The salsa was freshly made, with lots of juicy tomato bits, garlic, onion, and cilantro. I enjoyed the just cooked chips and wasted no salsa. I decided to have a pork taco which came with onions and cilantro. It's served on a soft corn tortilla and was the perfect bite. For an entree I chose the chicken enchiladas suizas, which had 4 enchiladas with shredded chicken, topped with cheese, a scoop of guacamole & a red sauce. Then a side of Mexican rice. I added some green salsa for a little more heat. Man these were good, served hot, with soft enchiladas and perfectly seasoned chicken inside. The interior was quaint, clean and comfortable. The service was very friendly from start to finish and food delivered in good time. I definitely felt this place was as authentic and original as you could get. Bluffton has a hidden gem here, and you should stop by. I certainly will return on future visits.
