I went through the drive-thru at 6:30 in this morning. ordered two bacon, egg and cheese biscuits that are on the special for a dollar each. I also ordered two plain biscuits with butter and jelly. when I came to the register she told me one amount $5.80 something like that. I told her that was not correct that the Bacon, egg and cheese is a special for a dollar. she came back and said it was now $2.12. I said okay. I paid for it. I knew it still wasn't correct. what I got was two biscuits that were egg and cheese only and one biscuit that was plain. no jelly no butter. no bacon on it. anything I had to be to work I did not have time to go back through the drive-thru window and get her to correct it. she obviously was having trouble wringing it in for the special price so I feel like this is a training issue. somebody should have taught the person that was going to work in the morning. how to ring in a special. read more

At mile 58 of a 100 mile bicycle ride, I stopped in at this Wendy's for Dave's Combo. Since I didn't want my $8k bike to be stolen, I brought it in the nearly empty dining area and leaned it against the wall. Last night Feb 11, 2021, I clocked out from my job due to working (3) days of (16) hours Shifts (Correctional Officer). I was tired and hungry. I saw that Wendy's (South Salisbury Md.) was NOT as it ALWAYS is crowded (1130P). So I took the liberty of pulling in ordering a Triple Baconator, to satisfy my sixteen hours of being hungry. Then noticing once at the pay window, realizing I left my wallet with $40. in my work locker, I had to return the next day (brain fog, dumb attack, old age and just tired), so I apologize to the lady and drove away. My observation: After thinking I was..in uniform represented with a badge, and had ID so it was obvious I am EMPLOYED (essential front line worker at that), Granted I made a human mistake. Wendy's recently overtook Burger King to become the second most visited burger place in the country. Go Wendy's! I liked this place. My chicken sandwich was good, service was fast, the restaurant was clean and the restrooms were clean. Plus, I met a nice family from Montreal and we talked about hockey while waiting for our food (I was wearing a Leafs shirt). On May 25th at 11:15 we stopped by through the drive thru. After ordering, the girl said to go to the 2nd window. We went to the 2nd window and noticed some teenager waving his hands out the window and shouting from the first window. We paid and got our food. As we drove off, we saw that same punk teenager flip us the middle finger. I called in several times within minutes of the incident. But no answer from the business. We'll be calling corporate. I haven't been here in what feels like years. I wanted some Chili Chips and Cheese to remind me of my childhood. Y'all were out of chili, no big deal, my childhood was pretty crappy anyway. I get excited that you have a 4 for $4 so I'm like, "yes please." I order a Chicken Sandwich and a Sweet Tea. I got the tea and it tasted like someone mixed up the salt and sugar. My husband and I have been coming here every once on a while since they remodeled. So far great experiences and the food is good. The honey butter chicken biscuit with extra honey butter reminds us of when we were stationed in the south, yum! Definitely going to continue to come here, recommended. If you want Wendy's food, go to Rt 13 North, the quality of food is twice as good as the new Rt13 S location by SU where fries and salads are substandard and lemonades are watered down. I am very disappointed to pay higher prices and it's not worth it. read more

I cannot believe how poorly i was treated at the N. Salisbury Rd location. I always ask for unsweat tea, and they often serve me sweat tea. I cannot drink drinks with sugar. I learned to taste it before I leave the drive thru. Its usually not a big deal to get my drink right after I request a new drink. Until my recent visit. After being served sweat tea I asked for the correct drink. Then I was served a large unsweat tea that was hot. I asked for ice, and the cashier said "you got to be f--ing kidding me?!" I just left. I typically don't write a review on a fast food restaurant but this one takes the cake so hopefully it was just a hair day. I knew it was a mistake from the moment I walked in, no AC on a 90 degree day with the humidity hovering at about 95%. At that point I should've walked out, but I didn't and things went down hill quickly. There were so many flies buzzing throughout the dining room I thought I was at a 4th of July picnic in Mississippi. Been here twice. First time was a few months back where I literally waited in the drive thru for 45-60 minutes, granted it was near closing time so I kinda understood. Tonight however, I placed an in store pickup and got there at 750 and proceeded to walk in to receive such order. Upon walking up to the store both doors were locked at 752, when the site and app stated it closed at 8. I called to ask if I could receive my in store pickup order and the lady on the phone told me I had to go in the drive thru line. I hung up and called back to ask for a refund instead cause I wasn't dealing with that drive thru line anymore. The manager made it kinda difficult. First asking for the mobile order receipt, then just handing me the order since it was already done anyways. He was a nice guy, just didn't have the best common sense for knowing how to deal with certain customer service situations. As a business don't state you're open until a certain time if you're actually not open until said time. Also, don't have the app let you place an in store order if you're already "closed" when it's not 8pm yet. read more

Visit for lunch maybe once every few months. People are usually friendly. Orders are prepared quickly. Never had an issue here.

worse place ever. management, staff and customer service have gone downhill. got a burger last week that was cold, couldn't reheat it because of the stuff on it. called and the manager offer to replace it or give me a refund but my lunch hour was over and i had nothing to eat for lunch. i am diabetic and not eating is not a good thing. perhaps when "mistakes" happen the manager should have to bring the customer the replacement to their job site. it certainly would have inconvenienced him and perhaps clued him in on why he needs to make sure his staff is doing a better job. he clearly couldn't answer my question of what i was now supposed to eat for lunch since what i paid for was inedible. perhaps he would get the point if it happened to him... would prefer to give no stars but that's not an option... read more
