Fiesta Fresh was one of a few still open. Fairly roomy with several tables including some high tops. You place an order at the window and they bring your order to your table. While waiting you get a basket of tortilla chips. The food took a little longer than expected to arrive, but they were very busy. There is a self-serve condiment bar, which is so helpful. Selection is very limited with just a few Tex mex choices (tacos, burritos, enchiladas, etc). My choice of flautas with Mexican rice and refried beans was decent. The burritos and chimichangas were also good. The prices were very reasonable.

DO NOT ORDER FOR PICKUP FOR A LATER TIME. We placed an order at 2 pm to be picked up at 7 pm…read more Specifically, we ordered three pizzas and two Caesar salads. We ended up leaving the restaurant with the three pizzas and no salads at 8 pm. When we asked what happened, they told us that they'd "dropped our ticket on the ground." Only problem with that is I was staring straight at their digital ordering system on the wall with our name and order in a red box with a header that said "LATE." Here's the thing. They were super busy. Clearly overwhelmed. Didn't seem to have a manager or supervisor on staff, everyone seemed lost and disorganized and many of the other people getting takeout were frustrated which certainly was impacting the restaurant's speed and service. But when you're running an hour late after losing an order that costs over $140, it is on you as the restaurant to offer to throw in some extra appetizers, desserts, or a partial refund. None of that happened though, and we had to ask a non-manager, non-supervisor, overwhelmed employee if we could please refund the salads that never came out and if we could remove the tip that we had pre-added to the payment. ** we did get a $40 refund the next day** Also, you are a pizza place, in the summer, in a hot spot vacation destination. You have to expect to be busy on a Saturday night when the rental housing period begins for the week. The pizza was good in the end, but the organization / absence of any sort of leadership for a national chain franchise was astonishingly bad, and if you'd like your pizza to be ready for pickup, order for ASAP pickup rather than for a later time.

We just came back from a local excursion to Daufuskie Island and wanted a quick casual bite to eat. We walked past LowCo Taco's Food Truck a few times prior and decided to stop by. I ordered the grilled fish taco on flour tortilla, filled with cabbage slaw. The tacos were good and enough to hold me over to dinner (which was only a few hours later). The tacos were good! The salsa that came with it was mild, but complemented the fish tacos well. They were about $10 for 2 tacos (About what you would expect). There is a little seating area right next to the food truck so individuals can choose to "dine-in" or take back to their rooms.
