Especially when it comes to first visits to establishments I have been stalking but avoiding in fear of human to human food wrangling. So I went in tonight with my foodIe proclivities and the young women behind the counter were so kind, patient and informative. They helped me order a salad and soup to meet my vegetarian needs, and the food was dee-lish. The menu is filled with salad-well-works. I eventually had a Mandarin Chicken-less Salad with roasted broccoli instead of the poultry and a cup of their three bean soup (akin to my version of Chilli). Very clean establishment. My food was cold, dry, and the sides are tiny. Nothing about the food was good at all. The burger patties are tiny despite being called a "double." Here's my issues with the food quality numbers one I could almost see through the salsa it didn't have any diced tomatoes I could see and it was like so very thin I was very disappointed. Being honest I thought no one could screw up buffalo wings as I got a large order of them but they somehow were able to make them with no seasoning just a very watery sauce so they didn't have any toasty taste or flavor of most wings you would enjoy. Good knows the amateurs in the kitchen just threw them in a fryer with absolutely nothing on the disgusting deliciousness of eating something from a Mickey mouse amateurs. As a former chief I don't have any idea how you seriously send those wings out of the kitchen with ranch dressing and not blue cheese! Absolutely disgusting amateur behavior from the Salisbury location also it was the dullest place I have been in for a while no energy or anything with energy but the young lady tending bar was full of energy and pregnant. She was very attentive and I appreciated her hospitality oh I guess being in the local chicken capital of the area maybe I should have eaten something the locals eat but I didn't really want the same old thing it seems like the local know what not to order at this restaurant! But why do the reviews seem rigged the average looks correct but the 4 star reviews seem very suspicious unless the chicken patties are that darn good or something everyone orders

Every single time I've been here, they're out of coffee. Not "low," not "in the process of making more"--just completely out. At a place that's built around coffee, that's unacceptable. The bigger issue is the staff. You can't ask a simple question without getting attitude back, like you're the problem for expecting basic service. Employees are yelling across the store at each other, and the whole place feels chaotic and unprofessional. On top of that, it's just dirty. Floors, counters, overall environment--it all feels neglected. There's no sense of pride in the store, and it shows. At this point, they might as well shut this location down and start over, because whatever is going on here clearly isn't working.
