We received our veggies and sauces and the burger was perfect! They put the toppings under the burger so it wouldn't get soggy. And, as always, the wings were exceptional. The only thing pleasant about the experience was the person who handed me my order - but that's null because she was probably the one responsible for my veggies and sauces being missing. For all the sodium and calories in the Cobb salad I didn't really enjoy this salad which was a calorie bomb. The waitress Claire was walking around talking to everyone, but not waiting on her customer. She went behind the counter and was talking to what I think was the manager while we waited for our second drinks. The manager came over and us if we needed anything and I told him yes. The bill and a refill and he obliged when I asked him what was wrong with the waitress. He said she's sick when i seen her out on the floor talking and laughing and carrying on with other customers i said to the manager she doesn't look sick to me. He said that remains to be seen. Here to watch football for the afternoon and what a great team of people working! Joe, the bartender is running around kicking butt and his management team supporting him over and over. The servers also asking if he needs anything while they are busy in their sections. Drinks are cold and the food is delicious. Tv requests are accommodating within reason. We know she has been there for a while and I'm always happy to see her face when we come in. The food was great & delicious and she recommended us the cheesesteak which we all loved! I've actually never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings. Hailing from Rochester, I've always been an hour drive from Buffalo, NY. I do now see what the hype is about with BWW! I really like the interior of the restaurant. It's so spacious-the booths, walkways, and tables all allow for so much room and moving about. It's a nice change from this trend of teeny tiny little restaurants I see frequently. Wings were SO good. I only eat boneless ones-I got spicy garlic sauce on them and it was awesome. We also tried the original Buffalo sauce which had some heat, as well as the Asian zing sauce (that one was not my favorite, but I can see why they call it "Asian Zing"-it does have that!). The sauce menu had a comprehensive little chart of heat level which worked great for my visual-learning self. We also got the nachos which were alright, pretty standard bar food nachos. They need more cheese-maybe that's just me, I love cheese. I didn't really know what to do to pay-others in my party said they paid through a QR code on the receipt during their prior visit. We tried this QR code and it took us to a Google calculator page, hah. Eventually, our server came over to the table to take our cards. All was figured out but it was kind of weird? I don't know. All in all I really loved my boneless wings ("they're just chicken nuggets", my friend tells me) and had a really nice time at this Buffalo Wild Wings. I would go back for sure! read more

I am a regular customer of this BWW in Salisbury, MD. It's a 55 mile drive, one way from my family to eat at this BWW. Today's visit started pretty much the same as previous visits. Friendly greeting, and seated fairly quickly. Started by ordering drinks and an appetizer. I asked for a slice of lemon with my drink and the everything pretzels. The pretzels came out promptly and warm. The slice of lemon, I had to ask for three times and when it arrived, it was more of a sliver then a slice. I thought it was a joke. Still, me and my guest did our orders and waited for what seemed like a long time. After our meals arrived, portions were missing from each of our order and needed to be asked for a second time. On top of that, the wing order looked like it had been setting out for a little while. The wings were not cold per say, but they were not warm either. Buffalo Wild Wings was pretty quiet for a Friday night, but then again we were in Salisbury so I didn't expect much action. This location was very clean and located close to other stores and restaurants. The service was nice, our hostess was prompt and polite. She didn't know about some of the drinks and had to ask the bartender. I would expect a place that is known for wings and drinks to have their servers know all the drinks available. The wings were typical of what I expected of a BWW, very good and cooked appropriately. Personally, there was too much sauce on the wings, the bottom side of some wings became soggy by the time I got to them. We ordered fried pickles and the fried mushrooms for appetizers. The pickles were good but I was a little disappointed in the mushrooms. Some pieces were too small to be considered part of the batch. Hard to not have a good time here; BWW SBY has good food, solid selection of beer, lots of entertainment-tech, and friendly staff over about 10 visits so far. The floor plan is not as big as others in Dover or Newport News, each about 2x; however, this is Salisbury.... Need I say more... I'd stay away from hotter than the " sizzlin' " dark orange sauce category if you're not accustom to a good amount of Tabasco sauce on your wings. The one Burger I had on a visit after this place opened was excellent. Definitely worth a visit. read more

It was kind of sad to call this Buffalo Wild Wings considering it does not even compare to the others in its chain. I normally am a sucker for this place but I think this specific location let me down. Their nachos are my favorite go-to but the ones here were absolutely horrible! the cheese was watered down and moved in the motion as water, there is no longer "loaded nachos" meaning no options for lettuce, tomatoes, and all (I had to ask for tomatoes), they are very stingy with the nacho toppings and now even put sour cream on them which tastes disgusting especially with the watered down cheese. Also, considering I got the sampler and requested more nachos in exchange for no mozzarella sticks...I was definitely ripped off, not even sure why I was given marinara sauce with my order! Every time we come, it's a miserable experience. The service is terrible and the managers could care less. They all just stand around and stare at you, but never bother to come by and see how your meal is going. On our last trip, our server never came back to check on us for 45 minutes but checked the table next to us constantly. I've visited about 5 times now so I would have to say I like the place. I always get the boneless and my food has always arrived hot and fresh. I like fries but will skip them, as they really are unremarkable. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. It always floors me how much places charge for soda especially with As much beer as they sell. I actually tried the dessert nachos and the fried cheesecake. Nice!!! Tables are a bit close in the bar area and it can get a little loud. But hey. If I wanted quiet and cozy then I'd go to Olive Garden. Over all. I like it. Food is great.
