When I approached the window I see a male making inappropriate gestures towards my food. As he opened the drive thru window, I asked him if he was seriously doing what I just saw. The male chuckled, slammed the window and walked away. I stepped out of my vehicle asked to speak to his superior and the manager approached me very aggressively. He stated the boy was only 15 and that no one had done that, I told him that I'm a resident here, explaining that why would I make such nonsense up. They continued to be very aggressive and the manager whose name is in the incident report stated to me that he was a Federal officer, and I told him I didn't care I was going to call the police. I waited for the deputies to arrive, I must say your sheriff's deputies were very very professional and unbiased they treated me very well and with respect. I told the officer R. Moore what I just explained above, I'm very unnerved to be honest I'm a hard working man,. All in all I would like to see something done. I looked on yelp and theirs been numerous complaints on the manager their, and as anew resident and working member of the community I would like to Be untresspaseed immediately even though I won't be returning either way. We waited 40 minutes for the drive thru to process 4 cars. This is NOT fast food. I'm in and out of sit down places quicker than a drive thru here. This is not fast foot. As an update, nothing has changed. It's 2020, I just waited 30 minutes and 1 car was served. Years later, and I'm glad to see their customers come first. There was an extremely nasty, rude woman working at 8:00 pm 12/13/2020. She didn't greet me, she just rudely asked what I wanted and corrected me on everything I said. I ignored the rudeness because everyone has bad days... It continued. She got very offended because I asked her to repeat my order because we had trouble hearing each other and the screen was broken. She made fun of me to her coworker right in front of me and put no red sauce even though I paid for extra. I wouldn't be surprised if they spat in my food because of how rude she was to me, constantly making comments. When I changed my mind and asked for hot sauce she mocked me because I didn't say yes when she asked. I said thank you four times and each time she rolled her eyes at me. I wish I just drove away. Stopped in for a quick lunch .... it was not quick at all!! The service can be best described as EXTREMELY SLOW. The place was busy but they had one person working the register ( she was nice ) and two workers handling the food. They worked at a snails pace!! No matter how many people were stacked up and waiting they did not move with any sense of urgency. I personally like Taco Bell but I'm not crazy about it. I stopped by here on a road trip, and I would probably have gone to a different place. First, they got our order wrong. We asked for a soft taco with just meat. They most likely heard us wrong because they put cheese on it. So we had to go back. They gave us three but we only asked for one. I ordered a quesadilla. The cheese in it was not fully melted, and slightly charred too much. The place was somewhat clean for a Taco Bell, by there was food and crumbs left all over the chairs and tables. God protect the night crew on the early morning of 07/20 1:43 AM. I can happily say that I have had the best quality Taco Bell I've ever had. I am vegetarian and I always order beans instead of beef. 90% of the time at other Taco Bells and even this one prior those beans are dry af and crusty. NOT TONIGHT. On top of that, they followed the EXACT instructions. So happy with them. Give them a f****ng raise. Nobody does this good of a job at almost 2 f****ng AM. Courteous and clean. Good job.
