Fast, courteous service. The shop was clean and the food was very good. Typical Five Guys.

I guess $7.19 isn't enough to get green lettuce on a hamburger. Turn up the air. It's cold as hell in here.

Love the new online ordering. But hate that you still have to wait on fries when you get there. Staff was friendly.

Cook Out

When multiple people tell you that everything at Cookout is delicious and fresh, believe them! In…read moreMaryland for a work conference, my coworker saw that Cookout is around the corner from where we're staying. I was thrilled because the closest one to me back home is 40 minutes away. It was late when we got from our day trip, but I knew I had to at least have a milkshake before opting for a full meal the next day. I was blown away by the size of the menu (especially the shakes), and how much food you can get at such a reasonable price! I opted for the Peach Cobbler milkshake because it's such a unique flavor. I appreciated the quantity of peaches and cobbler bits in the shake, but it was lacking that sweet, peach flavor I'm used to. The next day I brought another conference attendee with me so we both could try a meal for the first time. I went with a tray, picking a cheeseburger, fries, nuggets, and a strawberry cheesecake milkshake. If I closed my eyes and took a sip of the shake, I could immediately tell you what flavor it was. They nailed it perfectly. The burger and nuggets were some of the freshest I've ever had at a fast food restaurant, and the patty was pretty thick as well. The fries were thick as well and crispy, but could have used some salt or seasoning.

These prices are what true Americans reminisce about, the tray combo price is insane for the sheer quantity and quality of food. These food prices are a recession indicator, if these go up in Salisbury, Maryland - riots and civil war is nearing. I would give up my arms for this place to stay the same. Is the food necessarily healthy for you to eat frequently? no - but I for one embellish in what life has to offer every now and then and id suggest you too in this mortal realm. I think almost everything on the menu is fried and that's okay. The only thing I would make people aware of is the somewhat relaxed service pace - the staff takes their time but are in no regards rude. Add this on top of a never ending slew of people waiting to get their intake of cook out, and you got a little wait on your hands. Anyways try this place out - it's cracked.

The Greek Pita Place - Amazing my new favorite "Chicken Souvlaki Greek Salad" order the creamy Greek dressing so fresh. The best Greek pita bread.

The ambiance of the restaurant was authentic with enlarged family and regional homeland photographs posted on the walls. I chose to order my standard pork souvlaki on a pita. I was not dissappointed. I watched as the fresh marinated meat was cooked on what appeared to be an open flame grill. It was prepared from scratch and not just reheated. The meat was tender and appropriately seasoned. The toppings were fresh and abundant. The pita, although probably bought, was moist and heated through. Held together well while wrapped around the contents of the sandwich. While I was waiting for my sandwich, there was a steady flow of customers picking up called in orders. There appeared to be a familiarity with all those that picked up orders, so this establishment must have a decent following. Overall an excellent authentic Greek pork souvlaki!!! I would highly recommend that if you're in the area, don't hesitate to stop and savor their food!!

Gentleman working the counter was pleasant and professional. Plenty of seating. Clean restrooms. Most importantly, the food was delicious! Went healthy for lunch. My wife enjoyed the small chicken souvlaki salad and I went with the large lamb souvlaki salad. The ingredients were very fresh and plentiful. The feta was high quality and the pops of flavor from the Kalamata olives were excellent. The lamb itself was seasoned nicely. The pepperoncini gave me a good cry. The sneaky star of the whole thing was their creamy Greek dressing! Absolutely delicious and we would love to have a gallon of it! Certainly would be happy to stop in again on future trips!
