Maybe it's just the Bluffton location? I've ordered many different menu throughout the past year and the worst by far was the shrimp wrap (this was over the summer). The shrimp had clearly gone bad and was mushy. Like I pulled out a piece and it just fell to mush between my fingers. And the chicken has been super dry and chewy lately as well. I remember getting a chicken wrap (what was ordered this this week) before and it was always handled with care and tightly wrapped, rather than getting a loose mess that was filled with dry chewy chicken. Not the fiesta I remember! And got a chicken quesadilla a few weeks ago and the same thing... dry chewy, not enjoyable. We live in Bluffton so go here for convenience.... But please get back to the fiesta fresh we have loved and enjoyed! Also for customer service----- Whenever we go to the salsa bar to get our fixings to go, an employee will come out and basically block us....it seems like they're pretending to clean... it has happened a few times and is very weird/uncomfortable. Like they literally block you when there is no mess or anything there at all to clean. And we aren't getting a weird amount of salsa either. I'm thinking it is just this specific location.... But I really hope they do better because I miss fiesta fresh!! Please please get back to your standards!!! I keep coming back because my family loves it but it's not the same

After i took a bite of each i had to throw the dinner in the trash. I proceeded to drink the tea and had to spit it out and dump it down the drain tasted like sewage smells. My wife had the tender dinner the fries were grease soaked mushy and cold her chicken was not crisp it was soggy, she as well through out her meal . Im totally disgusted in such a way that we will never order from that store again, don't be surprised if you get a visit from the health department what little i attempted to eat turned my stomach and had me dry heaving Because the order was not fulfilled correctly, I am requesting a resolution to this matter, preferably in the form of a complete refund for the entire order. One example: I generally ask if they would please cut my burger in half. I ask this at the register. Yesterday, I forgot. I walked up to the counter, apologized for bothering them, asked if they could cut it in half for me. I thought this one guy was going to explode! He raised his voice and said we can't take it back. I was so startled at his demeanor, I guess he thought I did not understand, so he repeated his comment. Then, he said, " We have knives over there". So, I turned around, got a knife and cut my burger. No problem. There was no reason for him to raise his voice and act like he was in a flurry of customers. It was around 2 pm or so. There were 4 customers sitting at a table. I always leave a decent tip and I have NEVER had any problem at this 5 Guys or in any other location. So, not wishing to go to a business where I feel uncomfortable, I will be having cheeseburgers at another restaurant in town. They also have delicious burgers. I will check back in a few months to see if this person still works there. Until he is gone, I will choose a different place. I have a feeling he won't last long. Very sad about this.
