Was in town for a golf weekend and had some time around dinner before meeting up with friends so tried Fox's. Although there was some uneven service at the bar I will chalk that up to being busy with a demanding summer crowd filling the restaurant while also serving the locals. The unevenness came with the bartenders---one seemed uninterested in serving/talking to anyone who was not a local....clearly knew everyone by name. This left the other bar tender serving just about everyone and SHE was great....felt bad for her though. Overall the place had plenty of seating at the bar and in the restaurant. Waiting line seemed to move quickly but I opted to find a seat at the aforementioned bar. Pretty wide menu as well as drink and wine list. I gave the house cab a try and it was a very good option for $7!!!! Very healthy pours! For dinner I tried a specialty white pizza and it was generally pretty good---bottom crust could have been cooked a bit longer as it was a bit undercooked. My mom and I stopped in at Fox's Pizza for dinner. It had been quite a while since we'd been there. We used to come in with my dad, who passed away a few years ago, and he always enjoyed coming here for the pizza--and, of course, a beer. We just hadn't been back since then. Our server came over, but she was a little difficult for us to understand. I'm not sure if the delay was with the kitchen or something else, but our food took a very long time. We ordered a pizza with onions and mushrooms and a side salad. We asked for the salad to come out before the pizza. After about 15 minutes, I stopped our server and asked about it, and she said it was coming. It eventually came out, but then we waited another long while for the pizza. There was a table behind us that came in shortly after we did. Their pizza came out right after our salad, while we ended up waiting almost another 25 minutes for ours. When it finally arrived, the pizza could have stayed in the oven a few more minutes because the dough wasn't quite done in the middle. At that point, I wasn't going to send it back and wait even longer, so we ate it as it was. I don't understand these young servers they want to be tipped but they don't come and check on the table even though they walk rite past you 20 times. I don't know if in the country that's how service is, there tips are usually included with the meal price they don't really need to work for it here they do if they want to earn more money. Overall, the experience was just okay. It was nice being back here with my mom and remembering the times we used to come with my dad, but unfortunately the slow service and undercooked pizza took away from the experience. I went a while ago and ordered a pizza for takeout for my friends and I that I had gotten before and was pretty good. The pizza that I had received though was literally raw. We couldn't eat it. We tried to salvage as much as we could, but over half of the pizza had to be thrown away. It was just inedible. One of my friends had contacted Fox's Pizza about the issue and never even got a response. It was great the first time I had it, but definitely not the time it was raw. I haven't ordered there since. We've ordered from here twice. Both times pizza while doing work . The Pizza is good but could use a little more seasoning imo. While carrying out a 16" pizza I asked for some powdered Parmesan. The guy at the counter gave me 1 small condiment cup. I asked for a few more and he said he could only give 1 additional. Anyway the pizza is good and it was nice and hot. The place is a sports bar and probably a good place to watch a game. But we haven't given it a try yet. read more

Local place near Bayside. They have good happy hour and I love their burgers, rosemary fries, & specials. I had the fish in chips on special was pretty disappointed. Thin end of fish mostly batter. We found a pdf copy of the menu and there was a $20 special for an extra large pizza with one topping and a side of bread sucks. The Sauce, cheese, and mushrooms were skimpy. I wouldn't consider the pizza size an extra large. We probably should have got the big daddy. The bread sticks were good but again not enough sauce. Next time we are in town we will try somewhere different. I think this just might be the normal pizza here compared to our hometown. We are spoiled with good hometown pizza. read more

We went there and had a great time with the people on our side of the bar but, I personally was taken back when the bartender went to my wife and said that she wasn't a bartender and continued to insult her while I was in the bathroom. She has over a half a million in sales a year and makes an incredible living. We bought drinks for the whole bar. We gave the bartender 100% tip on the bill. We will never ever set foot in that place again. The only reason is because of the bartender that treated us like complete outsiders. Deep roots here and didn't try to push that narrative. As someone that has been the GM of several successful clubs, she wouldn't make the cut. Good luck in the future as we and anyone I know won't be back. Wow! What a surprise and treat this was. Came here on a Friday night with my mom and partner. The place was pretty busy and we were seated after a five minute wait. Our server, Danielle, was AWESOME! She was attentive, friendly, and gave some awesome food and drink recommendations. We live in Ocean City and will definitely be adding Fox's to our restaurant rotation. We started with breaded wings (crispy and flavorful), a small Hawaiian pizza (crispy crust and a perfectly gooey cheese pull), and the French Onion Soup (hot and salty) These were just our apps (no judging we like to eat lol) For our entrees we had the chicken Parmesan (the chicken was breaded and flattened perfectly with a tasty marinara sauce and my favorite...angel hair), Tuna Tacos (wow!
