This was the worst service I have ever received at a Chic-fil-a and i didnt even physically go into the location. Aaron and Sid who both, stated they were managers were terrible. Aaron was rude and condescending. I called to verify my mobile order was there. I was told twice it wasn't by Aaron. When i asked how to get a refund, with attitude he told me to call corporate. I asked for the number i was told to look on the app. Then another representative called me asking if i was going to pick up my mobile order. I told him i was told it wasnt there. I asked who was the other male there. He placed me on hold and Aaron came back to the phone. Still with an attitude. We went back and forth about the order and a refund before i asked for a manager. He stated he was the manager. I still asked for someone else. He said "she is just going to tell you the same thing". Sid came to the phone. She then proceeded to hang up on me while i was speaking. I called back several time. I was hung up on. Once instance, I heard Aaron tell another rep to not answer the phone because it was the same person in the background. He even answered and said "Stop calling we are trying to run a business" before hanging up on me again. I finally reached Kate. She apologized and issued my refund. By far not the level of customer service I have come to expect from this organization. I will never visit this location again. read more

I feel strange reviewing a fast food chain, but I was truly amazed by this Chik Fil A's dedication to service. I had initially felt pure dread when I pulled up to a line of at least 8 cars during a busy lunch hour. I couldn't resist a certain waffle fry craving. My fears of a 15 minute fast food line were quickly dissolved though when I saw two young ladies taking orders down the line. Making sure that all customers orders were in the system no matter where they were in line. The cars started to move with such ease. There was two other employees on the front lines easing traffic. One took my cash while I was still pretty far from the delivery window, and there was another guy running the bags of food and drinks to cars further back in line. I was out of that line in less than 5 minutes! The sheer organization and efficiency of this place is wonderful! Of course the waffle fries were bomb, and the chicken sandwich was sufficient. Could use a little more flavor, but I'm not complaining. This franchise really has it together! read more

The pros: The food is great, just as good as any other location! And it's right in central Phoenix. The cons: the only gripe I have is the parking/drive thru. Right now it is a total nightmare! The chick fil a was the last thing built in the complex and they obviously underestimated their popularity. Right now the drive thru goes through the parking lots of all the other stores in the complex, so during the lunch and dinner rush cars are darting around through empty parking spots and others are waiting in "line" but really just holding up traffic for anyone else who is trying to get through. read more

Came to Chik-fil-A Thursday night in the drive thru at the menu ordering our food, the girl taking our order was very rude working customer service taking our order but also talking to someone on her headset multiple times we had to repeat what we wanted or ask questions because she failed to speak to us while ordering. I was very disappointed and surprised by my most recent experience at this chic location. I went through the drive-thru tonight (Wednesday, February 27 at 6:30pm) and not only did I have to correct them when they gave us the wrong drinks, but once I returned home, we realized they forgot a large fry, and gave me the wrong sandwich. this is very surprising to me as my experience is usually 10/10 great. i'm hoping that chic can make this right . read more

Today I went through the drive through and ordered a chicken biscuit and chicken minis, but when I got home, I had been given the potatoes instead of the minis. I love their minis so I drove back with the potatoes, my bill and receipt indicating my order. This time I went inside. The cashier told the manager, "the lady SAYS she ordered chicken minis but got potatoes." I would have showed him my receipts and the box contents if I knew he doubted me. The manager glanced at me, paused and gave him a box of minis that were sitting there. No one said we are sorry that happened or in anyway gave the impression that they made a mistake with my order or that it had been an inconvenience for me to have driven back. No one said anything to me as the box was handed to me. To me, Chick-Fil- A has always gone above for their customers so this was especially disappointing. But then I checked out the minis when I got to the car. The bread on each nugget was hard and broken into 3-5 pieces each. They were nothing like what one expects when they order minis. I have long been a devoted Chick-fil-A fan and customer. The quality of their employees is really amazing. Bright shiny faces ,polite literate people who seem to enjoy their work. Not like the employees in some fast food places. Chicken and all ingredients are fresh and taste. They have discontinued my beloved cole slaw and replace with some good salads but I want my coleslaw back. My regular order? Number 4, 4 count with slaw and a diet coke can no longer be had!! I love chick-fil-a, but this location has terrible customer service. I stopped here in my lunch break they forget the bacon on my sandwich so I went inside to tell them about it they replaced it after having a long discussion with the "manager". I went back to my car running later to find a cold burger tossed together. I decided to get a refund the refused to refund me until I went back to my car to get the drink I ordered. Right as I walked into this Chick-fil-A I felt very comfortable. The red setting made me feel very warm. The red setting also gave a very satisfying feeling while I ate my warm chicken nuggets with Chick-fil-A sauce. The setting also gives off a very family friendly environment. Overall the choice of colors and the interactions from the workers game my experience a positive outcome. While on the topic of food I would like to say for the few extra dollars you spend, you get much greater quality comparing to McDonald's. After sports games and on the weekends I love going to Chick-fil-A for a quick, warm, and overall delicious lunch. Chick-fil-A's food quality totally blows my out of the water when you take into consideration it a fast food restaurant! I would 100% go to Chick-fil-A over any other fast food restaurant. The overall food quality is great. The fast service is exactly where it needs to be. Also the interaction and the attitude of the works is outstanding. So WiFi down at the house. Figured I would grab a quick bite with some free Wi-Fi. While working at a table, Azure came by to clear the tray. I asked her to leave it as I thought I may need the placement to write notes. I forgot to bring paper to my mobile office. :-). She left but returned moments later with sheets of paper for me to do my work. Man, I love the customer service at this location! The staff quickly brought out our fresh food and checked back in with us a few times to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I had never really been to Chick-Fil-A before and I admire their Christian stance. I don't have a car so the other restaurants were kinda too far for me to get to. I was thrilled when I learned one was opening up on Camelback and 16th street. I went to the opening day and had the charboiled chicken sandwich, waffle fries and a drink. Food was great. I was simply amazed at the service provided. It does not have the fast food feel to it. Numerous employees stopped by to see if I needed a refill on my drink or if I needed anything else. They brought my food to me. All employees were courteous. Right before i left, I decided I needed a milkshake. So I ordered a cookies and cream and it was amazing. Thankful I have a restaurant to go to that stands up for what's right and is pro traditional marriage. :) read more

They helped seat us at a table with a high chair for my one year old, offered him a plastic table mat to eat off of, and someone came around offering refills! Best fast food service I have ever received. Ricardo is a great dude who treated me well even though I unknowingly came last minute.

Everytime you come in you're greeted with smiling staff. So polite and very helpful. I witnessed an older woman struggling to find a table as I was actually getting up to offer mine to her a staff member interviened and took her to an empty table that was hidden behind an group of people.
