Wawa is currently running a great deal where you can get a hoagie, a bag of chips, and drink for just $6.00. It was actually a lot of food and a great value! Everyone in our Department agreed the hoagies were actually good. If you aren't already a rewards menu with Wawa it's totally worth it . I get points every time I buy food, drinks, or gas. This is, without question, one of the worst Wawa locations I've ever stepped foot in. And that's saying something, because Wawa is usually known for being reliable. This one? Not even close. Every single time I've been here, they're out of coffee. Not "low," not "in the process of making more"--just completely out. At a place that's built around coffee, that's unacceptable. The bigger issue is the staff. You can't ask a simple question without getting attitude back, like you're the problem for expecting basic service. Employees are yelling across the store at each other, and the whole place feels chaotic and unprofessional. On top of that, it's just dirty. Floors, counters, overall environment--it all feels neglected. There's no sense of pride in the store, and it shows. At this point, they might as well shut this location down and start over, because whatever is going on here clearly isn't working. read more

I usually have high hopes for this store. Today, I'm disappointed I ordered a club sandwich with avacado and got a quesadilla. Instead, I even paid for extra. I thought all my workers were joking with a name like this. My coworkers and I talked about my upcoming Norfolk trip before I left Hawaii. They told me about WAWA. And I said WHAT?!?!?! Well they're a popular gas station here. Like Aloha is in Hawaii. It's really more then a gas station. It's a like if Safeway and Subway and 7-eleven and Flying J got together and had a kid this is what you get. The Safeway part is the soups, salads, fruits and prepackaged meals they sell. The Subway side is the 24 hour sandwich station where the workers makes your custom made sandwich. The 7-eleven is their coffee station and snacks. And the Flying J is well they sell gas. Overall four stars. This place rocks. I just wish there air pumps worked. Now excuse me, that cheese danish looks really good. M read more

It's a treat to stop at a huge gas station with plenty of room between the pumps and a well stocked convenience store. I think the gas here was $3.88 a gallon. I'm not sure if that's expensive or not since I don't drive very much. This place was easy to get into and out of, so I think it's pretty good. Plus, it's right beside the Tax Free Liquor store, which is the last one in Delaware before you go into Maryland. But please don't drink and drive. read more

I will start by saying that overall this Wawa is great. With that being said... What I paid 6 bucks for feels like robbery. 5 chicken tenders that wouldn't fill up a 4 year old let alone a 40 year old man with decent eating ability. I was so ticked off I measured the tenders. You can see this in the pics. I feel like I just threw my hard earned 6 bucks off a bridge across a river hoping it finds a good home. Wawa you should feel ashamed to offer this at the price you do. Next time I want overpriced tenders, I will go to Chic-fila. At least they screw me with a smile on their face and tell me it was their pleasure. read more

This was my first hoagie experience during "Hoagiefest 2010." Being from the West and not ever seeing a Wawa, I found Wawa to be a great name for a gas station. I honestly don't know what to rate for it. I love the food here when I use to come here MONTHS. I decided to randomly drop by for a midnight bite. Flies annoying around the coffee/cream bar, random customer going behind the stand -_- I thought he was a worker at first but he was wearing a Walmart nametag. I come here most every morning for a specialty coffee and a snack or sandwich. Fairly quick when it comes to a specialty coffee even when it is busy. Once in a great while they are understaffed for the crowds that come in and it takes a little bit longer. On those days the staff tends to apologize for the wait, which is nice. They tend to stay fairly stocked for items and the place is fairly clean for being a gas station. Cashiers tend to be quick as well. read more
