Not happy at all about this experience. Brought my family for dinner around 8pm tonight and it was pretty busy, nothing out of the ordinary. When it became my turn to order, the cashier named Vanessa was less than pleasant. She was really tense and seemed overwhelmed while we were ordering. My wife was visibly upset. My wife paid with exact change but actually gave a little extra by mistake and Vanessa was moving he coins around in her hand as if she was counting it over and over. When she finally got the count right she took the extra coins and gave them to my wife and said you gave me too much. Very bad service when busy.... Eileen that's at the pick up counter has the most bad attitude. Did not give me sauce nor straws till I ask for them. She stated that I didn't request sauce in the mobile order. I told her I know but I'm asking for them now. No straws in bag. She stated they were on the counter behind me. I know where they are it's not my first time there. I just figure since a pickup order it will have everything in the bag. A supervisor happen to be near by and I brought it to her attention. Supervisor stated "oh I don't think she has an attitude, it's just that it's very busy". This place will have my business as long as they stay in business. A friend of mine introduced me to their food in South Carolina. She said we've got to go there today (Saturday) because they're closed on Sundays. Closed on Sundays? East Coast people just do stuff different. When the chain made it to the West coast I found the reason they are closed is that they want their employees to be able to spend Sundays with their families (and at church). I'm fine with that. There are a number of restaurants closed on Sundays so it's no big thing. There are other options for Sunday eating. I loved the taste of the chicken from the first bite. I didn't like the bun or the pickle but I was able to get a Wheat bun instead and had them leave the pickle off. They have grilled selections, strips, nuggets, soup and always seem to be coming up with seasonal offerings. I found myself coming to Chick-fil-A for breakfast too. Often. They just recently extended breakfast hours to 11 a.m. I don't typically get their chicken burrito but I do get their sausage burrito. They have chicken biscuit sandwiches and teeny tiny bites of chicken with a tiny sweet bread wrapped around. One thing I enjoy is getting their nuggets (chicken breast) platter and making an orange sauce for it at home. My friends love it. The place is very kid friendly and offers a number of family events each month. I bring my dad when they offer discounts for Military personnel. He really enjoys the place too. One thing you need to watch are the waffle fries. You've got to eat them hot or they get soft and cool quickly. I don't really like them after they've cooled down because they lose their crunch. Sometimes you'll get a survey coupon on your receipt for a free sandwich. I can't tell you how cool that it. I looove getting freebies. I am such a fan of this place as the servers are very pleasant and they consistently get my order right. They give you Free drink refills and I love their sweet tea--although sometimes it's a little too sweet. I think southerners really like it that way. You can actually get it by the jug here. Horrible service in drive thru this morning. Received the incorrect order and waited 20 minutes in the drive thru just to receive the wrong order. Drive thru worker never said thank you just handed me the bag out the window after such a long wait. Once i drove back and asked for the manager Jessica to inform her I received the wrong order she never apologized for the inconvenience. Just getting one star because we can't finish posting this without a star!!! Horrible Horrible customer service ever!!! First they give us our first order wrong, I call to inform them and they tell me to come back and ask for a meal recovery which is fine, we go back to request our meal we had to wait in line and when we get there they seemed annoyed because we're asking for our meal recovery and then I ask if they could refill our drinks and they say no due to the pandemic which is understandable so I ask if they could replace our drink with a new cup and again they say no because our drinks weren't done incorrectly really it's just a drink!!! After arguing with the so called Manager (Kevin) I tell him to at least give us a cup of water which he finally agrees to it. We wait in line for another 10 minutes and our sandwiches are not done we are holding up the line because the cars behind us already had their meal I had to flag down one of the outside employees to find out what's the hold up for 2 sandwiches, when they finally bring it out one of the sandwiches is still wrong !! I'm a RAVING FAN of Chick-fil-A but this location offered me my worst Chick-fil-A experience yet. This CFA is sub par and gives the rest of the CFAs a bad name. Last friday they had a guy who set up a table selling books and walking around to each table to try and sell you a book. Seriously? I came in here for dinner....I'll go to Borders