I've only been to this Chick-fil-A location during the mornings and have always had a great experience. This location is right off of 410 across from North Star Mall. The entrance to this location can be a little tricky due to high traffic but please note that it is located within the same plaza as DSW and Best Buy, so you can always enter that plaza and just access their parking lot. Regardless of the location, the staff here is always very nice and helpful. This location is very clean and their playground is great for the little ones. Frankly I like coming here in the mornings during cold or rainy days to get my toddlers energy out and let him play around. Thank you Chick-fil-A for having a safe space for little ones to have fun and enjoy some delicious food! read more

For one the chicken patty is not up to chick fil a standards. The scoop of crumbs is ridiculous as well. If the cook/ person that prepared my order had an ounce of integrity and care, they would have set that patty aside and placed a proper one in my sandwich. Same when scooping fries. The patty was burnt and dry from surely being in the fryer too long. The breading was greasy though. Patty was as thin as my finger, pic for reference. Horrible sandwich and bottom of the barrel old fries..Should've went to Canes. I recommend a different location if you must. read more

Came to this Chick-fil-A for the first time we didn't get greeted with a warm welcome , the inside was kinda dirty especially the floor and tables, it took a while to get helped at the front counter area. The man who took my order was really nice and repeated my order, the food was solid could have been a little bit fresher but overall not bad. read more

It's been a while since the last I visited this location. Needed to grab something quick for breakfast and this did the trick. I wish I would have eaten my food right away, because it got cold pretty quick, but it was still good. Service is always great. Never an issue there. Will definitely be returning! read more

Impatient drive thru lady today 10:45am. Didn't bother cutting up the chicken fillet on the salad really?

The food was awesome as usual at every chick fil a. But what stood out to me was their clean atmosphere and the speed of their service. We came at 12:30pm during the middle of their lunch hour rush. They were absolutely slammed outside in their drive thru, both lines were wrapped around the corner and they moved extremely fast. We went in to order and we had nearly no line at all, only took 30 seconds to place our order and we got our food in less than 2 minutes. The speed of this place was amazing will definitely be coming back. Plus they have a play room for kids and their place is super clean. read more

Pavillions North I love Chick-fil-A ... it's my go to. One of the things I love is the happy, friendly customer service. Unfortunately, it appeared as though these employees (drive thru) weren't trained like the rest of them. Coming in from a different state I still expected the same Chick-fil-A "experience". Not so. No happy faces. No friendly greeting. Most certainly not anyone's "pleasure" to serve us. Disappointed! read more

Great food!! Our meals tasted fresh. Very courteous employees. Prices were inline as other fast food places.

This location can be a little hard to get into during traffic times. But once you are in line they are always quick and friendly. We were in and out of the drive thru in about 4 min! read more

While I'm usually a fan of chick fil a this experience was very different. The order process was terrible. The individual working the drive thru was difficult to understand. She also cut us off multiple times when speaking. Makes me think she couldn't hear us well either. There was no one else in line so I'm assuming it isn't because of crowd noise. We had to repeat ourselves and she cut us off and repeated back the wrong information. We arrived at 10;28a and breakfast is served until 10:30. We asked if we could order lunch menu items and they said it would take time because it wasn't lunch yet. Seriously, they aren't prepared? It was 2 mins until I "could order" lunch. While this is a convenient location when traveling to and from the airport, we may need to find somewhere else. read more

My grandpa went in today and on the recipe it states register 5 team member Analis. My grandfather asked for one spicy deluxe with medium fries and a power aid with light ice . I'm addition, two chick fila and ranch sauces. She then charged him for the delux meal as stated and instead of the 2 ranch and 2 chick-fil-a sauces, she also charged him for two regular chicken sandwiches and then gave him 5 ranches. And my grandfather being old did not catch on until he told us what happened when we got home. ( the fries were also really hard and felt old) I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. read more

