Drove past Chicken Town several times, thinking nah, probably not so good, fast food joint etc. came to mind. MAJOR MISTAKE! It is now our go to place for chicken, fish, clam strips, jalapeno poppers, deep fried mushrooms, the list goes on and on and on. Customer service is primo, very cordial and accommodating. Getting to their parking lot is a challenge but fear not the laundromat has a huge parking lot to do U turns in to get back on the Hooper/Brick plaza site if u zip past too quickly. Food was very good. Delivery said it would take 45 mins so we kept ourselves busy doing things around the house. Well about 25 mins later the doorbell rings. (Surprised they were there earlier, but happy.) But note to delivery driver...you do not need to bang on my door 5 seconds after ringing the doorbell. I heard it. I have a dog who heard it. And a sleeping toddler who thank God slept through the doorbell and the banging. Give customers a chance to get to the door. That irritates me. read more

Wow!! And so..... Just an FYI!! Don't count on getting food from chicken town in brick. I placed a call at 5:03 pm. The 920 number. They called me back at 5:26 pm to ask confirm my address b/c he wasn't sure what the person wrote. Still waiting for Joe's dinner. I called at 6:16 pm asking the guy where my food was. Told him it's been an hour and 15 min,s. He tells me it hasnt been that long..I proceed to try to tell him..it has...I have the call in my phone. He talks over me all matter of fact. Telling me it hasnt been that long. I'm not gonna argue with you. And says it's out for delivery and hangs up. Needless to say. As I write this..it just got here. And it's cold to boot!! Did not even want to give one star! Never order from this establishment. Not only is the food greasy and horrible but they overcharge you. They over charged my credit card when I confronted them they claimed they did not overcharge me. We will never order from them again and I would advise that no one should especially when I called and they refuse to reimburse me the overcharged amount! The manager even gave me a false name! Best "fast" fried chicken I have ever had! Juicy, cooked perfectly. The crinkle cut fries are also as good as they get. The cole slaw is a nice compromise of mayo and vinegar. It is a bit of a challenge to get to, I did a turn around to get on the same side of the street. read more

Very good fried chicken, GREAT mashed potatoes and gravy, my wife liked the grilled chicken a lot as well. Fries are the crinkle cut style and were pretty good. Whenever I get Chicken Town, I get a food baby. The place is too good and underrated. I take my friends there often and they love it! They are a little pricey and that's really my only complaint. I like the owners of the place they make you feel right at home. They are located right next to the corner diner which is probably why it seems like they are empty inside anytime I go in to either take out or sit down. Obviously I do not know how well their business is but if they have been there for I think 5 years, seems like they're doing good! read more

Chicken Town is the best fried chicken house that I've been too! The restaurant is always clean and the staff is always buzzing around whipping up something tasty but they never fail to stop and catch up with a returning customer or to welcome a new face. I love going her because the food is always cooked in a consistent manner and packaged for take out so well that its still steaming hot when I get it home if I pick up or even if they deliver. 6 years and counting and never once have I had a service related issue or even a bad food experience. Decided to try a rotisserie from here and was so disappointed. I could not cut even one full piece of white meat. When I called to say that maybe I got a dud I was told "all of them have white meat and our customers love them" really?!
