I didn't see any additional hot sauce around nor did I request it. They provided a side of ranch upon request for dipping the tenders. Fancy fries came loaded and had a good flavor with some mild sauce, yogurt and chopped up tenders on top. There were only a few other customers in here for a late Friday lunch. The patty tasted fresh and was cooked medium ( I would ask for medium well next time), and their signature aioli sauce was tasty on the burger and with the crinkle fries. I normally don't like crinkle cut fries, but theirs were served hot, fresh, and crispy. I only wish they had onion rings (it's a very small menu). Prices are comparable to In N Out combo. I ordered the Wagyu Burger and it was phenomenal. I would have preferred a little less of the Herb Aioli Sauce but otherwise so delicious. All the pieces to the burger made it so pleasant for each bite. The peppery arugula with the herb aioli and cheese was PERFECT! The Regular Fries were crunchy and hot (which is how ALL fries should be haha). The sauces were really nice to try on the side too. I can't wait to go back and try the Chicken Sandwich. 8/10 for the burger. As far as the restaurant goes itself, it was kind of a bummer to walk in and see no one else in the restaurant. It's a new business so it sucked to see no one in there. Hopefully it gets more busy & it stays open because no one in that space has been able to be successful enough to stay. We have visited this restaurant quite often. Considered it one of our favorites. However, due to some of their recent menu changes, we probably won't visit as often or anymore. They changed from chicken tenders that were perfect to a larger piece of chicken that I'm nervous to bite into as it has tough, gross pieces that I have to spit out. They also changed out their awesome crispy crinkle fries and we don't care for the new ones. One positive change is that I do prefer the smaller buns that they serve now. We came in an hour after lunch where there's not a line. Whew! The place is big enough for about 10 tables, 3 of which can seat about 4-6 ppl. It's well ventilated and clean. We were greeted by the staff. We got the Wagyu burger which tastes so good, Mac & Chick is also tender and juicy. The Fries is golden and crispy. I've also noticed that the owner helps out with the service staff. That's nice. We always go to this place whenever we go to Barnes & Nobles-Folsom. Definitely will be back. read more

2.5 stars Located where Nash + Tender chicken used to be in Broadstone plaza. I wanted to try to support a local minority own business but food was disappointing. First of all the menu is limited and burgers come in meal form only without entree only option. No kids meals. Chicken Sandi : average, made with 2 chicken tenders- unfortunately other than the brioche bun the sandwich at Chick-fil-A is superior and chicken there is more juicy. Wagyu burger: better than the chicken but meat is dry, herb sauce is just ok and again there are better options like the Melt. Even my preteen was saying the burger is dry and needed more sauce. The fries are krinkle fries were overly salted and I had to toss mine. Also looking at reviews- one is from owner and other seems like friends or family so be careful. There is a lot of room for improvement and it is always never fun putting a mediocre review for a new business but with the local competition I am not sure this place will survive like its predecessor. read more

Had a great experience and delicious food! I called to make a to go order because my husband has an allergy. The worker at the register was super knowledgeable when I called and was able to make sure there wasn't any dairy on my husband's burger. When I went in to pick up my order, he even reassured me that they cleaned the grill before cooking my husband's burger. I haven't had a restaurant go above and beyond like that in a long time.
