Food arrived to the table hot and freshly cooked. All tasted great and super filling, me and my boyfriend and 2 more people could've shared the plate. Service was great once we got seated. The restaurant was busy and by the time we left the line was out the door for a table, but it's worth it! Value for the money is A+

My spouse and I come every single weekend. The food is THE best! Flavorful, large portions, great prices. The staff treat you like family and greet you by name (if you are a regular of course). It's just a good down-home spot - like grandma whipped you up a Sunday breakfast! We order our food to go quite often (hence the photos), but dine in or out, we've never had anything less than the best experience!

This is my favorite place to meet one of my work colleagues to catch up on things. The atmosphere is nicely causal, and the servers never seem to mind if we hang out after we've finished our meals. I always mean to try their burgers, but I am so very fond of their generous-sized omelettes!

Visiting from Kentucky.....place is so cute...Awesome staff & customer service. My entree was hot and delicious, generous portions at a great price. It is worth the wait... We stood outside in line for 15 minutes and would do it again for their menu offerings. A special thank you to Kaylin (Melissa, she is an awesome young lady).

Y'all!!! I am blown away by this place!! I put a search in maps for Waffle House and thank goodness it lead me here. I had the avocado, spinach omelette with 2 slices of toast extra and added the grits. ( added salt and perfect!), coffee, which I loved!, and apple juice which was about 20 ounces!! All of it was great and the price was less than what I paid at Waffle House chain Restaurant with the all the extras added! Devin my waiter was so delightful as well as informative! A Devin didn't bug me by showing up too many times, however, he knew exactly when I needed something and showed up right on time. The whole experience worth getting to the wrong place! The atmosphere is like something I have not experienced in many years. Music tasteful and a variety that was good for everyone. I HIGHLY suggest you go there. You will NOT be disappointed! Clean organized!!

Not quite off the highway - a couple of turns are involved - and located in a small office plaza, this is the place to go when you're not quite up to a Waffle House. Super easy breakfast, surrounded by locals and engaged in conversation with an older gentleman who definitely wanted to talk and talk. My breakfast was easy, served superfast, and delicious. Waffle, eggs, sausage patties and a mountain of home fries. Just what I wanted. Waffle was both crisp and doughy. Soaked up the syrup perfectly. Eggs were done as requested and the sausages? Well, I burped them for several hours. Still, tasty. Waitress was friendly and unhurried despite being well overworked. Always over tip your breakfast waitress - they deserve it! On our drive home from Michigan to Texas we stopped through here and it was definitely really good and it hit the spot!!! The only complaint I have is they need to step their coffee game up! The food was good. The service was good and if I ever drive back through here, I'll stop again.

The Coastal Skillet! Outstanding!

Found this gem on our road trip back to Arizona! I've lived a lot of years and honestly, I just had the best breakfast of my life! The Coastal Skillet was packed with flavor and 7 (count 'em-7!) jumbo grilled shrimp! So huge, I had to take 1/2 to go! Our waitress, Michelle was so friendly and attentive too! Loved everything about this place!

Pancakes

My kids loved this! I would 10/10 recommend! Also, the hot cocoa was amazing! So was the bacon side!

I got the waffle combo with: banana and pecan waffle, scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese, sausage patties and hash browns.

But please add malt was met with they could sprinkle it on top. To which our smiles became frowns. "Can't you just shake it up in the glass or in the mixer? We queried. No that would be soft serve was the answer. They do have real ice cream too. We were a bit slow on the uptake, and our sweet counter girl, Emily, who was in her 20s but looked 15, patiently explained the ice cream came in a cup and the milk shakes were soft serve only, because evidently their shake machine can't handle the hard real stuff. We caved, got soft serve. We wanted malts not ice cream sprinkled with malt. *sigh.* Bella, Michael and Kennedy looked on, in training with our youthful trainer, and Kennedy remarked, "You're living on the edge," It was her first day. The place also had other retro food, except for the seed oils, which meant shakes only for us.

Last night I was kept up late covering for a coworker that was off and I was so tired this morning I forgot my meeting today was moved to Forrest City from Memphis so I went to turn around here and got hungry. I was sold at "breakfast burrito" but the 5 star average review only made me more excited. I prayed last night at 2:30 am that God would give me strength to make it through this presentation today knowing I had to get up at 5am to drive. This was divine intervention. I walked in so excited that the cashier went from saying hello to being the most delightful human being I've ever met. I could not decide because I wanted everything so I settle for just 2 burritos. One for now and one for later: Sonja and Karen. They were made fresh and took less than 10 min. When I got in my car and opened the box for Karen, I felt a brief moment of pause and disappointment bc the burrito looked a little small. I was worried all the hype would be for not. It was dripping in syrup. I bit into it and the trauma bond of exhaustion and nerves from last night to this burrito experience this morning was complete. It was so good I felt like I couldn't tell someone about it without them thinking I was lying. I could've eaten 4 of them. After finishing it (quickly) I texted one of my best friends that lives 14 hours away, "I just ate a breakfast burrito so good, I moaned a little." I didn't make Sonja wait any longer. I had to have her right now. After opening her box up, I was met with a much fuller and large burrito that looked even better than Karen. I took my phone out and snapped a picture. After that I couldn't take it anymore and started devouring my second burrito. She tasted like I was a little girl and she was the burrito my dad told me to stay away from. A little spicy, messy, Tex-Mexican goodness. I didn't take my first drink after starting my breakfast until 1.5 burritos in because I didn't want to wash away anything my mouth was savoring. I don't even want to brush my teeth. I don't even want to show my face in this restaurant again out of embarrassment that they know the experience I just had after walking out of their establishment. Now I'm going to my meeting and afterwards I'm going home to my wife where I'm going to be honest about the feelings I just experienced and how God said it was okay.

The burritos were a knockout. In addition to my Gailene's Meat Lovin' Burrito, I snuck bites of the Karen's Maple Delight Burrito and the Bernadine's Shrimp And Avocado Burrito. I can highly recommend all 3. The seasoned hash browns were pretty awesome too. Thanks for a great breakfast and for making our Saturday morning!

The food however was honestly meh (in my opinion). I got a creole dish and to be fair my dish looked beautiful. The plating was 10/10 but the taste for me left something to be desired. After eating this dish I questioned if I even like creole sauce because it really just wasn't that good. If this is a preference issue, I honestly don't know. I also thought the charcuterie appetizer had a weird mix of items on it from club crackers, to meat and cheese, and random veggies. Not bad but just kind of a weird mix. My husband ordered the salmon and he said it was good, not the best he's had but it was good. Other friends of ours got the white fish among the many other dishes. I did have a salad with these apples on it which was incredibly yummy. I will say though my dish looked amazing some of the other dishes were not plated well. Not to nitpick but to want to be considered a more upscale restaurant which means charging guest more money than say a local Applebee's then knowing how to appropriately garnish or drizzle sauce to elevate at plate is important (see my picture of the chicken dish). All and all not my favorite restaurant but definitely not the worst!!

The food is extremely tasty (and high quality) and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The owner, Shawn, is nothing short of a gem. He's friendly, has intelligence, wit, and integrity. This time I tried the brunch menu and had, to name a few: *Poutine *French Canadian Toast *Maple Sunrise Sandwhich *Boozy Fried Bread Pudding *Eggs Benedict All of these were delicious. Small detail, but the crispy breakfast potatoes are perfect- soft on the inside and with this immaculate crisp on the outside. Next time I will certainly be getting the Waffle Monte Cristo. I love waffles.. I love Monte Cristo sandwiches.. seems like an ideal combo. A few friends and I have been in a few times now and this past trip he took us around the city.
