If I could give 0 stars I could. I came here and they weren't busy at all. They were out of ketchup, napkins, and plastic silverware. They could care less. I ordered a kids meal and it's supposed to come with cookies and we had to ask for them. We had to get "napkins" in the bathroom aka paper towels. I don't understand how management can be that bad. If you were truly out of these things why don't you just go to costco or sams and get these things? I complained online and a "manager" wrote to me and apologized using horrible typos. This was my first visit to Zaxby's: I was appalled by the lack of courtesy, job knowledge, and common sense most of the employees displayed during my visit. The one (and only) cashier could not process in-person orders. Rather than asking for help, she took a phone call, walked to the back-of-house area, and left the front counter unattended for several minutes. This left those of us in line waiting for her to return as no other employee bothered to fill in. Door Dash drivers were ignored. They had to figure out on their own where to pick up deliveries. Employees were simply not interested in helping. When an order was ready for pick up, employees screamed (yes, screamed!) out the names and order numbers throughout the restaurant. Not over a PA system: a person -- screaming. Guests were visibly laughing, shaking their heads, and at a loss with the unprofessionalism displayed by these employees. My order was filled incorrectly. So much so, it did not resemble anything listed on my receipt. I gave up! Zaxby's, I won't be back. Your staff oozes resistance to gracious behavior. read more

I usually love this place but the last few orders I have picked up have been really shitty. I am done paying premium prices for have ass slapped together crap. I ordered the bacon ranch chicken fries and it literally came with no bacon, no ranch, a tiny sprinkle of cheese, a half of a chicken tender cut into chunks and French fries. Boy I got hosed. If you can find a time when this location is open, and you're willing to wait at least 20+ min in the drive thru, you will end up with chicken, but who knows if it's the kind you ordered. Honestly, I think that a lot of the reviews for this location are way too harsh. This establishment is understaffed and the employees often seem overworked, but despite that, I've had fairly consistent good service. I often have to wait, but never very long. I'm a regular here and the food is usually consistent and I recognize most of the staff as friendly. Zaxby's serves up some pretty good food. Setup as a fast food joint but all the chicken is real, no composite patty type junk. The variety and the fact that you get SO much food for your money. Inside the location is quite well kept and the service was fast and friendly.My chicken sandwich (kickin) was crispy and moist the fries good. Going through the drive through today for a quick bite. ordered: fried Cobb with the chicken and bacon on the side (I'm vegetarian and told them so when the repeated it back to me "so... meat on the side?!" The food for Zaxby's wasn't terrible, actually one of the better locations I've been to. The service from one particular employee was horrendous. Whomever was working the drivethru at 7:15 this evening needs a lesson in friendliness. The line was long and the person in front of me would not scoot forward enough for me to get to the speaker. The girl said "Thank you for choosing Zaxby's" twice to my headlight. When I was finally able to get up to the speaker, there was silence. Then finally "uh, order when ready." Said in an extremely snotty tone. As I ordered she was rude and very short with her responses. Instead of "what drink would you like" ... which by the way I was stating my drink with my meal when she would rudely say "drink?"... it was just poor customer service. When I got up to the window, the guy helping me was nice and I noticed the girl who was working the speaker going to the fries (I believe, fries or some other sort of food in that area), reaching in with her hand and grabbing one out and eating it. We ordered our food on the app and then when we got there they said it wasn't ready and MADE us come inside to get it snd then they made us make our drinks but everything we wanted they were out of on our side and refused to fill it up on their side. 1st experience at this Zaxby's and I was very impressed. I'll start by saying that I am giving 5 stars not just for the food, but for the quality customer service. I used the drive-thru and ordered my meal. When I got to the window, I realized that my food was more expensive than I expected and found out that one of the items was more than I anticipated. I regretfully was one of those terrible customers who asked to cancel the item. The lady at the window was very nice and agreed to refund the item. As if that wasn't nice enough, she then offered me the item anyway since they were already made. This is the type of customer service that makes a good business and makes customers return. Pretty basic establishment. Been here twice and used the drive through each time. The first time I got a basic chicken salad and it was just that: basic. It wasn't anything special but I wasn't really expecting anything special either. I did go back to get a banana pudding milkshake which is only available for a limited time I believe. I have a fondness towards all things banana pudding so it was delicious. My wife loved that also. Can't say much about the rest of the menu, unfortunately. read more

The food was consistent with most Zaxbys but service was very slow. This was because the poor girl up front was all by herself taking orders and calling ready orders out. The food is quite expensive for what it is and make sure you get a "meal dealz " if you want a drink. Platters do not come with drinks. Sauce is extra and ice water is extra. Food was good read more
