I'm usually one that piles a ton of that stuff on but due to COVID, they clearly couldn't have that there. And who knows it may be the end of stuff like that all together now?! I remember getting a chicken wrap (what was ordered this this week) before and it was always handled with care and tightly wrapped, rather than getting a loose mess that was filled with dry chewy chicken. Not the fiesta I remember! And got a chicken quesadilla a few weeks ago and the same thing... dry chewy, not enjoyable. We live in Bluffton so go here for convenience.... But please get back to the fiesta fresh we have loved and enjoyed! Also for customer service----- Whenever we go to the salsa bar to get our fixings to go, an employee will come out and basically block us....it seems like they're pretending to clean... it has happened a few times and is very weird/uncomfortable. I don't live in the area, and find myself often wanting for more when I visit my parents, with many restaurants in the area serving food for the retiree population (read: boring). Taqueria del Sabor in comparison is a wonderful change of pace. On offer are tacos, burritos, quesadillas and tortas, each roughly as you'd expect from a working class Mexican restaurant targeted at local workers. The pastor tacos were lovely and came with pickled carrots, onion and jalapeño. In short, they scratched an itch for good, cheap food that you rarely find in the area (though to it's credit, Bluffton has been undergoing a bit of a renaissance in recent years). I felt like a moron for going here: I should have come sooner.
