland. Pad Thai Chicken had a strong tamarind sauce flavor but everything else can use more flavor in my opinion. I believe they don't have pork at all. The server mentioned having crispy pork only so we ordered lots of chicken plates. Plenty of parking spaces in the plaza. One restroom available.

First time here. Small place but with ample seating. Here's what I tried: * Thai tea - Good. Creamy. 4/5. * Crab Fried Rice - Tasty. Good lump of crab. A bit oily. Could do with less onions. 4/5. * Pad See Ew with Shrimp - Flavors were spot on. Lots of shrimp. Wish it had more noodles. 4/5. * Mango Sticky Rice - Mango sweet. Sticky rice tasty but small portion. 4/5. Friendly Service. Prices average. Comfy bench seating. 1 shared restroom.

The best Thai food I've ever had! We got the pad Thai & the yellow curry and the spring rolls and they were all so good. Highly recommend!!

This is a small restaurant but gives big and delicious flavors. Limited seating but tonight seemed like people were coming and going at a good pace. Limited staff but the waitress was holding it down. Modest and clean. Limited seating for groups. But you can set up reservations on Yelp, which is nice. Food was bomb.com my husband enjoyed the spring rolls. Both the fried rice and pad Thai taste good on its own but when you add lime, it makes it so much more flavorful. I was pleasantly surprised by the pork belly, and feel like everyone needs to try this at least once. You'll be hooked. Was full but eating to satisfy my tastebuds. Will plan to return to try more options

The shrimp was juicy and the flavor was perfectly umami and had the right amount of fish sauce taste. The thai tea with boba was great as well I thought it was the perfect sweetness and not too overpowering. This lovely couple next to us asked if it was our first time there and recommended the honey roasted duck and I'm so glad they did because it was delicious! Perfectly crispy and juicy with such a nice sauce. Also, had the northern larb and it was pretty good and really good portion! I just think I'd get the northeastern larb instead next time as I'm used to and prefer the brighter flavors. Also, the pork skin chips they gave were stale unfortunately. The interior decor was also really cute and I quite liked the seating arrangement. People were also really nice there!

The service is always very good. I love the big metal water Cups that keep it cold and don't need refilling as often, especially with the spicy dishes. It had a lot of flavor and it was spicy. I had a cold last week and now all I have is cough so I was craving a little spice. It hit the spot. I also tasted the cashew nut chicken and that sauce is really good too. I still love the heart shaped rice. It's kind of far so I don't go often, but they are opening one in vista (much closer to me) so I'm excited for that. Perfect winter comfort food!

What I received was a HUGE portion. Like... woah. The depth in flavor of the chicken, and the extra chicken haha, it was so complex and light but flavorful. Wouldn't you know it... they made the order without onions. Ahhhhhh... I just feel seen and heard and so appreciative. I only wish I knew about Thai Table sooner! Without question... this is the BEST Pineapple Fried Rice with Chicken, I have ever had. And that includes the UK, Canada, NYC, Seattle, Denver, Vancouver... It tasted fishy and fell apart in my mouth and I had to spit it out. None of us liked any of the food. I was really bummed that we spent so much money on this meal that was supposed to be a nice break from cooking for the week. We threw away the majority of the order because of how bad it was. Such a bummer because we used to come here all the time. Not sure why they cut corners and skimped on portions.

The servers were attentive and checked on us a few times, which was nice. The store looked clean and well kept not loud at all. We started with an appetizer that included veggie rolls. It came on a bed of vegetables with the spicy sauce and nothing else--no rice. The flavor wasn't bad, but the steak itself was only lukewarm, almost like it had been sitting ready for a while. That temperature really threw me off and was the weakest part of the meal. The highlight (and honestly the reason I came) was the mango sticky rice. That was excellent and lived up to expectations. Overall a solid but not outstanding experience. Service and the dessert carried it, but the lukewarm steak held it back for me. I'd be open to trying a few other dishes next time.