if I want to by a book and have it signed. I totally understand wanting to help people promote their work, but this was out of place and I could see it making every one uncomfortable. Also, every other chick-fil-A I've gone to (especially South Corona...which is amazing!) has my food on my tray and ready by the time I'm done paying. I made my first visit to chick-fil-a and it was awesome. The customer service here was 5 stars. Honestly, the only bad thing about this place is the name. The chicken was pretty good. This chick fil-a is easy to get to and the workers are as friendly and well trained as at any chick fil-a I've been to. Bath rooms are clean as well as the dining area. My wife had a chicken salad and she said it was delicious and fresh. I had the chicken club and was just as great as the last one I had. I can recommend this location based on my several visits here. I could hang out here all day just to hear the positive talk and see the positive energy between the employees with each other and the staff with customers. I have to say I went to chick fila tonight and was extremely happy and pleased with the service. They made an embarrassing experience not so bad. A coworker gave me a $15 gift card for my bday last Thursday and I decided to use it on this Friday night. I go through the drive thru and order my nuggets, fries, and unsweetened ice tea and I get to the window and the card apparently had insufficient funds and I rushed out the house didn't bring my wallet and was just handing them the drink back and saying forget about it. Katie from the drive thru and her coworker decided to just let me have the meal! That was great service! So I headed back home, got my wallet and went back to pay it forward. I love this one because it's close to home and every time I go everyone is in a great mood and it gets me in a good mood too. I'm in sales so some days are harder than others but when isntoo here for lunch I enjoy the experience of the happy staff. Visit was unreal. My son love Chick-fil-A but this location is HORRIBLE. Drive thru line is unreal. They have -3 people outside taking you order. Which was great and fast, They asked me how I was paying and I said cash so they told me to pay the man at the register ahead. I moved up 1 car and a man walk that worked there and asked me what my total was???? I told him I don't know so he walked away and came back 5 minutes later and told me my total. Still line has not moved. He took my money and came right back with my change. By this time I am by the speaker where you would take your order if there was no one standing out there and another person walked up to my car and ask me what I ordered? At this time they hand me my meal with still 5-6 car in front of me. They said I would get my drinks at the window. Still in line for another 10-15 min I ate my entire meal before even getting to the window. When I reach the window another person is standing outside with window and asked "what were your drinks?". This was complete something that I have never experienced EVER. Why did I drive through and have at min 5 different people approach my window? Why did I have to tell each person that came to my window what I ordered? When I reach the window they had no clue what I received/Ordered/what drinks I had? I asked to speak to the management and they said I should just keep repeating my order. Is this what fast food has come to. I have to work for food? Makes one wonder about the reviews here. The food was very run of the mill junk food. This is TV dinner level with a bun you buy from Vons! The chicken nuggets are the same frozen Tyson type you buy also. Since when does chicken cost more then Beef?? They are pricing the chicken higher then beef burgers. You don't get much for your money, and make the same from a frozen pack bough from the supermarket. This kind of place is a Trendy fast food shop. Even Taco Bell beats them out, and that's a very low standard to start off with. Even Subway has a better tasting sandwich for less then these guys. Chick-fil-A always has the best customer service. Tonight, I went through the drive-thru and ordered a #2 chicken sandwich and a side of large fries. I got home and realized that it was a regular fry and not a large. I'm not normally one to do this and go back but I just really wanted my fries. I went back in the store and told them what happened and showed my receipt. The cashier there (I wish I got her name) said she would take care of it right away. Hands down, my favorite fast food joint EVERRR. I come here way too much for my own good. I always order their Spicy Chicken Deluxe sandwich and split a 8 piece box of nuggets with a friend. Best chicken nuggets PERIOD. They're actual chicken pieces, not mystery chicken like McDonalds across the street. Ah, unhealthy fast food at it's finest. Don't forget to get a Chick Fil A sauce packet to put in your sandwich. Things NOT to order: the regular chick fil a sandwich, waffle fries (so bland). Service here is as good as it gets for a fast food restaurant..and might be even better than some sit down restaurants.
