We disputed the charge via Uber Eats. That said, the flavor and quality were outstanding. I enjoyed it on the beach, but it's hard to overlook a mistake that left my wife hungry. Pino's, please get it right next time... UPDATED: Jim, the owner, reached out immediately and took personal responsibility for the issue, proof of why this business thrives. As I write this, he's remaking our pizza from scratch and even gave us the choice of toppings. It'll be ready for pickup shortly. Jim, thank you for your professionalism and genuine care. Bite into them and get the wiggly, squishy, yellow under the skin. Don't worry about special requests-- they mark it, see it-- don't follow through. I asked for 'well done' wings. If that was well done, the regular fry time must be just at food safety minimum. Not returning, do or recommend. Go elsewhere to get better crust and flavor.
