My teenager had a Chick-fil-A craving so we decided to pickup some food in the drive thru. We pulled up to the drive thru and there were two lines. After waiting a few minutes it was our turn to order. We drove up and there was a person talking orders. He was very friendly and repeated our order to us after getting our order. He then took our payment and told us to drive up. We moved up to the drive thru doorway. Another friendly person asked our name and then started giving us our order. It took a few minutes before we got our entire meal. I ordered two 4 piece chicken tenders and some Chick-fil-A chips and Polynesian sauce. The chicken tenders were good. I actually prefer them to the nuggets. They had a semi crispy exterior and were soft and juicy on the interior. I dipped them in the Polynesian sauce for flavor. The chips looked like the fries. This location is the best!! We go here way too often and everything is always accurate, hot and fresh. The people are so friendly and I just feel like I trust them, (unlike some other local drive-thrus). I'm always getting nice rewards through the app from them too, and they keep those crazy busy lines moving fast! I'm a WEEKLY local customer who not only order for my family but for my work place as well so I usually spend over $200 minimum on a monthly basis not counting the orders placed for my staff which tends to be +$300 easily. First disappointment is when I went through the drive thru for breakfast and ordered a burrito with well done bacon. Once I completed my drive thru order I saw gummy/chewy bacon within my burrito. When i went inside to let the manager know, she stated they dont accept "well done" orders and all food is cooked at the same temp.....For one, why not state that as I'm placing my order and 2, what food chain doesn't accept requests for their order?? Nonetheless, I accepted the policy and just decided not to order that specific meal during breakfast hours. My second disappointment (which led me to go out of my way to write this review -which I NEVER do), came from me coming by the CFA (for a second time within that SAME day) to get my refill, as i always do and have done since I've moved to the Westlake area about a year ago. Got through the drive thru line for a male manager (didnt catch his name) for him to deny refill request. Didnt ask to see my app purchases for confirmation (which could've quickly notate that I indeed paid for my drink 2hrs prior) and just walked off from our conversation after I had asked why such a change in service after all this time. I pay for all my meals via my CFA app. There's an order placed every single week consistently which is why I'm so confused and frustrated with the abrupt decline in service. This location gives wrong orders to delivery drivers and the support process through this mistake is extremely complicated. Instead of just fixing the problem, you go to the chick fil a app where you made the order, try to call support, didnt work, says to call the store. Store says to call doordash. Doordash then has to call chick fil a. And when you finally get food an hour and a half later you find the chicken is undercooked and inedible, and the large fry is filled half way, also hard and undercooked, and you have wasted almost two hours, over 20 bucks, and still can't eat the food you meant to eat read more

Chic-fil-A is yummy, and I had no idea how kid friendly they were until I came here with the 4 children I babysit (ages 2, 4, 7, and 10) The food: My stomach gets pretty pissy with their fried food but it is soooo tasty, so I tend to stick to the grilled sandwiches. I love their breakfast because the biscuits and bread are so soft and sweet. The milkshakes (I haven't had them in years, but I assume they're the same?) are to die for, and they will also equal the amount of calories you should have in one day! But that's ok sometimes, right? I really liked that they have a little stick-on place-mat so you can plop the food right on the table for the little ones. (Maybe all places have them and I just never noticed.) There is also a section of children's books, which I thought was adorable. The playground area is closed in and seemed pretty safe to me. There is a section labeled "3 and under" but it's very open to the climbing area and unless parents reinforce it there are older kids mixing with the younger kids. I watched my 2 year old and she seemed to be fine climbing around with the big kids. They were running quite a bit but no one got hurt and she was happy. I also got to spend an extended amount of time here because the 2 year old managed to hide the 4 year olds flip flops while I was looking at the books section. Shame on me.... This place takes the cake; or chicken if you will. With the dining room crowded and the drive thru backed around and snaking down Loop 360; these folks dialed up some serious hospitality. To my amazement they had enough staff to get your drink refills while you sat and ate your meal of choice. Little Rooster's single chicken strip was greasy. My grilled club faired well thanks to the honey bbq sauce packet. The waffle fries were perfectly cooked as usual. The staff at this location warrants a 4 star review; but the greasy chicken strip knocks them back into the 3 star range. I wish I could give this location a million stars. I have never been to a fast food restaurant that is so incredibly amazing. The customer service is indisputable. I have worked down the street for about 1.5 years. The staff have almost been the same since the day I started my job. They have become like family. It is nice to see the same faces everyday. This location is consistent. They are fast, uber-friendly, and food is always correct (and great). They are the only drive-thru in this area, and even with 9 million customers at peak times, they never miss a beat. I wish "Undercover Boss" would do a segment on Chickfila and highlight this store. Truly a successful business This place rocks. Today I was driving by and never had a Chick -Fil-A. Every time I do drive by the drive through it is so busy. I never get to try there good Chicken tenders. Well today it was a slow day. The cashier was full of enthusiasm I thought nice touch this guy likes his job. The Delux was very tender chicken type burger was really good with tomatoes lettuce and a free type of dressing mayo you can add to your burger. I kind of figured if this place is jammed packed what is the big deal? Well I watched the type of people came through the door from mommy's, executive's to high schoolers grandmothers.....and Yes, lots of children ......because they have a play scape. Great idea of having a small play area, ok, by now I get it. Now I understand all the hub bub it's pretty popular in my area wedge fries were my favorite beside the Chicken Wrap. Chick-fil-A is pretty good stuff. Our daughter loves going because, like most kids, she digs chicken nuggets and wants to play at the indoor playscape. I like their sandwiches too. For all the fast food I don't approve of, I have no issues with Chick-fil-A. Interesting find I made on this last trip is that their condiment bins should be carefully inspected. We found packettes of Texas Pete's hot sauce. That's good stuff, and to find it at a chain like this is rare. I really dig their ketchup packs that can either be opened for dipping or pull the tip off to apply directly to your fries. Sweet. This location can get crazy busy though. Forgive me, for I know not what I do.
