Solid chicken tenders! Loved the outdoor patio space. Lots of sauce options. Decent, nothing life changing but hits the spot
Delicious Chicken strips and amazing service. They were super helpful in providing information on the two batters offered. They also offer a ton of sauces that pair with the chicken and fries, my person favorites being the ranch and garlic parm.
Food was DELICIOUS 10/10 seasoned fries and chicken tenders cooked to perfection Chicken sandwich was super fresh and the brioche style bun was fresh and on point! That shake though!!! So minty and smooth! Owner Rom visited our table and let us sample a new shake, his new special sauce and two southern fried strips. You have to go see Rom and his crew! Customer Service 10/10 we will be back!
Chicken tenders- crunchy, moist, well seasoned. Sauce- had the garlic parmesean. Very yummy! Mac and cheese- good texture but had off putting taste Had some tenders leftover so I froze them and later had on a salad. They reheated perfectly, it was great! Will be back for the Chicken tenders and to try other sauces
Dude.... I'm genuinely only 5 bites in still sitting in the restaurant and I had to make this review. This is literally the best chicken/ fries/ sauce I have ever had. Everything is so fresh, crispy, and YUMMMYYYYYY. not to mention the place was clean and the guy who took my order was soooo nice and helpful and suggested the donkey sauce which is SO GOOD. 10000/10 please come here you won't be disappointed. Oh, and get the new style chicken tenders. They're better than the old ones!
It's okay. You would think Guy would offer something much better, since he has traveled the country and experiences some of the USA's best foods. Not worth a try.

I'm a big Guy Fieri fan so hearing this was his restaurant I had high expectations. I got the spicy tenders and fries. The tenders were nothing special and I didnt really care for them. The fries were seasoned and delicious. I like the fact they have lots of different sauces for the tenders to choose from. This was just okay for me and not something I have to eat again.
The service was ok. The restaurant is clean. The food tasted awful! No seasoned or taste. The drink options are also not good. The dipping sauce was not good. I love fries and even the fried were awful not fresh. I would never recommend this place or return. The price is also ridiculous for bland food.

We were helped by Francisco, who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure our food came out quickly and hot. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Another team member even came by shortly after we got our food to check in . that level of service really stood out. Now let's talk food....SO good. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I got the chicken skewers with a couple of sauces (Donkey Sauce & Honey Mustard both ), and the chicken sandwich + fries was chef's kiss. We stopped by on a Saturday early evening or a family dinner with friends. Possibly one of the best causal family spots in all of Dallas! The staff is super friendly and took amazing care of our family. We got kids meals (tenders) and a 4 piece tender meal. Of course we followed that up with shakes for the kids. The food was great. The service was outstanding. And the ambiance was amazing. Beautiful patio with games for the kids. The spot is kept clean and did I mention how amazing their staff is? Kris, the owner, personally greeted us and made sure we had a good experience. But the best part was his team. They were on top of things and made sure to check on us multiple times during our meal. We met a couple of other family's and it was a perfect patio hang. The kids wandered between the outdoor play area and the arcade games. The food itself was delicious. They've got a simple menu of tenders and sandwiches along with fries and mac and cheese. Highly recommend checking out this spot and don't forget to try all the dipping sauces. Chicken guy had an area where the kids played old 1900s games such as mortal combat, retro golf and NBA basketball games. We checked this place out recently for dinner and had a good experience. They have a wide selection of menu items, so it was tough to narrow something down. I wanted to try everything! I settled for the Money Honey chicken sandwich. My wife tried the tenders, and my daughter tried the grilled cheese. We also tried the chicken dumplings. The food came out quick and hot. Everything had great flavor. My wife also tried a chocolate shake which was tasty. They have plenty of seating inside and outside on the patio. There are some arcade games inside and some lawn games on the patio as well. There was live music playing when we went which was great. The staff were friendly and informative. We will definitely be back to try more menu items.

I never write reviews, but I had to leave one for Chicken Guys because this was honestly one of the best chicken spots I've been to in a while! It was our first time there, and Francisco took our order. He was super nice, helpful, and made sure we knew what everything was since we had never been before. They also have 3 arcade games inside and some outdoor games, which was really fun while we waited. We didn't even have to wait long because our food came out in about 10 minutes! Everything was fresh, crispy, and HOT, and it tasted so good. It was definitely worth the 40-minute drive, and I would 100% go back. I'd definitely recommend Chicken Guys if you haven't tried it yet! read more
Real solid chicken - I did not expect to be blown away by fried chicken. I got the donkey sauce with 3 chicken tenders and the apple cinnamon cereal milkshake. The chicken tenders were unbelievably fresh and I loved the crisp. The donkey sauce brought me over the top and the milk shake made this a home run. Really pleased with the apple cinnamon cereal flavor profile of the shake (it was just as described). Come to flavor town ;) Staff was super kind, brought our food quickly and the vibes are a classic upscale fast food, but chicken themed. read more

We found Chicken Guy! in Preston Hollow Village and stopped by for lunch. The restaurant was noticeably clean, and we immediately recognized Guy Fieri on the walls. The staff was really friendly and took time to answer our questions as first-timers. You order at the counter and then seat yourselves. They brought the food out to us hot and fresh! We tried the southern-style tenders and Bourbon Bacon chicken sandwich. Hubs enjoyed the sandwich and the tenders were not scrawny. They're just not seasoned at all. It appears as though this place is proud of their vast selection of dipping sauces. I tried the special sauce and the honey mustard flavor. The special sauce was not so special (kind of like a watered down Cane's sauce) and the honey mustard was more sweet than mustard-y tanginess. The sauces just don't seem robust enough to make up for no seasoning on the tenders. Either way, I'm sure this works for a lot of people. I'll be back to try the shakes. They looked delicious. This place seems perfect for anyone craving fries and a shake. The fries were hot and seasoned really well. read more

