I used to think chick-fil-a was overrated and overhyped. Then I ate at this specific store and it blew my mind. The chicken is always fresh and juicy, I have never have a piece of chicken OOZE in my mouth before. The mac and cheese is the best mac and cheese I have ever eaten in my life. Employees are great, order is always correct, just literally perfect. Prices could be lower but hey, you're paying for quality here, this isn't no mcdonalds 11$ combo meal for dry gross old burgers. Amazing food, the staff and cashiers were very nice and very patient when you are ordering food. The food is always so fresh and hot. I never got food that was cold or not fresh. I frequently choose Chickfila when I'm at the mall. The food is always hot and fresh- the one time my order was incorrect, I was able to keep the incorrect food and get my correct order without anyone questioning whether or not I actually made a purchase and they were slammed. It was a simple mistake- I was given a sandwich with a pickle instead of a plain Chickfila. The employees are friendly and everything you request is "their pleasure." They aren't stingy with the condiments and even have a prayer box from a local church. Any place that cares about good customer service and my soul is tops with me! read more

Been trying to be a customer of this local Chick-fil-a. Wasn't very happy with visit. The Manager Aaron must of been overwhelmed seen he didnt care for new customers. All I asked was for a paper menu that I could look at to make my selection. Wasnt very so I left without a purchase. Just needs work on his managerial skills. This is my first time in Salisbury, MD, and I decided to stop at this Chick-fil-A, and Sam (the manager) took my order. I ordered a party platter 30 minutes before closing time. Not only was she super friendly, but she was so kind about accepting my last minute order. She also gave me a coupon because the nuggets were taking extra time to cook, and she even let a little girl make her own ice cream, which I thought was so sweet and heartfelt.
