8/2/19: Came here with my boyfriend in the drive thru for lunch. Ordered a spicy chicken deluxe large combo with a large powerade and large fries. We also ordered a 12 piece chicken nugget entree. They gave us a lot of Chick fil a sauce, but the ice for the powerade was not light ice. They also asked us if we wanted a straw or not, which is great for sea turtles, but they still have us a straw even though we said no. I love chick fil a though, the cashier was very nice. read more

Came to this chik fil a after donating some stuff to the salvation army. I've been to the one nesr costco in montebllo and this one is so much better. There chicken nuggets are a good size and the spicy chicken is super moist and flavorful with a nice small kick. They get really packed since today was saturday but they were really efficient with it. They had 4 people with tablets taking order and 1 person walking food out from the window. The line of cars was all the way out the driveway but they cared enough to know we got places to go and we just want our food, stuff our face and be outta there! Chick-fil-A has hands down the BEST drive through experience I've ever had!! The first time we went on a Saturday during quarantine and the lines were SOOO long, I was sure we would be waiting for at least 30 minutes. I'm not kidding you, we were outta there in less than 10 minutes. I was shocked!! They created 4 separate lines and had people guiding you into each line. Everything is contactless so make sure you look at their menu prior so you know what you want. They urge people to pay via their app or by credit card to limit the amount of cash handling. They bring your order out to you and know which car you're in and then guide you out of the line. My only complaint is that the second time we went, they forgot all of our sauces which is the best part of the meal! It's hard to call this fast food because it is unlike any other "fast food" place out there. The quality always blows my mind in terms of: 1. Customer service 2. Cleanliness 3. Food quality 4. Ambiance 5. Overall hospitality I try my best to pick the healthiest option no matter where I go, and they have so many options for me. Grilled chicken is my favorite and it's always fresh, flavorful, and tender. I can also get a delicious salad and/or fruit. They even have diet lemonade! They have table service and the employees are some of the friendliest people I've ever encountered. It's something that is sadly rare in most other dining establishments and I deeply appreciate Chick fil A for being a prime example of how dining should be. Fast food or not. Yummm yummm yummm, my son and I love the spicy chicken sandwiches. Since the fast food options in our neck of the woods are pretty scarce it's nice to have a treat now and again. We don't make it to Chick-Fil-A quite often but when we do, damn it's good! This location is brand spankin' new and they have some quirks to work out, especially drive thru (but lets face it folks none of us should see a drive thru more than a few times a year). Despite the fact the lights completely WENT OUT while we were eating here, I feel like it heightened the experience of eating my most favorite place ever! I am so glad they opened one of these in Pasadena, since the others are quite a ways away from me. I have been eating here since I can remember, and it hasn't changed since I was a wee little girl. The facility is HUGE, even the parking is massive compared to the dinky Burger King that used to be there. It's also very popular, and always packed- so plan ahead! Despite the crowd, I parked, ordered and received my food in no longer than 5 minutes! Now that's fast food! I had the Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich combo- and let me just tell you, It was delicious! As a kid, I usually ordered the nuggets, but the chicken sandwich still reminded me of those childhood memories eating at Chick Fil A. nice add to Pasadena. finally, we have a Chick-fil-A!! been here a few times now, including opening day and customer service is what stands out most for me. the space is newly constructed and clean, and also comes with a small play area for the kids. another kid-friendly perk - they provide table liners, so your kiddie can make a mess on a sterile space atop the table. heck i suppose you could line your entire table if you're a germ-a-phobe =) staff is pleasant and helpful from the time i come in to the time i leave. they come by and check in a couple times for any refills or other needs. the food?? - my chicken sandwiches (usually in the form of SPICY) has consistently come to me hot and fresh. i find the nuggets to be really tiny, but probably enough to fill my little guy. the waffle fries are always good. and you gotta love their Chick-fil-A sauce!! additional hot sauce and condiments are always well stocked. iced coffee... meh i've had better. bonus: free wi-fi. yes, i did some work here a week ago on my laptop. can be a bit slow, but nice to have. read more