Every time I've been to this location the little girls that work here are SUPER rude and always have horrible attitudes for no reason. On top of that, the last 3 times I've been here (drive through) the sauce I ask for has never been in my bag... not once. I have to walk back inside and try to get one of the girls attention (they are always talking about in appropriate personal things in front of customers that are waiting to be helped) and tell them I didn't get any of the sauces I asked for and the girls at the registers always give me attitude and rolls their eyes at me. This is by far the WORST Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. I will not be giving money to this location ever again. read more

They gave us the wrong food and when confronted the manager said there is nothing she can do other than tell the team to be "more careful" next time. I won't be returning to this chick fil a location and hope the service will be improved in management and they will take responsibility and accountability for their mistakes read more

Food is good, but it has no dine in option. The new style is not good, traffic is backed up all the way to the street. In the summer it is too hot to sit outside. Bad layout! read more

The service was very rude. I don't think I ever went to a Chick-fil-A where the servers were rude until I came to this location. We just got our food when one of the servers came to our table and told us with a lot of attitude "Just letting you know we close the lobby at nine. Like you can take your time but we are closing". The way she said it made us feel like we had to get out right then and there. I understand lobby closure but there was no need to be rude about it as if we were a nuisance. If you don't want to deal with attitude and rudeness, go to a different location. read more

I have eaten their sandwiches on different occasions and they are consistently rubbery, not crispy as their ads say.

So first of all I ordered from this location. Delivery driver was awesome. The chicken is so juicy and has a nice little crunch. The fries are so delicious that I could have a whole plate of them and eat them all. The service here is amazing and are always so happy to serve you. The place is nice and the kids always love the playground. read more

Usually this location does pretty well considering the high amount of traffic they see. Recently, I don't know if there's been a change in management or something, but parts of orders are missing - not made incorrectly - just left off/out completely and the items that are with the order, there's senseless mistakes - like I ordered a sweet tea and got an unsweet. It's disappointing the state that food services is in right now - it's carelessness and it would only take you a few second to double check things and avoid these mistakes. read more

I just stop by Chick-fil-A for breakfast this morning. There was no line and it was super fast friendly service. My gosh the people at this location are so friendly! It can be a bit startling if you aren't expecting it! I ordered the Greek yogurt fruit parfait... As you can see from the pictures the perfect only has three blueberries on it and one strawberry cut in quarters. For $3 plus tax... I would not recommend it! Not. At. All. I did get a sandwich and it was sloppily assembled so much so that the cheese had slid off the side of the bun and was stuck to the rapper. I think they use smaller pieces of chicken in the morning because you couldn't even see the chicken from the outside of the bun and that's saying something. Overall the food was warm and accurate so I think that deserves three stars however they really need to consider adding some additional blueberries and strawberries to actually call it a fruit parfait! And be aware when they're assembling sandwiches to make sure the cheese has not slid off. I suppose that was the universe's way of putting me on a diet control #NoCheeseForYou read more

Chick-fil-A - 2.99 "fruit" parfait.... even McDonald's does better than this sad attempt - Fast Food Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

Absolutely the worst customer service. I'm in town for the day and staying close to this location. I ordered a chicken biscuit with egg and cheese. I was charged for a hash brown that I didn't order as well. I came to the hotel and was missing the chicken. The biscuit was hard too. I called and was told I could come back to the location for a sandwich. I asked for the bbq sandwich and Adrian (a manager) said "umm.. that's like our most expensive sandwich. Extremely unprofessional as I was inconvenienced. She never apologized when I called or in person. When we spoke on the phone I had to repeat three times that I was not from here. Her sarcastic attitude was not what I would expect from a manager. I've never had a problem with Chick-fil-A. It's sad that someone could be so rude. She shouldn't be a manager at all. read more

I've been a fan of Chick Fil A since the 80's but unfortunately now I may need to find another place for a chicken sandwich. I noticed the sandwiches has been downsized to the size of a happy meal burger.
