Next to McDonald's this is the second worst run fast food operation in Bluffton. Not enough crew members to take orders or make the order.

Worst customer service I have ever received from any fast food. The guy who took our order just seemed like he hated his life and was completely an asshole. Everyone working in the back all seemed to now know what they were doing at all. Every time I am in this Taco Bell, the food is fine and the service is acceptable. I usually have a good experience, but I am there around lunch time - not when the children are tending the store. read more

Employees started fist fighting at the drive through window. Did not give our second drink or any hot sauce. Very disappointed.

Usually have a decent meal for being Taco Bell. But, this place has probably the worst customer service I have ever had. I arrived at the drive-thru and no answer on the speaker. After 3 minutes of silence and cars lining up behind me I said "hello" an was received with a nasty "one second" for which I waited another 3 minutes in silence. So, I drove around and went inside to find employees on their iPhone's ignoring customers and not taking orders. Very poor customer service!!! read more

STAY AWAY from this place!!!! Drive they is slow, we watched as the guy in the window AND the manager got into an argument with a drive they customer. Customer got off of her car to see where all the employees were since they were ignoring her due to the argument. Needless to say out very simple order was wrong in every way. And to top it all off, we order pull up and they hand us drinks and say, sorry no ice. Piss poor read more

This establishment needs to be shut down!!!!!! The staff is so rude and unprofessional !! Never ever get the orders right and on top of that every single time you come in here and try to sit down and eat they start bribing you with a dollar item so you can fill out a survey with high scores when they clearly do not deserve it!!!! I think even with the lack of employees this location can still do great! I give 4 stars for the frequent lack of items or broken machines but 5 stars for the effort of the employees that show up and do work. I know it's frustrating to be stuck in the drive thru but you have to give credit where credit is due! read more

Every time I go there, wait wait wait, slow. I have one star because the staff is doing the best they can because the manager/owner can't hire and keep the appropriate people to keep up. I left today after 40 minutes then told people going in don't waste your time. Won't be back read more

This Taco Bell location is extremely accommodating and kind!!! We were helped in the drive through by a young woman (with really pretty and colorful nails - I wish I got her name!!). She got every single item correct - even the vegetarian orders for me! She also considerately offered us fountain water for my brother who didn't get a drink. I am also so thankful the cooks respected my meat-free order as some Taco Bell's ignore my requests forcing me to return the item. Thanks so much Bluffton, SC Taco Bell!!! read more

Arrived here at drive thru, 6 cars deep no movement. Went inside since there was only 2 cars parked. Took 20 minutes to get my food. 2 of 4 employees were standing around while the manager worked the drive thru and one guy prepping all food. The young lady waiting on customers did nothing to speed things along. She even asked a waiting customer to give her a job. Once I got my food home, the taco shells were busted, and didn't taste like Taco Bell food. Do not recommend this location. read more

I'm disappointed, Taco Bell used to be one of the fast food places that I felt always was on point and had great customer service. This store throws all that out the window. First, we received someone else's order and they asked for it back after we touched it (even our drinks!) and we watched them give it to the next car behind us. What??! Second, we asked for no lettuce and no tomato on a huge order of 15 tacos. All 15 had lettuce and tomatoes on them! Don't get me wrong I get that mistakes can happen and honestly the first reason is why I'm really upset but once something bad happens and people continue to be careless is when they get a bad review from me. Third, there was no meat in 2 of our tacos. Like none. What? Then when you explain to them the numerous errors you get an attitude. If I was the general manager at this location I would put the whole crew through training and also hope the health department doesn't walk in. :-/ read more

Extremely slow drive-thru service that you can't leave from. Took 37 minutes to serve 6 cars before me.

Drive through customer service is horrible. Expect to be treated with no respect. No "please", "thank you" or "you're welcome" , no common courtesy. Did not ask what kind of sauce I wanted and did not provide napkins. The young man at the window did not look at me or acknowledge me, just turned his head away and stuck the bag out the window. Every time i have to go to eat in Bluffton i go here. This taco bell is my favorite restaurant in the area and they are so delicious. I go during all times except morning. There has been a time where the were out of mild and hot sauce but that is ok because the food is always good and served in at an ok pace. Overall if you are looking for a pace to be a lil saucy come to this Taco bell you wont regret it. read more

If you are wanting the sit down, no rush experience...use the drive-through, because going inside and eating would be quicker. Been there twice on the busiest night (fri and sat) to find only one person working...really? Oh, and the taco bell slogan of open till 1am or later...went there on 3 different nights at just after 11pm to find it closed. How is this place making enough to stay in business! read more
