These location has been tough to negotiate for years and at the risk of sounding like a closed-minded American, the language barrier is really hard to overcome. As far as service from the start it always feels like being their customer is an inconvenience to them and by asking for items is outlandish. I usually get a sandwich and a beverage and EVERY SINGLE TIME there is something wrong and then they attempt to tell you that's what you ordered. This one star rating is not for the wonderful employees of this location. It is review of their "regional manager" and his lack of care for his employees. The air conditioner in the facility is not working (it is the middle of summer). It is hotter inside DD than outside. Those poor young kids are sweating, all their donuts are melting. When I asked the "manager" what is he doing about it, he was very nonchalant about it and asked me "so what, would you prefer me to shut DD down? " and as a matter of fact I think he should. It's inhumane, unsanitary and plain gross. I will add that instead of fixing AC the "manager" brought fans that are blowing hot air. Employees are scared to say anything in fear of losing their jobs. If the manager feels that these are the right working conditions he should roll up his sleeves, show true leadership and team spirit and work with his team instead of hiding in the back. Went today to get the strawberry dragonfruit and a donut. They are fairly slow with drive-thru, the wait was probably like 10 minutes but I wasn't in a hurry luckily. The lady at this particular drive thru looks very worn out and tired or something. She definitely was not friendly. read more

So I talked to a super nice girl the other day. Her name was Riley and she was so polite and so helpful. I came to Dunkin' not really knowing much about coffee and the flavors and she helped me with everything. She knew everything off the top of her head. Hard for me to downgrade any Dunkin Donuts. I was from outta town and I needed to get the kids breakfast and daddy a Large coffee (sweet nectar of the gods). This DD was open, clean, and fit the bill. The staff was very friendly and bathrooms were clean. read more

I have given this dunkin so many chances seeing as I live right down the street, but I can't keep quiet anymore. Every time I go there whether in the drive through or inside the store, the employees treat me like I am an inconvenience to them. They are always very short with me and rude. I have worked in customer service and in drive through restaurants and if I ever acted the way this place does I would surely be fired or at least seriously spoken to. Kindness is free! OK. I know Dunkin Donuts is every where, but when you check out the local bakeries and see the killer prices they are charging, I think you will agree with me that Dunkin Donuts is the best choice in O. C. Day 1, I attempt to get breakfast and end up at what appears to be a mom and pop shop. I ordered 3 bagels, a hot chocolate, a cinnamon roll, a cheese danish, a cinnamon stick and a small personal side of flavored cream cheese....the bill... $27 dollars. I'm sticker shocked but I pay the bill and hope this is the best I have ever eaten. The bagels were good, the cream cheese OK, but the pastries were all dry and not worth the $5.95 a piece. Day 2, Dunkin Donuts. The donuts were fresh, the bagels were great and the cream cheese was reasonably priced. So, I feed the same family for $12 and they ate every last bite. The manager, Courtney took our order. He was so rude and impatient (btw there was no one else in line). It was 8am, so pretty sure they haven't been working that long. We had a large order and he gave us so much attitude and did large sighs when we were picking our donuts. Not only that, he was yelling at the employees as well. I like this dunkin for certain occasions like when I am running late because it is so close, but the coffees are hit or miss depending who's making them, I like the two main girls who are there most of the time their drinks are great, but it's usually worth the extra 10mins to go to the OP dunkin, idk why but I haven't had a regrettable coffee from there yet read more

We went through the drive through and ordered two hot dark roast coffees one being caramel and the other being toasted almond. The lady taking our order wasn't rude but she sounded as though she didn't want to be at work. It was late so I blew it off. Whatever. We paid and drove off. If there's one thing I've now learned, it is to try your coffee before driving off. TRY IT BEFORE YOU LEAVE ALWAYS! Especially if you're picky with your coffee(which we aren't but still). The coffee wasn't horrible but it tasted as if there wasn't any flavorings added to it. Because it was late we didn't feel like turning around to go back to get it fixed. We later realized the flavoring was indeed added but it was never mixed. I don't know the consistency of the flavorings but it was all at the bottom. Not the best getting a mouthful of just flavoring. True bummer because I love DDs coffee and it was late and we still had an hr drive back home. Customer service is a big thing and if you dont want to be at work at least fake it or leave. Not the worst experience but it was more then just a little frustrating. read more
