    Melt in your mouth brisket.
    Beth K.

The brisket sandwich with side of coleslaw was perfect. The brisket was juicy and fall apart tender. Your choice of either lean or fatty. Go with the fatty if you want flavor and melt in your mouth goodness. They offer 6 barbeque sauces on the table. My favorite is the "Smoky Mountain", sweet sauce with a tang. Missions' coleslaw is so good on the brisket. My colleague says that "Maggie's Mac -N- Cheese "is the bomb. Everything is a la carte, so it is very expensive, but willing to break your wallet for a bite.

came back to try it again. got a moist brisket sandwich this time instead of lean. it was better than i rmbr but still not the tastiest i've had. the fries were still good & the mac n cheese mid. our helper kristen was very nice & i would give her five stars. the restaurant was very clean.

First time here. The staff was super friendly. Food was served warm and the choices of bbq sauces were great

Potato's hard and Mayo put on while potatoes hot which is why the consistency is off

Opening week this place was great! The food was delicious and cooked perfectly, however when they changed to the new seasonal dessert of strawberry shortcake compared to the peach cobbler it all went downhill. I ordered the two meat meal of pulled chicken and the fatty brisket (requested) along with string beans and potato salad. The potato salad had to be thrown out as you see from the picture it was runny and the potatoes were too hard to eat. The brisket was extremely dry but I ate it out of hunger. The pulled chicken was too dry to eat and consisted of a lot of burnt ends and dry pieces so I threw it away. The string beans were the best part of my meal. I recently spoke with two friends and they too said that the food was not good compared to other locations of Mission BBQ like the one in Dover which is very consistent. Hopefully the cooks can undergo some more training or learn to store the meats in a way that preserves the moistness. I will try again when in the mood for bbq and do not feel like traveling to my other hidden gem in Seaford, Fat Daddy's BBQ Grill.

Soggy fries I did jot order-doesn't look like Mac and cheese to me!

Two of us shared the 3 meat combo (moist brisket, pulled pork, cheddar/jalepeno sausage) with a side of fries.

We opted against having any BBQ, because I still think the tables are too small for all the plates the drop down. Everyone seems to like the "robot" that carries the food, but I found it kind of loud and annoying (but then, I'm an old man and might just be a little crotchety about that kind of stuff). Started with garlic edamame, which was quickly devoured. Sushi was, again, super-fresh, well sized, and excellently prepared and presented. We also added a kimchi pancake that was huge, and packed with kimchi and other vegetables. Service was very friendly, attentive, and on-point, so overall, a significant improvement. We'll keep them on the list :)

Very clean and no lack of eye candy to take in, including huge TVs Oddly enough, we did not order the BBQ. I opted for the Tteok-bokki, my first time having this staple of Korean food. Absolutely delicious! We order the UNI as well, and again, although I love sushi, it was my first time trying this particular treat. So good! The honey garlic wings are one of the best wings I have ever tasted -period! The sushi was excellent and nicely priced. I also tried the Kimchi Jigae, and it was stellar. Service was great, and a robot brought our food to the table. So fun! We can't wait to come back!!

It was late when we got from our day trip, but I knew I had to at least have a milkshake before opting for a full meal the next day. I was blown away by the size of the menu (especially the shakes), and how much food you can get at such a reasonable price! I opted for the Peach Cobbler milkshake because it's such a unique flavor. I appreciated the quantity of peaches and cobbler bits in the shake, but it was lacking that sweet, peach flavor I'm used to. The next day I brought another conference attendee with me so we both could try a meal for the first time. I went with a tray, picking a cheeseburger, fries, nuggets, and a strawberry cheesecake milkshake. If I closed my eyes and took a sip of the shake, I could immediately tell you what flavor it was. They nailed it perfectly. The burger and nuggets were some of the freshest I've ever had at a fast food restaurant, and the patty was pretty thick as well. The fries were thick as well and crispy, but could have used some salt or seasoning.

These prices are what true Americans reminisce about, the tray combo price is insane for the sheer quantity and quality of food. These food prices are a recession indicator, if these go up in Salisbury, Maryland - riots and civil war is nearing. I would give up my arms for this place to stay the same. Is the food necessarily healthy for you to eat frequently? no - but I for one embellish in what life has to offer every now and then and id suggest you too in this mortal realm. I think almost everything on the menu is fried and that's okay. The only thing I would make people aware of is the somewhat relaxed service pace - the staff takes their time but are in no regards rude. Add this on top of a never ending slew of people waiting to get their intake of cook out, and you got a little wait on your hands. Anyways try this place out - it's cracked.
