Left the place with bad customer service in my mouth but the chicken was pretty good too bad you have to pay for sides separately

Tried Fly Bye on Camelback and I'll just say it: this was a classic "great deal, a couple tweaks…read moreaway from greatness" situation. I called in my order at 11:20am and got quoted 25-30 minutes for the lunch special. It was ready right around that window, which immediately put me in a good mood because nothing ruins lunch faster than staring at a pickup counter like it owes you money. The guy behind the counter was friendly and even tossed in a sample of 'copy cane' sauce for me to try on my sandwich. I ordered the lunch special (pepperoni pizza slice + Caesar salad, no drink) and added the chicken sandwich with fries. (Fries were only $1 add on!) Starting with the chicken, flavor was solid. Chicken was seasoned and the hoagie was legit. But the lettuce comes ranch-tossed like it's training for a swimming event. It tastes good but if you wait too long to eat it, the bread starts turning into a sponge and the sandwich becomes more "salad in loaf form." The Cane's-clone sauce was 100% needed--once I added it, everything clicked. Now the fries were cooked well done, crispy, and exactly the texture I like. They were just a touch dry, so ketchup wasn't a suggestion--it was a requirement. With ketchup, they're great. The real value winner was the pizza + ceasar. The slice is big and absolutely worth the $10 on size alone. Also: A+ pepperoni choice. They use those small cupping pepperonis (Grimaldi's style) instead of the big greasy ones, and I respect that decision deeply. Only downside: the center was slightly undercooked--that gooey middle happened on a few bites, and I'm not a "wet pizza" person. The salad was fresh and the dressing had great flavor and depth, the croutons felt home made and the whole situation, even portion size, was enjoyable. Would I come back? Yeah. I'd give it another shot because the bones are good and the price is right. Next time I'm ordering the sandwich no tomato and no ranch-tossed lettuce, so I can control the sauce per bite instead of letting it control me. Also worth noting: I signed up for their rewards program and got $10 off, bringing my total to $15--which made this whole lunch feel like a small financial victory with gas at $5 a gallon!

Gosh dang it. I'm not sure if anyone else is like me, but I find the preservative or anti-caking…read more"big dairy" use on cheese is very off putting. When you bake a pizza at 400+ degrees, one would expect the cheese to melt and become one. When you buy pre shredded cheese, each strand is coated with crap to keep it shelf stable. I understand the business reasoning, but kind of disappointed. Part of eating is the visuals. When you see individual strands of cheese on a pizza, it ruins the experience. 100% likely in the minority in this, but it is what it is. Their chicken is really good, tho.

From the outside, the place doesn't look like much, tucked away in a small shopping center. Once inside, there are a plentiful number of tables in the smallish restaurant, which does not feel at all cramped. It is tastefully decorated, and you order at a counter, and they will either call you to get your food or bring it out to you. On the day we were there, the owner was behind the counter and took our order. He asked if we had been there before, and since I had not, he took the time to explain the menu to me. They focus nearly exclusively on chicken tenders, and we opted to share The Three Tenders, which comes with...you guessed it...three chicken tenders (with your choice of heat level), three warmed tortillas, pickles, and alley sauce (the house dipping sauce) on the side. We added sides of French fries and Cole slaw, and the owner gave me a free fountain drink since it was my first time there. So nice! We grabbed a high-top table, and once the food came out, and I bit into the first tender, I knew I was eating the best chicken tenders I have ever eaten. Seriously. These are awesome and at a decent price, too. The tenders are very large and perfectly breaded. The spiciness matches the heat level you choose--not to little and not too much. No mushy tempura batter here either. And the house dipping sauce was perfectly suited to the tenders. The fries and slaw were great, too. If you like chicken tenders, you won't regret trying Hot Chicken Alley!

On the way home, it felt like a sneakybird dinner. The staff is always pleasant and today was no different. Aleah welcomed me as I walked in. Gavin came over as I was debating what to order and expressing my appreciation for the restaurant. Jaeden was the manager on duty. I love that everyone in this family run business is so pleasant. It makes a difference. It was a slow afternoon since it was well before dinner. If you have not experienced sneakybird, this is your encouragement. Today I got 2 8-piece wings with tater tots. One with the garlic butter Parmesan rub and both tossed in teriyaki sauce. Of course, my order was all flats. I also order a side of Sneaky Slaw to try. The spice isn't for me but I added a "secret" ingredient and enjoyed my dinner. The decor is bright and inviting. The music is at a decent level. The restroom is always clean. Winning with sneakybird!

I got the chicken sandwich, while my sister got the tenders. Between the two, I'd say the tenders were the better choice. The sandwich was good, just a little too salty for me, but it was huge, so definitely come with an appetite. Overall, the food tasted fresh and made with good ingredients. I'd definitely come back to try something different next time.

It looks like they want you to use a big kiosk to order, and I started to do that, but didn't see any way to do "easy sauce" on my sandwich so I ended up asking one of the real employees if they could help me, which they did. After ordering, my name was on a screen with approximate wait time for my food. Something like 8 minutes, so... maybe not the fastest food, but at least it's prepared to order. The grilled chicken caesar sandwich I ordered was tasty enough and the strawberry lemonade was nice and tart. While I was waiting for my food, another customer called out to me and loudly made sure I knew the restaurant was offering a free milkshake if I wrote them a 5 star review on Google. It made me question the star rating I'd seen before coming in. In the end, my chicken sandwich was good. Not the best I've ever had, but nothing wrong with it, and good taste. The restaurant was clean and brightly lit. Comfortable atmosphere, and parking was easy. Prices seemed fair to me. I would stop by again if I'm in the area, but probably won't go out of my way to drive here.

I was told , sorry we can't do that . I asked to chat with a manager . I was clear that I was not looking to change the price of the sandwich, only that my husband will not eat it if it has coleslaw and pickles on it. I was told company policy can't change the sandwich... I ordered a chopped salad. The cucumbers are clear in appearance and look bad. 10 chicken nuggets, most of which were dried out and rubbery. The ranch sauce had this thick film on top and water at the bottom .. YUk ! Tater tots, completely dried out, and when pressed on broke into Pieces!!! I also ordered two chicken sandwiches, one was fine however the second one was dehydrated and rubbery! This place was completely dead. I was the only car in line and no one was in the restaurant. After waiting 20 minutes for my order one other car pulled up behind me. When my food was brought to me, the girl literally brought the bag to my window and walked away. I checked my bag to make sure everything was in there and it was. This place is very cute and it looks like they spent a lot of money to make it look nice however , the Customer service and the food quality is terrible. The only thing that was good, was the sauce We spent $42 for junk Will never return
