If I could give this Wendy's -5 stars, I would. Google Maps, Apple Maps, and even the hours posted on the drive-through window all said the restaurant was open until midnight. I pulled up at 11:34 p.m., which should have given me plenty of time to order before they stopped serving food. I waited at the ordering speaker for at least 5-7 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. When an employee finally responded, he repeatedly told me they were closed and had no food left. I reminded him that every posted schedule said they were open until midnight. Instead of apologizing or explaining, he said, "Bro, why did you wait so long to order?" I didn't wait too long--I arrived at 11:34 and they chose to ignore me. After speaking with him for around three minutes, I pulled around to the window and saw three employees standing inside on their phones. One employee completely ignored me, while the others looked directly at me and then returned to their phones. Around five minutes after our conversation, the same employee walked up to the window and asked, "Can I help you?" I looked at him in disbelief and had to remind him that we had literally just spoken. His response was simply, "Oh yeah." Another employee in a blue shirt eventually came over and rudely asked, "What do you want?" Their behavior was extremely confusing and unprofessional. They all acted irritated with me as though I had done something wrong, even though I arrived nearly 30 minutes before the posted closing time. If they had stopped serving food early, someone could have acknowledged me immediately and explained the situation respectfully. Instead, they ignored me, stayed on their phones, forgot that they had just spoken to me, and then treated me like I was the problem. The posted hours need to be corrected, and management seriously needs to address how customers are treated at this location. read more

I had came here and a rebound from k1 speed, I've been here many different times after k1. This one on 4-28-24. I arrived around 8 pm, my friend being in front of me automatically gotten his order taken right away. Then out of the blue the cashier had magically just walked away into the bathroom. He then walked around the store, meanwhile his coworker yelling at him to take our order. At this point we've been waiting for our order to be taken for about 20 minutes. The "manager" giving out orders in the drive thru told me to use the kiosk. I told her "the kiosk doesn't take Apple Pay" I came to the register to ask for assistance and for my order to be taken. Manny (the cashier) walked out of the door to do something very out of order and isn't stayed in the store policy. This was absolutely horrible service by this Wendy's with kids and other nice parents around having to hear co workers yell at each other. I had lunch here with a colleague this morning right as the breakfast menus were flipping over to lunch. We were slightly apprehensive that our orders would arrive in a timely fashion since we were the first lunch customers of the day. The order transaction at the counter was friendly and painless. After receiving my rather not-so-medium cup, I was off to the drink fountain. The possibilities with this state-of-the-art drink machine are as far reaching as you dare to explore. I kept it simple and tried the house soda, "Dave's Cherry Cream Soda" it was phenomenal. The carbonation and syrup ratios were perfect, if you venture to this location you must go inside and try this machine out. Our food arrived quickly and piping hot. My spicy chicken sandwich was crispy, tender, and seasoned to perfection. My friend ordered the double-patty cheeseburger and I heard no complaints out of him! I find it very refreshing to see that Wendy's hamburger patties are square because you know there are no corners being cut. Last but not least, the french fries were nothing short of perfection. Wendy's fries are especially addicting because they are made from whole potatoes with the nutritious skin left in tact. After finishing our meal we refilled our cups and made our way over to the restaurant lounge. With it being so early in the afternoon, we had the whole area to ourselves next to a warm, crackling artificial hearth in comfy oversized not-so-leather chairs. This area was perfect for light conversation while digesting a big meal.I will definitely return if I'm ever in the area for one of Dave's Creamy concoctions. read more

Other than that the food was great and the first order was wrong so the manager let me keep that one and gave me the correct food. Going thru the drive thru is a nightmare you cannot hear the attendant due to language or even due to professionalism .... Half the time they are rude because you ask them for simple things like extra napkins.
