There were about six orders on the counter at once, and everyone was to do too much at the same time. One order had a cookie that wasn't supposed to be there, wasn't given choice of croissant or chips, my friend paid for my extra meat, and another friend had to verify her drink purchase before she could get her cup. Too many people right behind us as were trying to pay. They were also doing online orders, so it was confusing to know which bown they were attending too. By the end, we were honestly confused about what we had paid for and what we had received. One of my friends had a very simple meal but ended up paying my extra meat and not the size she started with. She was so rushed, she didn't get a drink. I know the goal is to be fast, and that is something you do very well. But sometimes being too hurried can take away from the experience. We love the food and want to keep coming back, so my suggestion is: please keep the great speed, but slow down just enough to embrace each individual order and make sure every customer gets exactly what they ordered and paid for. If you prefer your bread to have softness to it, you may have to ask if they can substitute a different bread instead of the italian flat bread they use. But I absolutely love this sandwich the way it is! As for the sides, the potato salad has a slight mustard taste and right consistency with a dash of paprika on top; just the way I like it. The beans are charro beans (I think) that are served steaming hot with some pork trimmings mixed in; I may have dipped my sandwich in it a couple times for flavor explosion. What can I say, I'm adventurous! There's some ferrari memorabilia and posters on the right side where some of the high top seating is. As a Ferrari F1 fan, I appreciate them displaying this here along with the track map of the COTA circuit in Austin. And the mozzarela was a single gooey lump not sliced at advertised. Also, it was supposed to be "fire roasted" tomato soup. This is a lie. There was zero evidence of roasted tomatoes by sight or taste. I also could not detect by sight or flavor any hint of basil.
