We watched the Indian dance show and it was great. They were a great family. At first, I thought the town was gone because the arcade is now modern. Years ago the arcade has gold tokens and cowboy type theme. If you go back to the little town it has a saloon, leather shop, gift shops, and more. They didn't take my name or call a name or anything. I saw another guy go up and pick up some things and I saw a box of donuts sitting there. I walked up and asked the guy if they were mine who was working and he said he had no idea. So I just opened the box and looked and that was my donuts and I took them and left. Since this is a family-owned restaurant it left us feeling stuck and unheard as customers. I understand policies exist, but spending that much money and leaving without being able to eat the food or get help addressing the issue was very frustrating. I hope management can improve how situations like this are handled so other customers don't have the same experience.