If you're going to do fast food, this is your best option. Chicken done right (for fast food of course). Nascar of drive-thrus with 2 lanes and fast workers. I always get the number 2 with no cheese, waffle fries and chick-fil-a dipping sauce. Yum. You'll feel better about eating fast food, even though the waffle fries are still high in calories. Seriously, this is the is one if the best things that happened to Pasadena. I've came here twice and it's only been open for 4 days. I love how I can hop in the car and get here in 3 minutes. Everyone here is super friendly and they help you going your tray of food to the table. Everyone here always have a smile on their face and that never happens at a fast food joint. My favorite is the Spicy Chicken Sandwich with Colby jack cheese. Don't forget to ask for their signature Chick-Fil-A sauce Cuz it is delicious. Actually, all of their sauces are super good. I definitely enjoy Chick Fil A sandwiches, waffle fries, and most of all, soft serve ice cream. Not only do they serve delicious food, their customer service is absolutely outstanding and eerily mirrors Disneyland. Everyone I've encountered is super clean cut and courteous. It's not a bad thing but it's something I've noticed at most Chick Fil A's. This restaurant is immaculately clean. There is always an employee cleaning the tables or the common areas. A dirty table never stays dirty for more than a few minutes. It has become a favorite stop over for lunch! The only minor gripe (and praise) is that they are closed Sunday. I love this place! Definitely one of the best fast food restaurant and they excel beyond places like McD or some other fast food chains. All the customers are always nice to me and serve with smile and so polite too. I will come back next time because this is my favorite place for fast food, chikiiiiin!!! I love Chick-fil-A! My friend JC introduced me to them last year and I fell in love instantly. I cannot believe it took me so long to try them when they have a location here in Pasadena! The description reads: A boneless breast of chicken seasoned to perfection, hand-breaded, pressure cooked in 100% refined peanut oil and served on a toasted, buttered bun with dill pickle chips, Green Leaf lettuce, tomato and American cheese. This sandwich boggles my mind because the chicken is cooked in peanut oil, which means I should really end up in the hospital after eating it since I have a peanut allergy. But my doctor said I can have trace amounts and for some unknown reason my allergy isn't triggered by this chicken. Very odd but I am so glad because I really like this sandwich, especially when combined with their Chick-fil-A Sauce! The sauce is really the magical ingredient to bump this sandwich from good to great! I also love the Waffle Potato Fries here--these are also great with the original Chick-fil-A sauce, although sometimes I like to switch it up and get it with the Polynesian Sauce which is pretty good. Really, any sauce would be good with these because they are waffle-shaped potatoes that have been fried and you cannot go wrong with that. He is constantly checking in on both the customers and the fellow employees. He made this quick pop in feel like a restaurant. It was so nice to see so many of the customers who are clearly regulars coming in as well to say hello for the holidays. He knew many of them and their children by name. I love chick fila. Although this location is new it is unfortunately my least favorite location. I came opening day and 5 times since they have opened. The service is extremely rushed (not unusual for fast food, but unusual for chick fila). The employees seem very untrained and Every Single time they have gotten my order wrong. Again, not unusual for fast food. But unusual for chick fila. Chick fila in my experience has been a great company. So great and good so delicious that I used to drive out 30 miles because that was the closest location. I may drive out to another location. The best consistent chicken sandwich. Period. Considering this is fast food. The food is excellent. This as good as it can get. The soda is well carbonated. The crosscut fries are delicious. The portion size is perfect. For about $7.00 you get a very satisfying meal. I prefer the spicy chicken which actually does have a slight kick. Compared to other spicy chicken sandwiches that claim to be spicy. It's also mostly chicken and not 90 percent breading. The shakes are also fantastic and they make a decent breakfast.
