Of all the Chick-fil-A's I've been to in my 40 years, this location is, by far, the slowest I've ever been to. There were only 5 cars in front of me, and it took 20 minutes just to get my order. I've never seen anything like it. My fries order was only half full, and my 8 piece nuggets only contained 6 nuggets. I will have to blame management for this for not training their employees to live up to typical Chick-fil-a standards. So disappointed. Save yourself the time, frustration, and money, and go somewhere else. read more

The seat and table were dirty, it smelled like the whole restaurant really needed cleaning, my gluten-free bun was moldy, there's artificial ingredients in all the sauces, even the salt! Styrofoam cups, in this day and age, unnecessary lids on dine-in bowls creating even more waste, food was lukewarm. Why don't you just cook at home? Where's the draw of chic-fil-a? Good food, but problems with our order. Using the Mobil ordering inside to dine in, our food arrived, but we didn't get our drinks. I had to wait in line to pick up our drinks - which had been prepared and forgotten about - and one of our drinks was missing. The kid's meal was missing the toy. Pretty good Chick-Fil-A. When you are legendary, the bar is high. Fast, good and would go back. But compared to others I've been in, it was slightly wonky in a dysfunctional way (separate Kane's but then merge? You have to be there) and it was the smallest chicken scramble burrito ever. Local and this location is very inconsistent. 3 out of 5 orders will be correct the other two will be completely wrong. You might get fresh ingredients in salad then next time is old and soggy. Might get hot fries and chicken...Might get reheated scraps. Very disappointed when I don't get my order as ordered or how it should come. read more

I have to say that each and every employee here is completely polite and considerate. Their offerings are among the tastiest fast-food that you'll find. Unfortunately, unbeknownst to me, my voucher/card/coupon for a free meal had expired, and the worker refused to make an exception. (I instead went around the corner to Kelley's Kickin Chicken, where I had a spectacularly generous meal of chicken tenders for less than $10. The owner was very accommodating.) read more

Fairly quick and reliable service. The staff here are warm and personable. Coffee good enough but could be stronger. The breakfast here is excellent (I had the egg white sandwich) and does the job before the long drive up to St Louis. One thing unique about this drive thru is that the person behind the counter actually steps out to give you your order. Where I am from in the west coast, the person giving you your order was separated by a window. That little extra step to our car window makes the experience appear more friendly and genuine. read more

Have to start out with the obvious.....the food is always great. Couple issues, one of the kids got the wrong side since the cashier didn't change it. The floor throughout the inside was very slippery and could see footprints. Very surprised this place wasn't busy at all. read more

Pulled up to the drive thru around 11am one morning and couldn't figure out whyyyyy there was No One in line!!!! It's a chick-fil-a! Their line are ALWAYS crowded! But after receiving my dry & poorly cooked meal, with flimsy fries.... I figured it had to be the reason. This sole location is an ANOMALY! THE FOOD SUCKS!!! Where do they do that at!!! HERE!! Don't waste your money! 1 star for the friendliness of the female employee whom first brought out the incorrect order! SMH! read more

I will never stop at this chick fil a again. On Tuesday the staff taking orders in the drive thru appeared generally uninterested in you waiting in your car. I had logged a mobile order so did not need much interaction with them but as the lines were long so I had plenty of time to watch their behavior. The staff delivering the order was courteous and our order was correct. No real complaints. Our 2nd attempt will prevent me from ever returning and is the reason for the negative post, which I generally avoid! As we entered there was 1 employee behind the counter at a register another leaning over the counter talking with her. We were the only, 3 of us, in line and only one other in sight at a table eating. We waited and waited and waited. Several of the staff saw us and I can describe in detail what they were doing yet the staff behind the counter or the employee leaning over the counter did not even attempt to speak or even acknowledge our existence. My husband, after 5 minutes, suggested we leave. We went outside, got in our car and as we drove away, we could all see those two in the same position as they had been doing our 5 minute wait! Other staff were steadily fulfilling orders from the drive thru but the two we encountered will prevent any future stops for us. We are in the area anywhere from 2-6 times for athletics and are frequent chick fil a customers all over the state but will not stop here again! read more
