Treating Delivery Drivers like crap is not going to make your life better, but it might just make you famous. Attitude and rolling your eyes is only a symptom of your low self worth. Get her off front counter if that's the best she can do. Watching customers food get cold because she won't simply turn around and grab the order is unacceptable. I wish I could give this place 5 negative stars. I've visited this location three times; I will not return. The original Zaxby's in Georgia would be horrified at the service here. Ask for extra sauce, get charged for it, and didn't receive any sauce at all. Ask for light ice, had a drink so full of ice I couldn't get the straw into the cup. My fries were always covered with coleslaw; I guess cold and wet fries are the new fad, but only served here. All I'm asking for is the order to be correct. These are the type of workers that spell moron with an 'e' at the end. I get they are not the sharpest tools in the shed, but there's gotta be some sense upstairs. Please make these workers earn the pay wages they demanded several years ago. Just get the order right, then begin working on quality of food, cleanliness of facility, etc. This is exactly why everything is becoming automated. I tried ordering from the app, but something wasn't working. I didn't realize this until I arrived. I walked in and after being ignored for a long while, someone asked if they could help. I explained about trying to make my order and to see if it came through on their side. She looked and said it wasn't there, then turned around, never asked if I wanted to place an order. I waited a little longer, to ave her turn around look the direction of the counter and turn back away from me. That was enough, I left and went to Chick-fil-a and was in and out in 1/3 of the time that I wasted at Zaxbys. Worst service I've ever had, and that's saying a lot! read more

I'd ordered online and my food was supposed to be ready at 12:24pm. I'm there and in line (there were two lines. One for the cashier and another for online orders. There is a sign for the online orders) I saw my food on the counter beside another order still behind the cashier but the cashier had yet to bring the orders over so I could just get my food and drink cup and go. I was made to stand there 12 minutes as the cashier kept skipping over me. I said "Excuse me, I have an online order and don't want my food to get cold." She asked my name, gave me the order I'd been seeing on the counter behind her. Said nothing. Went back to cashiering. I made my drink, found my order wasn't right, spoke with manager who said since there was only one cashier, I should have gotten in line with those who hadn't ordered at all and waited. No ownership taken what so ever. Had my food remade and left very disappointed with my experience. No point in ordering online or at all here is what I got out of this experience. I have never been to a fast food restaurant that took more time to get your food than a sit down restaurant. I waited in the drive thru line for 45 minutes. And they have it blocked off to where you can pull out of the line until after you have ordered. I had to eventually yell HELLO to the speaker to get someone to take my order. It took 15 minutes to even get them to ask what I wanted to eat. Absolutely ridiculous and if I could give zero stars I would. This place should not even be up and running, management should be ashamed of themselves. After a 12 hour shift I expect to get fast food QUICKLY so I can go home and eat. I come here about once a week on average for my lunch break at work. The girls at the window and their attitudes are meh. No one has ever acted terribly towards me; but nobody is ever fake happy to be taking my cash and handing me food. I usually get a zalad or a nibblrz meal. Only about 2 or 3 times did I end up with lukewarm or old fries. Pretty consistent for the most part. read more

I would give 0 stars if that was possible. Firstly, they had no ice at all for our drinks which is weird in itself. Then, when my girlfriend ordered a Coke, they said they were out and the woman continued to pour cherry coke into the cup and then asked if that was okay. We said Sprite would work instead, and she poured out the cherry coke and put the Sprite in the SAME cup. Needless to say, the Sprite was brown and iceless and immediately went in the trash. I have been to several Zaxby's in Memphis and in Georgia but this location happens to be the worst location I have ever been to. The drive thru service completely lacks customer service, I am not expecting chick-fil-a Customer service but I do not understand why they have to be rude and very irritated that this is were I choose to spend my money. I work in West Memphis and the "good fast food" choices are very limited so I try to come here and hope it is better but the last 3 times it has been more of the same- Mediocre food and bad customer service. The bread this time tasted old and I barely finished my meal. What a waste! Do yourself a favor and just go to Colton's or better yet just drive to Chickfila in Memphis. read more

I was even willing to forgive the lack of Zaxby's sauce, which was kind of the only reason we went here in the first place. Don't let any bad review for this place fool you, I've lived here for years and have never had anything but great service and delicious food. The only reason I give it 4 and not 5 stars is because the staff changes on a pretty regular basis, most employees being teens and the like, but I've never had anyone be rude to me or deliver poor service. The Blue salad is excellent in addition to any other tasty house salads. Sandwiches are good but definitely not for anyone wanting to watch their waistline. I've had the wings many times and always leave satisfied. Nice atmosphere with good lighting (at night) and comfortable seating. It's recommend this restaurant to anyone stopping through the area or to any locals who haven't tried it yet. read more

To my experience the fries have never been soggy, and the chicken has always tasted great. The Cajun club is outstanding and spider free.

Customer service was atrocious. Our group placed a large order with them and yet we were treated incredibly inconsiderately. One manager, a young woman, went back on her word repeatedly about delivery options and times. Eventually I drove to pick up the food, over an hour late, and found it sloppily prepared and not in the correct amounts, despite the restaurant being empty of customers and fully staffed. I eat here often. Usually, the food and service is great. After a 9 hour drive from Florida I was looking forward to the usual great chicken strips and their new fried pickles. My friend also order fried chicken and could not eat it. The chicken tasted as if it had been cooked in burnt grease. The pickles were battered in the same batter as fish fry (a corn meal kind of batter). Once my friend asked to have grilled chicken instead of fried because of the horrible taste, we received snide attitudes.
