This place is NEVER good. I don't know what the problem is, but it's overpriced for day old food I think. Their fries were HORRID, soggy and greasy. Those chicken nuggets looked like something my cat coughed up. Didn't taste much better either. Honestly, after this last time I won't go back. This has to be the slowest drive through of any fast food restaurant that I have ever encountered. 30 minutes for approximately 15 cars.

I have found this to be a consistent, normal Chick-Fil-A. Nothing about it stands out. Let's face it...Chick-Fil-A has a following. Some people love the food, others don't get it. That's fine. I go through periods where I don't eat it, then get cravings. It's that spicy chicken sandwich (with a packet of mayo). Gods but I love that sandwich for some reason. Their lemonade is quite good as well. Tastes almost like homemade, if a bit too sweet for my taste. Their milkshakes are pretty good, as well. Chick-Fil-A employees are trained to be polite and courteous, always saying "thank-you" and "you're welcome" and such. This particular location is hit or miss on the standard training as far as that's concerned. But, it's always been quick and accurate service. read more

This location is always busy. I always park across the way in the WalMart parking and walk over. Saves time and congestion trying to back out of a parking spot. Always friendly and attentive service, hot yummy food, and clean. I especially was touched at the free meals they provided veterans and family on Veterans Day. My daughter loves the kids meals, milk shakes, and playscape. I don't mind stopping by here since I know the location is clean and I can see her playing. Love this location! This is not my favorite location of Chick-fil-a but we were five minutes away running errands so we ran through the drive-thru the other day. Granted, it was lunchtime and busy but our order was wrong. The ladies fixed it quickly at the window but didn't look happy about it. I was told the kids' toys had to be recalled back and they were offering ice cream cones instead. Not wanting my three year old to 1) eat ice cream in the car on a 90 degree day, and 2) be hopped up on sugar before nap, I asked if he could have fruit instead. I was told no, that corporate had allowed only the ice cream option. So we passed on the ice cream. This location is "okay" - it's always crazy at lunchtime, hard to get into the parking lot. Last time we went to dine-in and it was super crowded. Playscape is again, okay. I think I'll stick to making the drive to Wolf Ranch when I want waffle fries and diet lemonade! read more

We stop here to eat lunch and ordered a combo meal and a kids meal. Both meals came out fresh and fast. The chickfla was really busy as they usually are but we still got our food fast. The restaurant was kept clean and the playground was also clean. read more

So I have never in life have had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A until today. So I took back a salad today that had gnats in it. Now I wasn't asking for my money back and free salad I just wanted my salad corrected. Why the team acted like I was lying or I stole the salad too much attitude for their mishap. I was trying to substitute the grilled chicken on the #8 wrap because I don't like grilled chicken so I wanted crispy chicken instead. The lady taking my order was super sweet but didn't know how to input it onto the iPad bc she was new i guess so she asked for help. Another worker came to help and instead of figuring it out and helping her he simply told me they can't do that for me. And well I know they can BC I DO IT EVERY TIME I come to CFA, And I've worked at CFA before so I know they can. When he told me they can't substitute the meat I wanted he said it with the worst attitude so I simply just ordered something else because I wasn't gonna deal with someone's attitude when I haven't done anything to you. My review is towards that persons attitude when it was so unnecessary and un-called for. So ordered something else... a spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles and THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG ORDER. I got a chicken sandwich with no pickles and extra American cheese... I was on my break for work so I was already back at work when I realized my order was wrong so I couldn't go back. Consistently good food from this location. And exceptional service on almost every occasion. I can remember this one older lady that took my order who didn't welcome me and was sort of surly. This stands out to me only because everyone else is super sugary sweet and she was pure SOUR! But perhaps she was having a sour kind of day and we have all experienced those. I hate to admit it but I absolutely love and crave Chick-Fil-A. I blame these feelings on the six years that I lived in California where there aren't any (or very, very few) Chick-Fil-A locations. The classical chicken sandwich with polynesian sauce is the BOMB! But this review is more about the speed of service. I pulled into the drive through at 12:12 pm today. This place holds one of my weaknesses along with their wonderful sweet tea. I tried the breakfast platter (didn't even know they had one). It was good. Chick-Fil-A is what it is. Fantastic, quick, consistent chicken. But I must compliment the service on this review. From the moment I walked in the door I was immediately greeted, order taken, and food quickly ready. The manager walked around the dining room filling drinks and dumping trays for people. I love Chick-fil-A and needed to get lunch on my way back from Austin to Fort Hood. I ordered my lunch and it was to me in a flash. I was feeding my baby and when I put him back in his car seat I knocked over my lemonade. I let an employee know and she said someone would be out soon to clean it up. The employee that took care of my spill was nice and when I apologized she assured me that it was ok and she does it all of the time. The manager came over and asked what I was drinking and brought my lemonade over as well. I love the food here but the customer service is superb! read more
