Never disappoints! Grateful for the inside seating to be open as we passed through town. Our order didn't take long and the food was hot! The employees were just as friendly and the manager walked around asking all the guest if they needed any refills. This company will always get my business no matter where I am (as long as there is one) #build more locations please. Great job!

(6.26.21) Its truly been a while since ( we) have been out for a sit down. Nice area, clean presentation-reasonable prices great staff--enjoying the weekend

Drive-thru line here is pure CHAOS, but staff is great!

This was a quick stop for me on an all-day drive through four states, and though the food is exactly what I'd expect of a Chick-fil-A, it's the incredible customer service that compelled me to leave a four-star review. First, getting into the place almost made me turn around - the parking lot was packed at nearly 2 o'clock on a random Tuesday afternoon. PACKED. The drive-thru situation is a total disaster - cars backing out of parking spaces, cars trying to get out of the drive-thru line, cars trying to get into the drive-thru line, and more cars trying to get out of the parking lot and on with their lives ... all in one intersection. Mayhem. Bedlam. CHAOS. Then, once I was in line, I realized the machines must be down because there were employees standing at both drive-thru lanes (those two drive-thru lanes merge into one lane after you've placed your order, by the way - CHAOS, I tell you.). Normally, I would've just left, but the way this place is designed, once you're in line, there's no turning back. When it was my turn to order, this poor employee, who'd been standing under a brutal sun on a melting tarmac, greeted me with a smile and a friendly hello. She noticed I was trying to peek at the menu, which was just past her, so she stepped out of my way and gave me all the time I needed to make my decision. She took my order, processed my payment, apologized for the situation, and let me know what to expect when I pulled around the corner to pay. Around the corner was another welcoming employee, who confirmed my order (she made change for those who paid in cash), and then a third employee at the window who greeted me with a "Well hullo, Miss Erin!" before handing me my lunch. His smile was infectious. The people who work here can't help that the parking lot was designed by a drunken sadist. Nor can they help whatever mechanical malfunction took out their ordering system. They were just as inconvenienced as their customers, but you'd never know it because of their level of professionalism and organization. And after spending all day fighting ridiculous drivers on multiple highways, this traveler was MIGHTY appreciative of their positive attitudes - they all get my thanks, and next time I come through Salisbury, they'll get my business again, too!

Food was great but the drive thru was overwhelmed and slow for lunch. It needed a larger less convoluted approach. Service was friendly.

Always a solid quick stop choice. Never had a bad meal. It is fast food so don't expect white glove service. Our go to for fast food

Most efficient drive through I've ever experienced. Only ever complaint, getting a wrong dipping sauce on occasion.

I'm a big fan of Chick Fil A... however this location was extremely disappointing. I sat in the drive thru for 23 minutes.

Every other chik fil a will make you a lunch sandwich during breakfast except for this one apparently....even though you're there at 10:25.

This place is pretty cool. The big crab out front is a pretty cool feature. My little one loved it…read more The service was great as well. A rotation of 2 servers so we always had what we needed. We were in from out of town so the powdered sugar on the hush puppies were a little weird, but still pretty good. Very crispy and flavorful. Sweet, but good. The baby back ribs tasted fine, but there was barely any bbq sauce. After putting extra sauce on it, it was fine. The potato was not very good. The first one was partially black, but the immediately came with a replacement. But they were a little dry. The crab cakes were flavorful and pretty large and meaty. Not a lot of stuffing like filler. One is fried and one is broiled. Not much different between the two. Tasted great. Fries were really crispy. The admiral plate wasn't too bad. The shrimp was like cocktail shrimp and could use more seasoning. The fish was a tad overdone but the tartar sauce saved it. The tarter was probably the best I've had. Scallops. Same thing. A little overdone and needed more seasoning. The crab cake was great though. Might try this again.

Went here this past weekend as part of a crab feast/ casino trip . Upon arrival, the establishment…read morefrom outside appears to be big. Once inside the restaurant, the tables are long and very close together. Not too many table are just 4-tops of which means you'll be seated with others most likely . It was a tight squeeze to get up from the tables due to them being so close . They dump all the crabs and corn on your table which leaves lil space to actually eat them. There are three bathroom stalls for a really big restaurant of which causes a long line every time you need to use the bathroom. Now the crabs themselves were a mix of small & mediums but they were really juicy and had a good taste. The servers were pretty cool although they seemed overwhelmed with the large groups of people. Overall the crabs, corn, clam strips, and fried chicken thighs and shrimp were good. I would come back again just not on a trip so I can get a better chance if not being seated with people don't know .

Fun atmosphere and good food. We visited on a Saturday…read moreearly evening and even though it was crowded we had a short wait. They have a good selection of beer and I tried the Grapefruit Shine which I really enjoyed. I had the Ultimate Chicken Sandwich. It was a fried chicken breast on a roll with bacon, cheese and Old Bay aioli. Three of us ordered this and we all thought it was really tasty and my husband enjoyed his Hot Honey Chicken sandwich. But be warned it is messy. So yes food was good so why the four stars instead of five unfortunately it was our service. Even though we ordered our appetizer, a Bavarian pretzel ahead of time it did not come out until our meal. And yes this can be timing from the kitchen. But we hardly saw our server, her section for the evening was so spread out that she was not attentive to us. We will still go back just hoping our service will be better.

And because we are a Responsible Professional Company we were on-site 15 hours early. Imagine my delight when I saw that the receiving building shared a lot with a brewery teehee. Truck stop tacos for dinner? - I think not. Now in other reviews you know how I feel about breweries without food. Not the case here - pizzas, sandos, pretzels, salads, wings. And the beer list?? Multiple sours for me, hazy IPAs for he, and pumpkin flavored beer to usher in autumn. After that huge setup all we got were fries and beer lmao. The point is we COULD HAVE gotten more if we wanted it. Fries were hot and crispy. The pumpkin beer was incredible. And of note, the actual restaurant space was huge. With Rona numbers on the rise, we opted to sit outside on the huge patio. All in all, def worth a visit especially if you're in nearby Assateague or similar attractions and are tired of crabs lol.