PERFECT place for a quick meal! We stopped in to check it about before bouldering last week and were only planning on grabbing some tenders and 2 sauces to go but ended up sitting down and trying 8 sauces instead! I assumed the tenders would be good- but I was shocked by how unmatched these things are. Everything from the breading to the quality of the chicken itself- phenomenal. Even the fries were standout because they were seasoned to perfection. I wish I could give a sauce recommendation but we genuinely could not pick even a favorite because they were all THAT good. I love ranch and I love Dill, and their ranch is very dill-forward so I kept going back to that. But the Honey Mustard, Barbecue, and Special Sauce were all top picks for me as well. The service here is unmatched. We were indecisive and Hector, the cashier, walked us through the most popular items and sauces. He gave recommendations, asked us about our spice tolerances, and what kind of flavor profiles we liked. Once ordered, one of the owners came by (Chris) and asked us about our meal and brought us more sauces to try. He couldn't have been nicer and told us some history on the place and taught us a bit on how they got started! For a fast-casual type restaurant, this place has better decorum than most dine-in restaurants! If I lived in Dallas I would go here wayyyy too often. read more

Let's start with the chicken. I believe Guy utilized his foodie experiences and master culinary skillet to come up with some VERY delicious chicken. I really don't know how to explain what the breading is like but this chicken impressed us! The seasoning on the French fries were a hit for my husband but I thought they were on the sweeter side, perhaps a bit like fries from Bojangles? Fresh and hot nonetheless. Lastly, I went ahead and tried their limited time shake flavor, a strawberry shake with Oreos, and it just didn't do it for me. Full stars provided for the unique menu selections, varied sauce selections, clean space, and friendly staff. The employee's visor in the picture include the blonde hair, which mimics Guy Fieri! I love it! Will be back soon. read more

Fantastic chicken tenders! We ordered tenders and the fried chicken dumplings. The fried chicken dumplings were fantastic! It was fried chicken with some dumplings ingredients inside the chicken! I've never had that before and it was very tasty to me. If you like dumplings you should try this. The chicken tenders were flavored really well. They have so many sauces to choose from. My fave were the Nashville hot honey and the buttermilk ranch. I'm def coming back there. read more

This isn't our first time at the Chicken Guy, we had gone before to the one in Disney Springs and loved it. When we found out that they opened one in Dallas we had to go. We had a really great time, chicken strips were as a good as ever, so were the fries and the sauce options are so good. The staff was really kind and super helpful, even gave us a sample of their new apple flavored shake (which was also good I might add). Really loved the location in the shopping center and it wasn't too busy at lunchtime on a Saturday, plenty of seating and even some arcade games inside and yard games outside. Really enjoyed our time and we will definitely be back! read more
New place opened a couple months, thought we would try out. It's a welcoming lil place, clean with good counter service. Nice lil patio are for pretty days with an open air dining room. Decided to stop in on a whim. It wasn't busy so ordering and seating was fast. Weather was nice so we sat outside. They have bench seating inside and out. Very open, nice and clean areas with 3 video games in the corner. Francisco took our order at the counter and also served us. He's the best, super funny and explained the menu and then brought us our food. Spicy chicken was juicy and delicious. It has a panko breading so a little different from what usual tenders are but still good. Sides of mac n cheese and fries were spot on and the sauces were really good too. Truffle parm was my fav. They also have beer and wine. read more

Service Service Service! Seriously, the service was amazing, with probably the most attentive staff I have encountered, including at 5-star fancy places! At every point of our meal, we were asked if we were OK and what we thought of everything. There was a non-patronizing comfort to it, as they were sincere and I have no doubt done whatever they could have to make our experience better had we had a complaint, but no complaints here! The food was really good and I came in with high expectations. Obviously they met those expectations. Personally I thought the grilled chicken was better than the fried, but that is just preference. The tenders were just that, tender, no fat, and delicious. The Chocolate shake was good, but I would have preferred it not have Chocolate Chips in it. The Sauces were good too (we had the Nashville Hot, the Buffalo, and Brown Sugar Barbecue. Honestly though, the Sauces are served cold and the temperature against my hot fresh Chicken was distracting. With so many Sauces, also, it would have been nice if one would have been Gravy. Hard to beat gravy on a Chicken Tender! Anyway, overall, it was a great experience and I can't wait to come back and try other things on the menu. Welcome to Dallas Guy! As a huge Triple D and Guy Fieri fan I was very disappointed with the quality of their chicken, both my father and I agreed it resembles frozen Tyson chicken tenders from Walmart. It had no taste, the fry batter on it was so cheap and fake, like overpriced tenders you get at the state fair. The fries were so salty I had to rake them clean of salt every fry before eating. The sauces didn't really help either. The place was clean and the staff were friendly but that won't bring us back. In Dallas the market for chicken tenders is so saturated with great places like Laynes, Raising Canes, Chicken Express, and Slim Chicken, that I really can't see this place surviving when their product is that inferior. Not trying to be mean, just being honest. I doubt Guy Fieri is invested in this company and they're probably just using his name, because if he reviewed it on Triple D he would be embarrassed. read more

Honestly wasn't expecting much. I ordered the BLAT sandwich and it was delicious. The large chicken tenders were perfectly golden and crispy. The bacon, lettuce and tomato really complemented the sandwich. The fries were hot and seasoned well. I would eat here again and order the exact same thing! Service was very friendly! read more

Went for the first time with a couple friends after the SMU game. Had an incredible experience and the food was amazing. Not as greasy and oily as other friend chicken. Tried southwestern, spicy, and regular and all were great. Service was above and beyond and would definitely go back. read more
