We brought food from here to our hotel. The sandwiches were great. I had a Turkey and cheese. My girls had a meatball and Italian. My only complaint is that my drinks were wrong. We got two sprites when one should have Been a watermelon lemonade. read more

From looking at the menu, I was really excited to try this restaurant. Prices were decent, and the variety of sandwiches was appealing. BUT once I got back to the hotel and opened the first sandwich, it was soooooo dry, no condiments on it. Just bread meat and cheese. My 2nd sandwich, which was the philly, had plenty of meat and onions on it, but it was dry as well. I wish they would use juicier/more favorable meats on their sandwiches. I have loved this shop for years. Always grabbed a sandwich while having a busy day at work and it made my day. I am not sure why things have changed. I was there on 10/2/2024 and ordered through the drive through. Was in a bit of a hurry as I had a 3 hour drive home and had already driven three hours that morning and had worked for one hour. So - since I had not eaten since the night before I am absolutely certain that the sandwich I ordered gave me food poisoning. Within 30 minutes of ordering the "classic" with pepper relish I developed severe stomach cramping that I had to endure on my trip home. I will not publish further details of my GI symptoms as to not disgust readers but I also experienced a slight fever. Fortunately- pepto bismal and Tylenol helped and by morning I was better - although fatigued. I am very disappointed and discussed with my husband my newfound disappointment with a shop I always had such a positive experience. We will try the Little Rock store now - although the parking there is difficult and I do not believe they have a drive through (I really like that option. We had about 20 lunch boxes ordered and the evening manager was very helpful. The day of the pickup, we needed to add another box, and change a cookie and bag of chips to another flavor. The daytime manager pretty much said you'll get what we give you!!! We had no choice of chip or cookie flavor, only the sandwich that was requested. However. I really would not recommend this location to anyone. Almost every single time I come here, the girls at the window have an attitude. I don't know if they hate me, their job, or their life, but its so evident that they are displeased with something when taking my money. Snatch the money, don't make eye contact, slam the window after themselves, no smiling, no energy. I can count on 1 hand how many times I was greeted in a friendly and/or professional manner. And I've bought food from here a LOT. (I know. I shouldn't. But the food is good, man. It's still Lenny's.) Once I went inside and noticed the sandwich makers weren't even wearing gloves. If you're really craving a sub, just go to the subway across the street. After spending your money here, you'll feel duped. Actually went to subway, while traveling, got told that I had to have bread with my sandwich. Called Lenny's when I noticed them across the street. They stated there was no problem putting it in a bowl. Sold! Went over to Lenny's and was not only greeted with a much more pleasant and friendly atmosphere but way better food! 10/10 would come back if I drive through again. Driving through Memphis with West Memphis as the destination. I was hungry. Thought of Lennys as something a little different. I arrived at the drive thru and made an order for a 6 in Italian Sub. The drive thru operator confirmed the order total...but then....asked me if I realized that this sandwich only included the bread, cheese, and meat. No tomatoes, veggies, sauce, etc. I asked him if they were out of veggies. He said NO, but to add would cost extra! Other than Bait and Switch, I can't see why this would be the case. I asked again, and another person answered and confirmed what I heard. Hell...I was hungry and just went ahead with my order. Sure enough....I got a 6 inch...with nothing but cheese...and meat. Tasteless. This makes me to suspect a franchise person that is clueless on how to properly account for a price increase and to SELL it to the customer. I ordered a sub from here and brought it home only to find a dead fly smashed into the bread on one half of the sandwich. The worst part is that I had already eaten the first half before I noticed the fly. This is absolutely disgusting and I will never be ordering from here again. Not bad for a chain, but not as good as Subway. The regular Italian sub was pretty large and tasty but not great. A quick lunch place.

Service was rude, the place looked gross, and they messed my sub up. I don't think I'll go back. The food is good minus everything else.

Service was very lackluster. I called in my order.. Took me 20 minutes to get there, and still had to wait 10 minutes for 2 salads.

A little pricey, but the best Philly cheese steak in town. Also a great atmosphere that includes NFL Redzone on a nice HD TV.
