Cute place! We decided to visit after a friend recommended it. We tried the following; Nashville Hottie: excellent Jalapeño Pimiento Cheese: excellent Fancy Nancy: very good Sassy Scotty: we found it to be bland Grape Salad: like dessert. Yum. Broccoli Salad: very good Pasta Salad: good but dry Glad we came! read more

I want to like this place, I really do. It's close and convenient. However, this is the second time we've placed an order through Uber Eats and had items missing from our order. The first time, we ordered a BLT sandwich and it arrived without the bacon. This last time, I paid an additional $3 to receive two sides on my sandwich meal but the potato soup was missing entirely. Uber Eats isn't helpful and before writing this reviewing I reached out directly to the restaurant and never heard back. I understand mistakes happen, but having issues on two separate orders is disappointing, especially when we've paid for items we didn't receive. Paying extra aside, the lack of attention to detail and fulfilling orders has me questioning the service altogether. Do better people. read more

Love chicken salad chick! Great for a quick lunch, the best varieties of chicken salads and their cake is amazing.

I ordered a sandwich and what they do here is put a scoop of chicken salad in the middle of the croissant and leave it there with a pathetic piece of lettuce. They don't bother to spread the chicken to the edges because they want you to just have the glop in the middle. Do not get the macaroni salad! It's terrible. The service was fine. It was pretty empty and I know why. I won't get burned again. Save your money. Make your own. read more

My first time at this location! I am a regular in Hurst. Love Chicken Salad Chick. Food is nutritious. Service is great! Restaurant is spotless! Everyone was so patient, friendly and kind! read more

Food was a bit bland not a whole lot of flavor. Expensive. Service ok. No ambiance lost in shopping center

My wife and I tried this place and the food was really good and seemed fresh. The restaurant was nice and clean and staff were friendly.

Zero stars. Literally out of every single flavor but classic. Why not close. Poorly prepared for holiday weekend

I usually really enjoy Chicken Salad Chick but tonight my husband picked up a couple of cups of soup. They literally filled this only half full. I feel very cheated! read more

A great change from your typical lunch spot! Delicious made from scratch chicken salads, lots to choose from, along with pimento cheeses and soups. You can have your chicken salad in a sandwich, salad or just a scoop on its own. Lots of sides to choose from like fresh fruit, broccoli salad, mac and cheese and more. Plenty of desserts too! This was our first time eating there but it won't be our last!! read more

Cranberry Kelli - 4/10 Before I go on my little rant, I want to say that this is probably the healthiest chicken salad I have had. I was very excited to find this place as I have been craving chicken salad with cranberries. Buc-ee's is my favorite place to get the chicken salad. This sandwich lacked flavor, the crunch from the almost made me wonder if the extra ingredients were mixed in after I ordered. I had to search for the cranberry raisins to see if they were even there. The variety of options will have me coming back but the lack of flavor might prevent more than one more trip. My meal came out very quickly and the restaurant had lots of tables. read more

I took my mother-in-law here for lunch on eclipse day and the door was yummy! She had never eaten here before so she was in for a treat. The service was excellent, very nice and polite. There weren't too many people eating but I'm sure that is due to all the other events going on. We sat back, relaxed and enjoyed our food. She says she will return! read more

My wife and kids like it a lot- lotta variety. No a fan of salad sandwiches. Pleased the family!

I ordered a chicken salad (the one with onion) BLT on croissant with a cup of potato soup, and a chicken salad sandwich on croissant (the Nancy salad with grapes, pecans, apples). The BLT one was good... but missing the bacon :(. She asked me if I wanted lettuce and tomato and that should have clued me in, even though she then said never mind, you ordered the BLT... The potato soup was pretty good. read more

We were in there for 25 minutes! And multiple people were as well and complaining about mold on the pasta salad!

Food is good. Service is good. Staff helpful. Nice place to get a sandwich. Looking forward to the opening of their store in Mansfield, TX

The variety of different flavors of chicken salad is a bonus. They will let you sample the chicken salad before you make your choice to purchase. I recommend the large size. The restaurant is clean and pleasant dinning room area. Didn't visit the restroom. Service was good. The service attendant listens to your questions and will make tell you which chicken salads are popular. They also sell cake slices I wasn't a fan of. I recommend this restaurant. read more

I love chicken salad chick, and this location is wonderful. I'm come here whenever I'm in Midlothian and it never disappoints. The Dixie chick is my absolute favorite chicken salad. If you love onions, definitely try it next time! I usually get a scoop of that and make my side another scoop I love it so much! The pimento cheese, scoop or sandwich, is also a wonderful choice! We use the app to order from home and by the time we get to the restaurant our order is ready to bring home. I love the little cookie you get with orders too, such a nice little treat! read more

We've been here a few times lately, and the staff is very friendly. It's been fun to try several of the options, and I really appreciate their willingness to customize our meals and various sides. It's a solid option for Midlothian, especially right now to have a cool option during the hot summer months. We really love the Barbie, Sassy Scotty, Diva, and Jazzy Julie. read more

Love their food! Always delicious, staff is friendly, they never disappoint! Their restaurant is always clean and comfortable.

Consistently rude employees. Managers are no better. Constantly running out of chicken salad. Take your money elsewhere.

We were so glad to find this place!! We had been in the sun all day filming wearing Biblical robes as extras with The Chosen TV streaming series. We were SO hot - and needed some delicious, cool food! (Funny - one of the employees saw us out front and said, "I thought Jesus was coming here for dinner!" :) ) My husband had half a pimento cheese sandwich and the grape salad. Both were delicious! I don't think they could possibly have stuffed more pimento cheese onto that 1//2 sandwich! The grape salad was sweet and creamy - more like a dessert - but it was so refreshing! I got the Jazzie Julie chicken salad scoop and the broccoli salad. They said it was spicy - I thought it was just very nicely seasoned! Broccoli salad was delicious. Both of us drank SO many refills of their delicious iced tea! It was such a nice, cool dinner after a blazing hot day. Everything was great, including the very pleasant women behind the counter! We would definitely go back! read more

Yum Yum Yum!!!! Got the soup and sandwich combo. The chicken and dumplings was sooooo good and the Olivia's on toasted wheat was perfect too!! Ordered to go on the app so my husband could pick it up and bring it to me at work. So easy and still fresh and tasty!!! read more

We purchased two croissant sandwiches last night at the Midlothian TX location because we've had them before and they were good. This time was terrible. The croissant wasn't like a regular one. It looked more like a dough type roll in that shape and was so stale and hard that we couldn't eat them. They were also out of about 3 selections so we couldn't order the one we wanted. I called them afterwards and told them and the manager said sometimes they "get stale ones in a batch and try not to service those". I won't go back again. read more

I got the original sandwich nothing fancy and it was really good I liked it Would recommend

I called and asked for sassy Scotty on my sandwich and didn't get sassy Scotty. I asked for Lauren's lemon basil on the side as a scoop and they did that right but put lemon basil instead of the best thing ever sassy Scotty. It's just a simple mistake. These are little kids who are barely trained. Always new kids when I come in. Says a lot about the business!!! read more
