I was so excited that they opened a location in Bluffton!! I live in Pooler and work in Bluffton and used to come into work late just to bring in lunch (work starts at 9 and chicken salad chick doesn't open until 1030) to friends at work so Bluffton is the perfect spot for a new location ! To my surprise this location has a DRIVE-THRU! the line went by super fast and Michelle was very patient and super sweet. I'll definitely visit this location for my future lunches!

I really like this place! A drive-thru establishment without feeling too guilty afterwards. I really enjoyed the limited Delicious Dill when it was out. My go-to is "The Chick" with a sandwich and a side of loaded potato soup. Super good, filling, and hits the spot. I would go multiple times a week if I could. Thank you for giving us good, regret-free food!

Buffalo chicken salad, fresh fruit, pickle, mini buttercream cookie

I came here on a whim and decided on the Buffalo chicken salad sandwich on wheat. I also received a side of fresh fruit. The meal also came with a pickle and mini buttercream frosted cookie!! Everything was so fresh! The main reason for the 5-stars is not the food. It the amazing drive thru service. The cashier was friendly and extremely personable!

The ordering process is straight forward with a ticket numbering system, and if you're waiting outside it's announced over a loudspeaker. One thing I have come to realize is that most gas stations and food places in the same parking lot have GOOD food . Now slow down when driving or you will definitely miss the turn for it. I ordered the 2 piece with fried okra and it comes a soft roll. The menu is Southern so don't be afraid of the grease! I didn't take a pic because I was so hyped up on how perfectly crisp my food was, but I will be back and will take pics of my future order. Get job Chickin Lickin ! I stopped by for lunch and was greeted with a helpful person behind the register. I haven't had good Korean friend chicken since living in New England, so this was a great treat. The prices are higher than other places that specialize in chicken in this area, but it's full of flavor. Also love the pickled radish, but didn't like that I had to order that as a side. I'm used to that coming with the chicken as a palate cleanser, esp. if you have two savory flavors - my favorite combo here was the garlic spicy and red hot spicy. I came in on a weekday around 2 and it's was pretty empty, but I did some work while waiting for my food. Definitely going back!

I tried the garlic honey fried wings and they were really delicious. They definitely have a little bit of a kick when you first bite them, but as you continue eating them, the heat kinda slows down. At first, the price point can also seem a little pricey, but overall I think it was really worth it. I was able to have a 10 piece between myself and my spouse for two nights of dinner. I also didn't realize that they serve things like beer and wine and had available seating, so I'll definitely be back to try to dine in instead of taking out. I still had no issues with the takeout option, as my food was still piping hot by the time I got it home. They also have really cute decor inside.

The food did take about 30 minutes to come out, which was a bit longer than expected. Overall, I'd rate the food a 3.9 out of 5;it was good, but not quite exceptional. One thing to note is that there's a 2% fee added for dining in, and some of the menu prices felt a bit on the higher side. That said, it was still a decent experience overall and worth trying if you're in the area.

It doesn't feel corporate or manufactured at all. More like you've stumbled into somebody's lovingly chaotic backyard dinner party where the food just happens to be genuinely top-tier. The mismatched charm, handwritten feel, and warm atmosphere are part of what makes it so special. There's this brilliant contrast between the laid-back hole-in-the-wall vibe and the seriously refined cooking coming out of the kitchen. We started with the fried green tomatoes which were incredibly tender, fried perfectly, and drizzled with a lovely house-made ranch. The sweet house pickles alongside were such a good touch. We also each had a cup of she crab soup which was beautifully seasoned and packed with tonnes of crab morsels. For mains, we shared the shrimp and grits and completely understood why the recipe has won awards, including being recognised as the 3rd best in the world. The recipe is rooted in traditional Lowcountry cooking but elevated with layers of flavour that somehow still feel comforting and homemade. The grits were unbelievably creamy, and the shrimp and sausage were perfectly cooked with fantastic flavour throughout. We also split the seafood purloo with blackened grouper, and it was equally impressive. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted incredibly fresh without trying too hard to be fancy. What really made the experience though was the staff. Everyone went above and beyond. They took time to chat with us about the area, paced the courses perfectly so nothing felt rushed, and by the end we were leaving with handshakes feeling more like guests than customers. Places like this are getting harder to find. We'll absolutely be back and would recommend it to anyone looking for authentic Lowcountry food served by genuinely wonderful people.
