I had the best time at this location this afternoon I don't think I've ever felt more fulfilled in my service there. I actually got up and rang the bell. I was so overjoyed with how well they treated me and . Adam, Adam is literally the best worker there at the Arby's like no one compares to him. He served us like so politely. I don't think that anyone could've served us because all the other workers were afraid of me and my he came and he stepped up to the plate and he served us and I don't think I've ever been more grateful. The meal was like so amazing and it was warm and the mozzarella sticks were top-tier the marinara sauce was amazing I dont thinknive gotten this good of service at any other fast food restaurant 10 out of 10 and I would come again every single time I actually did come in my pants. read more

All right Arby's, you've finally impressed me. I've been to more than a few substandard locations, but this one's a gem. Consistently clean, reasonably fast and friendly, with perfectly fresh fries...yeah, you have my wallet at attention. Excellent location with plenty of parking, food has consistently been fresh and hot. Of particular note are the specials like the brisket-roast beef sandwich and the French Dip. Basic, no-nonsense food but well done. This place scores a 5 out of 5 on the 'CTJ Scale', as noted below. 5 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Jesus good. Ugh, this Arby's location is so disappointing compared to others with food & customer service. They never have burgers. The curly fries are cold, lots of little crumbs. The cheddar beef sandwich dry. Haven't been to this Arby's in a while. Meeting some friends in the area and thought to grab a quick bite here beforehand. I had seen the sign for the Orange cream shake outside and was curious on how it was. Also saw the $5 meal deal when I got inside. I had asked the guy behind the cashier if I could get the $5 roast beef meal deal but upgrade the drink to the orange cream milkshake with extra charge. The guy said that I couldn't do that and had to get the regular meal which left me confused. He gave me the regular roast beef meal and substituted the drink for the shake which came out to be a little over $7. I think it was the same as what I asked for originally. Anyway, I ate most of it and enjoyed the milkshake which was like an orange creamsicle. I would usually get the Jamocha shake and glad I tried the orange cream one instead. read more

We didn't realize they were almost closed when we walked in. They were very friendly and took our order, served us fresh hot food and politely let us know when we picked up our food from the counter that they were closing soon but that we were ok to finish our food. I have eaten at Arby's many times, and have always love the food. Yesterday, since my husband had to go into town (25 miles one way), we decided Arby's was a good dinner option. I'm gluten free (wheat makes me hurt), so we asked for a Grand Turkey Club (great sandwich) without a bun. We said two times and the drive thru person said she got it. Well, when we got home, my Grand Turkey Club was actually two small sandwiches - one had bacon on it, with mayo, lettuce and tomato and a BUN, and the other was mayo, tomato, lettuce and turkey, on A BUN. Couldn't eat them. We called the store, spoke to Jordan, who said come on back and we'll "make it right." Because we live so far out, we said we would come back today (Friday). The store manager, Noah, was the most rude little runt we've ever met. It's their policy, the said, to replace what was wrong. Never mind that I didn't have dinner last night, and tonight, with the correction, I would have dinner, but my husband would not. Food is a bit above McDonalds's but the service isn't a lot higher. I was first told they didn't have any side salads, but then later a manager came out to my table and told me they did. Then when I went to order again, the cashier was confused. This was a couple of months ago, so maybe it was just a bad day. All the other stuff seems ok though and comes out quick. Everyone I work with has been happy with the quality and freshness of the food. Not very much space if you have more than four people though. read more

The great thing about arbys is that it isn't over franchised. So when you get to eat it you are very satisfied. I love the commercials which helped me pick my melt. They have a promotion where you get 5 melts for $8 and that is a great deal. I love curly fries so having those makes the meal that much h better. They are not super busy which makes for short wait times and even longer lunch hours. :) read more

The restaurant was clean and what you would expect from a fast food restaurant,but the wait was ridiculously long. We ordered 2 sanwches and an order of curly fries. It took over 20 to get our "fast food". We had the Chicken,bacon,and swiss sandwich which was good. What you would expect at a fast food restaurant. We also tried the Cuban sandwich. It was not at all even close. Had fake tasting flavor, plain, not good very little meat and overkill on mustard. Nowhere near a "real" Cuban sandwich. I've visited this location several times, usually for lunch or dinner, and every time the staff is cordial, orders are prepared correctly and the wait time between ordering and getting food is minimal. Favorite items include the Triple Thick Brown Sugar Bacon BLT and Triple Thick Brown Sugar Bacon Turkey -- thank you Arby's for realizing that bacon obsession is a real thing and not giving us the flimsy grocery store microwave bacon a lot of restaurants do. The Apple Cinnamon Crisp is equally amazing (pro tip: ask for it al a mode, and you will surely end up in a food coma!). My only request is to make the Triple Thick Brown Sugar Bacon entrees year-round instead of seasonal. read more

Absolutely the worst drive thru service. Asked for a medium drink, was told they only sold small or large drinks-menu clearly said "drinks: small, medium large". I asked for a lemonade - guy had to ask others if they had lemonade. Told yes then no then maybe. Ask for unsweetened tea. Again had to ask if they had this kind of tea. I ordered small lemonade and large tea. Guy repeated we don't have medium and I repeated that way I ordered a small! He replied no you didn't! Ask for manager - he said he was the manager. After watching several Arby's commercials about their short rib sandwich and brisket sandwich, I decided to try one of these sandwiches. On the commercial these sandwiches are filled with meat, so I decided to take a chance on the short rib sandwich. It was very pricey. Almost the price of a steak dinner. The sandwich came with one onion ring and a very small portion of some type of meat. It didn't look or taste like short ribs. It was the worst tasting sandwich I've ever had. Just left this Arby's location and ordered a chicken club. They told me they were waiting on chicken and to pull up and it would be a few minutes. Not even a minute goes by and a guy brings my food..I drive all the way home and when i open my sandwich I see they just put roast beef on my sandwich instead of the chicken smh. read more
